My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.

I was all set to pay $1000 for labor and a new radiator. I had to wait several days to get the truck into their shop, but it was worth the wait. Once in the shop they confirmed my diagnosis and gave me an estimate of $674. I gave them the go ahead and they replaced the leaking radiator with a new one, and had it done that same day for $674. To top it all off, they were able to give me a ride to and from my house to drop off and pick up the truck, no charge. These guys are honest, quick (once they get you in), and dependable. I will use them in the future for all of the automotive work I hire done.

Whenever she showed up she was kindly greeted and helped in the lot with no wait. They talked her through what the issue was as they fixed it and told her to come back if she had any more problems. They took care of two of them at no charge...because the 3rd one wasn't making the sound at the time I pulled in so couldn't fix something we couldn't hear. I had them replace a recommendation though they thought will be a problem in the near future at a reasonable price once again. My car is sounding great again. They're extremely trustworthy. I will get my 3rd noise fixed by them if it were to ever come back again. They were fantastic and didn't overcharge me. I previously went to a guy in Whitestown who worked out of his garage...what a huge mistake that was that's where many of my problems began. I should've asked for the price first. He overcharged me a bunch for just 2 brake pads. I also called another auto service in Zionsville and they quoted me a huge overcharged price. Learned my lesson the first time. I just hope Zionsville Auto continues with their amazing customer service & reasonable prices. They're my new go to place to fix all of my mechanical car issues.

Each time the repair is done quickly and their prices are very affordable. My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it. All I can say is the technicians at the Westfield Automotive are the best. I'm glad I found them and I want to spread the word so you too can get great service at a great price.

I had a new engine put in somewhere else, but started using Eagle. I noticed an oil leak and was…read moretold there were valve leaks from when Tom Wood put in the engine. Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice.
