    I was recently in at Andy Mohr Kia and my experience was strictly for purchasing a used car. I had set up a time to review the car at the dealership and Caiden had it ready up front arrival. I completed a short form and the got my drivers license details. The test drive went well and after checking my wife I decided to see about buying the car. I had a price in mind for the vehicle and Caiden and I discussed that and we came up with a fair price. I put down my offer and talked it over with the manager Cory who agreed. There really was no long drawn out discussions and they were easy to deal with on this purchase. I was paying cash so that made the finance / paperwork quick and easy. They had very nice digital tables to do the paperwork and it was very fast. They do offer a few optional warranties but I decided to not add those on. I talked to Caiden and said I would come back later to get the vehicle so was very happy with the used car buying process.

    Jeff started his stopwatch when he arrived: 14 min, and 17 seconds to get in and out and transfer plates.

    12 out of 10 experience. We were interested in speed and high-caliber expertise, and we got both. I am so happy with our time, as short as it was, with Andy Mohr's new car sales team. We did everything in advance (as much as possible), so it was as efficient as a well-oiled machine. We're super happy and urge anyone to use Andy Mohr for "Mohr" :) And the folks involved were: Aria - BDC Consultant Jeramie - Sales manager Tristen - salesperson Andre - Finance Manager For all of 14 minutes

    DO NOT COME HERE! I took a bus 5 hours from St Louis to buy a car here that broke down on me just 2 HOURS after I left the dealership on a rural Illinois highway at night- I contacted them immediately and they told me I bought the car "as-is" and wished me luck getting home. I was over 100 miles from home- It took me 27 hours and every dime I had in towing fees to get home. I called and asked for a manager as soon as they opened Monday morning- he could not care less and told me "there is nothing we can do" because I live out of town except to bring the car BACK to them for a trade-out...completely at my expense! In other words, pay to have it towed again, this time 234 miles. When I told him this isn't right, he actually bragged about what a good reputation they had! When I began to look over the engine and flush the radiator, over a gallon of stop-leak and old coolant the consistency of mud came out of the engine, as pictured! I am on the hook now for 3 years for a car I drove for just 2 hours- this has absolutely devasted me financially and mentally, I can't believe these people did this to me- once you drive off their lot, you are radioactive to them, they don't care about you, and they have no shame in letting you know it. RUN AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF

    UPDATE! Come to find out, Jeramie was WRONG on the sales tax. He said it was 9% as is Illinois state tax, but for cars, it is 6%. We had to call the dealership and let them know. We did get a check for it but it's so ridiculous that he put up such a fuss for something was wrong- something we told him was wrong.

    Went to Andy mohr after dealing with Kia in terre haute for 2 months of we need this this this... Called the Andy mohr store talked to a guy named Josh Deorto this guy was nothing short of amazing told me what he needed I sent it over 30 minutes later I get a text from Josh Deorto telling me to come pick up my wife new 2024 Kia telluride! Josh Deorto was very friendly and helpful he met us outside when we pulled up he show us the car took us inside explained how that Kia has a five mile lift free Starbucks while your waiting! All in all Andy mohr Kia found a gem in Josh Deorto thanks again man appreciate it!!

On my way to his house to work on some pre-funeral things, I noticed the car was driving a bit weirdly. While it was a bit early for my oil change, my car is getting older and I've lately had to get my oil change earlier. Avon is right on the way. So, on the way home from a day of processing belongings and dealing with paperwork I opted to stop in for an oil change. I pulled in behind a car that was already in the bay. This is a two-bay center. To be honest, we were initially looking at a 4-star review. I wasn't initially greeted upon arrival and waited a few minutes. After the car in front was finished, I was motioned in. However, as my visit continued it began to improve quite a bit. I dealt with two employees - not sure of names - a young female (Trinity is on the receipt) and a male. Both were quite friendly and professional. I got the conventional oil change. I had a coupon. I also ended up getting the cabin air filter replaced and two tag lights. I didn't feel pressured. In fact, while a serpentine belt was recommended they didn't have a certified tech for that when I arrived. The visit took longer than usual. They were thorough and had difficulty putting the tag lights back as the bolts had rusted a bit. They also were attempting to reset my oil service light (receipt says this was complete; it wasn't. They couldn't actually figure it out as my 2012 Kia is rather unique. However, I was impressed with how much effort they put into it.). The level of service convinces me to up this to a 5-star review. Yes, there were minor issues. However, I feel these were overcome with quality service, fair pricing (including discounts), and a car that was running much better when I left than when I got there. Ultimately, I was pleased. While I do prefer to get a greeting when I arrive, once the service started everything was stellar and I'm sticking with a 5-star review.

I drive a Kia Carnival and have always brought my own oil filters since I know they don't stock them. They've been doing my oil changes for the past year without an issue. When I went in on Monday around 5 PM, there was no one in the bay, but the person in charge told me they couldn't do the oil change because it was "too hard" and might take 30 minutes. I've never had a problem before, so this was surprising. Honestly, it came across as a lazy mindset rather than a real issue. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

    Spoke to Office Manager Zach the day before my repair. Manager assured me they complete a brake and…read moretune up job on my car on the same day. Dropped car off at 9:30 am was assured again things would be completed. Called at 1:00pm was told my car had not been seen but they were working getting it in. Received an estimate at 2:00pm, ($1300) which I accepted in less than 5 minutes upon receiving it. Shop closed at 4:00 pm with my car still there unrepaired without any notification at all. Now I don't have a care for rest of weekend and cannot get to work this upcoming Monday. Called Meineke Corp. office they state he is not listed as a Franchise but is on their web directory. I can say for sure Meineke did not treat me right!!! (Update: Received a reply from Meineke. Per Manager Zack, notice of include in the note section of estimate received at 2:00pm via text message. But no call from manager or heads up at 1:00pm of possible delay or failure of completion. New Location needs to work on Customer and Communication Skill regarding turnaround time with customers) I cannot send Meineke a check with a note hidden at the bottom to pay a portion next week after we agreed to same day payment for service rendered in all other communication prior. The lack of one call changed my entire experience and caused a large inconvenience in my personal and professional life.

    I brought my Ford there to get to get my engine checked up. I was told that it would cost less to…read morejust get a new engine into the car than to fix the coils that were melted and that it would take longer and that they would need to order everything. They insisted that they can fix the coils. Obviously that would cost more, but I just wanted the car to work. It turns out they broke one of the coils even more even when a Ford " specialist " came to check it out. The car was not fixed and it came back and didn't even worse condition than when I brought it in I've had the car for about a month. I road it around to get the engine running in the neighborhood my engine is completely ruined. Top of that I still had to pay full price for the service of something that I didn't even get fixed. Now I'm out of a car and out of 1,500 dollars. Don't let these people scam you
