This place is horrible. I have many cuts on my fingers, even my hand. i wanted a design and they told me that a pumpkin was, and i quote, "very hard". Then they tried to tell me that they couldn't do a french tip, and that it would be straight because he didn't wanna do it by hand. Then continued to say how it wont be exact but it will be different, and told me the price would be $80. Note that he told me this AFTER he started filing my nails. They are also crooked and uneven. I just got a fill, and he still managed to f up the shape on my SQUARE nails. This place is so stupid and smells horrible, and on top of that, they were talking bad about me in a different language. Don't waste your time. I can deal with you being rude to me but DONT dare be rude to my grandmother. She nicked the edge of her thumb and the lady painted over it instead of actually fixing it... 30 mins later it still wasn't dry. I asked the lady to fix it and ALL the nail techs ignored me. I got acetone myself and took of and repainted her nail (still no too coat). Smh I can understand if you try and fix but don't get an attitude and ignore. Had I had good customer service I would have gotten pedicures for both of us too. And I'm a good tipper! I hope they enjoy the 57$ they got out of me. ‍ And I had to refile my already short nails so they could just be shaped natural not square, oval, raggedy. read more

Because it had been a while since I have had my nails done, all I really came in asking for was pastel purple coffin-shaped nails and gave Angelica free reign of my accent nails. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was horrible. My feet ended up feeling more dry than before I came in. My nail broke within one day by closing a refrigerator door. A simple task that should not have broken my nail. I ended up paying $75 for a pedicure and coffin acrylic nails with gel. Definitely was not worth my money. Coming from So Cal where there are tons of nail salons, I wasn't expecting a 2 whole lot. First thing I noticed is that this place has a broader selection of gel colors than any other salon I've been to. And secondly, the tech knew how to remove my gel pedicure, which I've learned from experience not every place does. Very happy with results and wish they'd relocate to CA. read more

I have been coming numerous times trying to give it a chance. Their service is declining each time! At this point, no reason to come back. I wouldn't even bother coming because you get cranky employees that they either force you to pay before the job is done if you say I will pay after. Came here several times for a pedicure. First two times were okay, but the last time they did a horrible job. The guy who did my pedicure cut my nails way too short and crooked, made me bleed on my big toe and did such a horrible job painting, it looked like a 5 year old did it. Worst experience of my life. I was getting my toe nails painted while I noticed the employee point to the other employee to look at something, it did not occur to me until I looked down and noticed my brand new pair of shoes have nail polish on them. I took a look at both my hands and toes to see if I accidentally did something, but no smudges. Both my hands and toes are completely polished. The employee clearly dropped nail polish on my shoe. When I confronted the employee and the manager, they accused me of doing it myself. Cearly my nails look completely fine. I asked for a refund and they indicated no and that they did not do anything.... I apparently did it myself. In his mind, I grabbed my shoe and rubbed my nails on it. No apology was received. The manager became defensive claiming he is not giving a refund and that it's my own problem. Not really, as his employee made a mistake. What a pathetic way to run your business. They don't own up to their own actions or give an apology, which is FREE. I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know. I cant say they lost a customer because I was never a regular, but I sure as hell was reminded why I never took my business there. Very pathetic way to run a business. Worst place to get your nails done. They're rude, unprofessional, and overall horrible. First time coming, I inquired about prices I received nothing but attitude. They always seem to add extra prices to the original price they began with. Oh and they charge 10$ extra just to get 3 different colors on your nails. (I wanted green, black, and red). Now, I know every nail place is different but I've never been to a place that charges 10$ extra for colors. read more

I am from out of town and saw the decent reviews so I tried this place out. I seldom write poor reviews, but my experience was subpar at best. I went with a group of girls as a pre-wedding activity, including the bride. Knowing this, you would think they could take that into consideration and spend some more time on our nails. I got a gel manicure, which took no longer than 10 minutes. I'm all about efficiency but there was no pampering whatsoever. Our cuticles were barely touched and filing left so much dust under my nails. The filing also was not complete and had rugged/uneven ends. Some of the nails were painted over the nail bed onto our cuticles. The whole group felt the same way. Additionally, a few of the girls were nicked and bled. $6 for a regular mani $35 for Gel.... Should've just gotten a regular manicure. If I ever travel another 2000 miles out here again, I will not be back. read more

