Today some friends and I came here for lunch and I have to say I was very impressed with the restaurant. The decor is warm and inviting and I like the way they did the ambience lighting in the cabinet when you first walk in it looked very special. The waitress we had which I wished I had her name was excellent. She was very attentive and made some outstanding recommendations from the menu. I ordered the steak fajita, and it was not only a humongous portion, but the steak was flavorful and far from chewy! I was very impressed with the display in the fresh vegetables that were in it. The meals that my friends got were also very fresh and again large portions! Definitely worth the money!! This was worth the drive and I will be back

This restaurant was clean and spacious. Our waiter Sebastian was excellent!! For being a chain, I was impressed. The salsa was just a bit too watery for my tastes, but flavorful. The cheese dip was creamy and delicious. The Enchiladas Supreme- one ground beef, one chicken, one cheese and one bean. They were all delicious! The Arroz con Pollo (chicken with cheese & rice) - the chicken was so moist you can see the juices on the plate!! Really basic dish but really good! The burrito - served wet - was huge! Make sure you are hungry or take home half (we did ) this burrito did not disappoint in flavor!! Lastly, the Flautas - my personal favorite! Had two beef and two chicken. The beef and chicken were so moist and seasoned perfectly inside the delicious crisped shell! SO YUMMY!! Don't always see Flautas, always taquitos on a menu so made my day!

Ordered food to go. It was good. Nothing special about it though. Service was good. They have military discount as well.

Great little spot right off International Golf Parkway!

Stopped by on a whim with some out-of-town guests and was greeted with top-notch service and flavorful drinks. The vibe is very fun, it was busy but service was quick. I was especially pleased to have a drink and a coconut, so fun!

Worth the drive. The food was very tex-mex which we miss from Texas. Service was spot on not rushed but nice and fast. Ambiance actually was nice like being in Mexico.

Always a yummy lunch spot! I love their Al Pastor tacos. The lunch portions are very big too. They do limit you to only a few baskets of chips which is unlike other Mexican restaurants in the area. Parking at this location is really easy. We really like this spot, maybe we will come back for dinner soon to try out some of their menu items!

The food and the service were soooo good! I knew when we walked in after 2pm and the restaurant was busy that we were in for a treat, and that ended up being the case. We'll certainly be back when we're back in the area.

Great service, dog friendly, had two different chicken bowls, one wasn't even on the menu but they made it for us anyway, food was excellent. Such a great evening. On the way back for seconds.

Anejo Cocina Parkway - St. Augustine, FL Address: 650 E Twincourt Trail, Suite 202, St. Augustine, FL 32095 My husband and I decided to go out for burritos last night, but our usual spot had already closed. So we gave Anejo Cocina Parkway a try--and we're glad we did! Although the menu lists a California burrito, they actually don't serve a true, authentic one. My husband was born and raised in California, and as a cook himself, he definitely noticed the difference! If the restaurant owner would like to reach out to my husband and have him show them how to create an authentic California burrito, he'd gladly do so--with a little bit of pay. That way, they can offer both the authentic version and their revised one as options for customers. The rest of the experience was great! From the moment we walked in (even though it was pretty late), we were seated right away. The server brought out chips, salsa, and drinks super quickly--and everything was fresh, even at the end of the night. The atmosphere was clean, beautiful, and well-lit. They had Spanish-style music playing at just the right volume--fun, but not too loud to talk over. Guillermo was fantastic--definitely ask for him when you go there! Parking: Since it's outside the historic district area, parking is much easier--plenty of free spots in the shopping plaza. Hours: Sun: 11 AM - 9 PM Mon-Thurs: 11 AM - 10 PM Fri-Sat: 11 AM - 11 PM Price Range: Moderate - $$ (Great portions, fair prices, and a full bar.) FYI: Anejo Cocina is part of a small local chain, with other locations in Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville. All in all, a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and we left full and happy. We'll definitely be back (and who knows--you might see my husband in the kitchen helping them craft the perfect California burrito! )

This is a must-visit if you are in the St. Augustine, FL area. Big, bright, bold, and a little loud. The atmosphere is akin to their food. I love it! One of the people in our party ordered a burrito, and it was the biggest I've ever seen; enough for dinner, lunch, and dinner again. The happy hour margaritas are delicious and a great value. I wish there were one of these in Connecticut.

The service was ok, our server was very busy which I can't hold against her. The ambiance is very millennial trying to be mexican and doesn't feel very authentic like a hole in the wall mexican place would be like. The food wasn't good, my taco had more lettuce and sour cream than meat, my burrito was too soggy for me with salsa and was very bland, the quesadilla was actually very good and juicy and would recommend getting the chicken quesadilla if this review doesn't deter you.

    So good

Although service at the bar for a late dinner was poor, I won't let it stop me from recommending this Anejo location! Chips and salsa come out faster than fast and our dinner was fantastic, as usual. Large helping and plenty to share or take home.

My boyfriend had a custom make your own old fashioned, which is always fun. You choose what type of liquor, bitters, and smoke you would like so you can tailor your drink to your liking. For appetizers, we had to get the roasted oysters, everything here has the essence of that fire grilled taste which I particularly love on oysters. After we knocked back a dozen of those, we tried the fries with the tender beef, cheese, and pickled jalapeños. They fry them in tallow, which gives the fries a really nice rich flavor! Then my boyfriend has some cornbread, which had a fruit jam and whipped butter, which he enjoyed. I typically get the chimichurri steak which again has that nice fire grilled element and is paired with some delicious vegetables like carrots, green beans, and potatoes. My boyfriend had the red fish over the andouille dirty rice, which was phenomenal! If I didn't get my seafood craving from the oysters, I definitely would've ordered that. Everything was fantastic as always!

It comes hanging with a great dip and is impressive. Wish I'd gotten a photo, but we were so hungry, we just dug in. I had a grown up grill cheese with tomato and bacon on thick sliced bread, which was tasty. The burger was deemed done as requested. The chicken sandwich was also pronounced good. I normally wouldn't go on about hash browns but these were REALLY good! The thing that held the quiche back from being great was that there wasn't a whole lot of crab meat. She was going on and on about how much she loves it today as well. She actually said "I wish this place was closer to our house because we'd be here way more often" to which I replied "yeah but we have University Diner right by our house, so we're not hurting". Which leads me to a very funny situation: A gentleman showed up at our table like 30 seconds later and said "Hi, I hear you guys go to University Diner? Do you know Andrew? He's my son". We were like "YES! We know Andy!" but the funnier thing was like Lauren had a revelation and said "OH! THAT'S why I love this breakfast burrito so much!"
