The girls up front are always friendly and very helpful. Love the red light sauna that is available to you before and after your massage. The therapist we use are Barbara and April. I have had appointments with them both and both are fantastic. They do an excellent job with therapeutical massage. If you are coming to get a foo foo massage Barbara is not it. She will massage every single knot out of you. Does it hurt? Wil you cry...maybe :) Will you feel sooooo much better. YES! April will also go after those trigger points and focus on what is causing you pain, she is more gentle. I highly recommend adding on the hot stones to your massage, they can get in so much deeper the stones. Absolutely recommend!

They had us wash our hands first. I was seated for my pedicure right after. I was quickly handed a menu for a complimentary drink. That was a great way to start things off! I chose an Orange juice. It was pretty tasty. I was given another menu to choose what I wanted done. I chose the Classic Pedicure for my Spa Pedicure. It included Clean & Cuticles Trim, File & Shape, Callus Removal, Sea Salt Exfoliant, and Polish Application. The price was $32, so it wasn't that bad. The massage chair was a decent touch. I got a clear coat and it came out really nice. I was pretty impressed by the pedicure. It felt slightly rushed, though. I got a Manicure afterwards. This was $20. The service took a good amount of time, so that was a plus since I wanted them to be clean. My nails came out very nicely considering the shape they were in when I walked through the door. My nail technician did a great job. I wish the pedicure lasted longer. I was impressed by her attention to detail on my Manicure. She had a positive attitude. Overall, this place didn't have any major issues. Everything was fairly simple from walking in through the door to leaving. The whole place had a clean essence to it with a slightly modern feel. I recommend this spot. I'm pretty sure I'll come back someday. Date of visit: 08/14/2023

Due to COVID it had a havoc effect on me. Olga knew all of this because after three years I consider her as a friend. I had a waxing appointment for Thursday February 16, 2023 for 11:30. Enroute to the spa I had to activate my new debt card and my bank has extreme measures for activating a new card. You have to either make a trasciation using the pin they provided or you could use it at an ATM using the pin they provided. I tried both attempts and neither was working it was saying wrong pin. I reached to the owner and her text were very friendly and understanding; then at 6:30 I get a text saying I was no longer welcomed. I was stunned and as soon as she sent the text message she then blocked me. Not only was I a long standing monthly appointments at the spa; I also referred over 10 people with each one scheduling and having at least one service and trip to the salon.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and no one was there. I was so disappointed, It upsets me when businesses leave or lock their doors before closing hours and this is the reason I removed one star. Other than that the lady that has done my brows here does an amazing job. This is one of the only people I trust with my brows. She's consistent and fast. She does a good job and the threading usually last about 2 weeks. Just in case there is more than one person that works here I will get the lady's name that always does mine and update my review but everytime I've visited it's been the same person. I definitely recommend this place If you're in the area but make sure you go before 8pm. They close at 9pm on most days.

My mom, a hard working school teacher for the last 30+ years, began her summer break in early June and I wanted to gift her a relaxing spa day! Bless the staff for being so patient and kind with all my calls I made to make sure everything was perfect! I am amazed at the quality of hospitality. Every interaction was just outstanding. In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. (Ladies and gents in the area take note that this is a great experience to gift your loved ones) I chose to customize a Renew spa package for her including a hydra facial. I added on lunch for her and she enjoyed her salad! I believe she also decided to get her hair done and she felt so refreshed! She called me AMAZED and couldn't wait to tell me every little detail. I also have to give my respect to the manager and staff because I asked them to make sure she does not pay for spa day and to allow me to pre-tip as well so my mom can be all covered. Thank you SO much for honoring my wishes. Thank you for all you do and for making so many people feel beautiful inside and out! I cannot wait to book again for my mom and I!