I decided to stop in because I already work in the same building and just needed a fill. The technician was nice, but the fill took an hour and a half. He kept hitting my skin with the electric file so my fingers hurt. It burned in several spots where he used acetone. The shape turned out ok, though some tips are narrower than others but the paint job was awful. It was patchy, uneven, and whole spots on the nails were missed. I had polish on my cuticles and acrylic on my finger tips. He even filed the sides AFTER he put on polish. The results were horrible and it's gel that was cured with a top coat so I can't easily remove it. Never going there again. I should've just went to where I originally got the nails where they came out impeccable in less than an hour for a full set. read more

My boyfriend and I went and got a pedicure together. This was his first time so he didn't know what to expect. We went a few weeks ago, and his foot is sore from it still, and his toe is in pain still. On a good note, everyone is friendly there! They just messed up his foot and didn't do a good job at all on my pedicure either. Go somewhere where they know what they're doing, and get your money's worth. I've been coming here since I was 15 and now I'm about to be 21. I usually am very happy with the job done and the same girl is usually the one doing my nails, this time I had a man who was very rude. When he asked how I wanted my nails done and the length he scuffed and made fun of the way I wanted them, which made me feel bad about myself. He also told me I wasn't allowed to look while he did them, he made me look at the tv the whole time, which I thought was very rude and strange. He also kept calling me "girl" when he needed my attention which I felt was rude, he didn't even have the respect to call me "miss." Whenever he would mess up, he would sigh and shake his head as if it was my fault!! He also kept talking to one of his co workers and they would laugh and look at me which made me feel very easy as if they were talking about me. His job was very rushed and not even the length I wanted. My nails ended up thick and short. Needless to say, my excitement to get my nails done for my anniversary quickly faded, I wanted to just get up and leave half way through! I use to love this place and the owner is nice! When I first walked in to get my granddaughter's first time acrylics, nobody said anything to us at first so we just stood there until a man finally said to sign in and they'll call our name. Then we heard someone call our name so we walked back to follow a lady. We couldn't understand what she was saying but my granddaughter thought she said to pick out a nail color. So she did and we stood back there by a table waiting. When the lady didn't come back after waiting for 10 minutes, we put the nail polish back and started to walk out. Then the man said they'll call your name when it's your turn - there's still people ahead of you. We told him they did call our name. He said no that was me calling my friend. It was so confusing and unorganized since no one spoke English except this man who let us walk to the back and wait. Then we waited another 30 minutes until this pregnant lady that we also couldn't understand told us to sit down and she immediately grabbed my granddaughter's hand and started clipping her nails before I even got a chance to ask any questions. I was hoping to do that BEFORE it was our turn but there was no one to ask any questions. I just wanted to pay for the basic $25 nails and when I called to ask if the long round nails with only white was $25, the man said yes. When I asked this lady, she said the $25 nails were short square nails and that the ones I wanted would be $35. Since she already started cutting my granddaughter's nails, I had no choice. I have been coming here for several months for my acrylics, and the first few times I came I had great service and loved my nails but the last three times I would SPECIFICALLY ask for something (a design, certain color, certain shape) and they would give me something completely different. On top of that, the last time I went (Tuesday 6/21/16) the man charged me 40 for a full set and regular polish. My friend, who got the same thing as me, only got charged 30. When I asked about the price, he had said he put a strengthening coat on my nails. I never asked for that, or wanted it. Two days later my nails completely chipped, and in a rush I had to go to a different salon for them to be fixed (I had a wedding the same day). I called to tell them my dilemma and they told me they don't believe I have ever been there, but if I had, then I should have said something before leaving (not sure how I could have done that when my nails chipped days later). The man I spoke to then refused to give me any sort of credit or money back. WORST SERVICE EVER. read more
