We walked in, I asked the young girl if there was dine-in, she said no. I asked again, "so no dine in?" She said something like "not yet." Some words were exchanged out of confusion and we left. There was only one other customer. An older white lady waiting for her food. What reason would I have to lie? We wanted to try your business out but was thrown off by your staff. BEWARE THOSE WITH NUT ALLERGIES! My fiancé had lunch here today. He ordered the sweet and sour pork, chow mien, and steamed pork buns. Although he enjoyed the food, he started having a severe allergic reaction. He has a severe allergy to all nuts, including peanuts. He called the restaurant to ask if there were any nuts in the food he ordered and was told no and that there is no cross contamination. I myself spoke to the manager a little later to report the allergen issue once my fiancé got treatment, and he assured me that there is no cross contamination. However, if there was no cross contamination, there would have been no reaction to the food! The manager did not seem to show concern for my fiancé's health and wellness, only wanted to cover his bases. We will never eat here again simply because the food cannot be trusted. read more

Been craving for some dumplings and I'm glad I found this place! Came in yesterday and ordered a few of everything on their dumpling list. Hands down the best I ever had! The curry chicken was my favorite. Everything tasted fresh and very delicious. I also ordered the garlic noodles with beef and that too was delicious! If you're a garlic fan, this is also a must try! Highly recommend this place if you're in the area shopping at the outlets across the street. Prices are super affordable for the quality. Place is clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Wow. Everything we tried was amazing! Spicy pork dumplings, king pao chicken, garlic noodles, chow mein and most of all, CUBE STEAK AND POTATOES. When we arrive here at folsom we wanted to eat chinese food so we decided to try Andy's kitchen. I ordered chicken with green beans with extra green onions and my fiancee ordered spicy chicken he really enjoyed his meal it was spicy and delicious as my food i really loved it the chicken was so soft and delicious So we decided to get Andy's kitchen last night this time we just got pork pot stickers which they were absolutely delicious and big and we also pork fried rice with green onions very tasty and delicious. The best chinese restraunt we ever had in California Will keep coming back forever. Crispy sesame chicken, excellent dumplings, buns, and pot stickers, and clean conditions. I wasn't happy with the dumpling place that recently opened near my house, because it was my kids first experience with soup dumplings, and they were... not the best. So, for their next experience I chose another location. Andy's had four and a half stars. We arrived for early dinner; there was only one other customer at the time. It was a smaller restaurant, was clean clean, and we were seated immediately, each given a nice menu with pictures. We ordered a spicy steamed pork bun (maybe too hot for some young kids), a pork dumpling, steamed chicken dumplings, soup dumplings, pot stickers, and added an order of sesame chicken after putting in our order. Everything came out about the same time a few minutes (~10 minutes) later. The food was hot, fresh, and good. Nothing seemed overcooked or undercooked (not hard or overly soggy). The waitress made a point to ask if we wanted chopsticks (we didn't) or if we needed anything else. The price was reasonable, given our recent dining-out experiences. Oh my goodness! I have been longing for, craving, searching high and low for really good, high quality, authentic, incredibly tasty Chinese food for (like) ever. And I found it at Andy's Kitchen! I travel a lot on business and happened to be staying in Folsom for the night hen I came across Andy's Kitchen through Yelp. I ordered vegan takeout and was in Nirvana while dining on their food. Everything was prepared exceptionally, with the highest quality ingredients. And the flavor! Over the moon. One of my favorite dishes before becoming vegan used to be Salt & Pepper Shrimp. Andy's had Salt & Pepper Tofu on the menu and it was incredible. The cubes of tofu were not coated, but somehow crispy on the outside and delicately creamy inside. The seasoning was perfection! Just the right amount of salt and pepper, jalapeno slices and delicate sauce (perhaps mild vinegar). It was wonderful! Oh! And I had their Veggie Chow Mein. It was spectacular! Both the veggies and noodles had that delicious and delicate hint of charred flavor that is indescribable and haunting. Again, seasoning perfection. I have been back twice now and have tried many of their vegetarian/vegan dishes and loved each and every one. Now I'm making excuses to stay in Folsom, or at least pass through as much as possible. And lastly, the staff have been so friendly and kind. It is so fun to see them each time. This is perfect Chinese takeout to me!!! We got shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mein, salt and pepper ribs, green beans, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour pork and everything was perfection. I felt like the ingredients were a step above the usual takeout quality and crispy things stayed crispy even using door dash and letting it sit for awhile. There's not much good Chinese food in Folsom but I must say hands down Andy's kitchen is the bomb! I've never had smokey fired fried rice but now that I've been exposed to it, I don't want any other fried rice. They are on point every time. You wil not be disapointed. This was our first time here and we had no idea what to expect. I was told great things but the ambiance is that of fast food. I thought it was going to be a sit down restaurant. But that's fine the problem was the food. Never have I had such oily Chinese food. Flavor was bland. And when I asked for chili paste they told me they didn't have it but when I went to the bathroom I saw two huge bottles of chili paste on the rack. The Sichuan beef was VERY salty, practically inedible. In fact, we threw it out. The Kung Pao chicken was rather bland and the sweet and sour pork was passible, but very heavily breaded. We found an outstanding restaurant in Andy's Kitchen! We went all out and tried a bunch of items. The wonton appetizer was delicious, as was the wonton soup. Top quality Chinese food you can get! Quite the higher price but it's worth every penny. I got the sesame chicken and it was delicious, only downside is several pieces are on the smaller side so it's more crunchy than meaty. Mapo Tofu was even better, was tasty and had a nice spicy kick to it but is not that spicy and there is no Sichuan peppercorn in it which isn't that important. They use silken tofu so it falls apart in your mouth. It's a great main or side dish to share with others. read more
