Enroute to the spa I had to activate my new debt card and my bank has extreme measures for activating a new card. You have to either make a trasciation using the pin they provided or you could use it at an ATM using the pin they provided. I tried both attempts and neither was working it was saying wrong pin. I reached to the owner and her text were very friendly and understanding; then at 6:30 I get a text saying I was no longer welcomed. I was stunned and as soon as she sent the text message she then blocked me. Not only was I a long standing monthly appointments at the spa; I also referred over 10 people with each one scheduling and having at least one service and trip to the salon.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and no one was there. I was so disappointed, It upsets me when businesses leave or lock their doors before closing hours and this is the reason I removed one star. Other than that the lady that has done my brows here does an amazing job. This is one of the only people I trust with my brows. She's consistent and fast. She does a good job and the threading usually last about 2 weeks.
