Big O was great! I had a very bad experience where three tires blew all at different times on my travel trailer during a trip to Tennessee. I was totally ripped off by a couple of companies that took advantage of my situation of being stuck along interstate 75. It took $1400 but I got 4 new tires and finally made it home after spending 8 hours stranded 3 feet off the interstate. However, after a couple days sitting at my storage place, I discovered that one of the new tires was leaking air. I called Big O and they quickly worked me in. When they checked my tires, they discovered that the previous people had installed 3 passenger car tires rather than trailer tires. Mike the owner of Big O showed me the difference in the strength of the sidewalls and said I was lucky that those passenger tires didn't blow out too! He sold me 3 new TRAILER tires at only $110 each. He and the other employee that I dealt with, Andrew, were very kind and compassionate. This was a big difference that the guy i had dealt with in Tennessee that lied to my wife and I, deceived us, and put us at more risk. Mike and his employees are Christians and their values and morals are high. You can trust them! They will do the right thing and they do truly value customer satisfaction. Last night could have been a really stressful experience, but thanks to this team, it turned into a happy memory! On our drive home, we got a flat tire on the highway. I had my five-year-old with me, and unexpected situations like that can be especially overwhelming for him. After his first-ever tow truck ride, we left our van at Big o Tires to be repaired. When we came back this morning, not only was the tire fixed quickly and professionally, but the kindness we experienced really stood out. The boss went out of his way to give my son a hat, which absolutely made his day. What could have been a scary situation has turned into something he keeps replaying in a positive way! I have always gotten great service from these guys...until today. Ken told me on the phone that sending my wheel out to be repaired was "doing me a favor". I didn't think it was since I was paying for it and it is a service they offer. I keep a really tight schedule so I asked about the timing of the repair in advance. When they didn't deliver, they denied what was said. Also pretty much got the cold shoulder from Mike on hearing my concerns. He had been a pleasure to work with until now. I cant say I would never come here again, but I dont have the same level of confidence that I once did. Been going to this location for 20 years. Made the mistake of going to the place next door once, but that is a long story. They always get me right in, especially when I have an unexpected nail in my tire. Pricing is fair, and they also do well on brake jobs. This place is awesome. I desperately needed new brakes before my trip to see my family in Kentucky. I also work in Brownsburg, and getting any type of car work done during the week is such a hassle. I called and spoke to Mike on Wednesday and made an appointment to take my car in at noon on Saturday. Saturday came, and within an hour of dropping it off, they called me with an estimate (which was comparable to others in town) and told me that I really only needed front brakes. I ok'd it, and within another hour, they called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. These guys are friendly, honest, quick, and reliable. Good sense of humor, too. Gotta hand it to the crew at big O, they got me taken care of quick. I dropped off my 2015 Ford Edge to fix what I thought was a simple nail puncture. Nope, two holes. But all said and done, they didn't charge me. Tire plugging here is free. And great service is why I keep using them even though it's on the other side of the county and they have a much closer location. So they get my five stars. Pretty hard to get. read more

I live in Chicago and my son had one of my cars in Brownsburg (where he was working). When the car need new tires, we took it over to Big O. On the day the new tires were to be installed, we discovered that the "key" for the locking lugnuts was nowhere to be found! I suspect that the Chicago area dealership where we purchased the car and which had done all of the maintenance forgot to put the key back after rotating the tires. In any event, here we are in desperate need for new tires and no way to remove the old ones without destroying the wheels! Enter MIke and his team! He arranged to have the car brought over to the local Audi dealership so they could use thier "key" to remove that locking lugs and replace them so Mike could then replace the tires. None of this was planned but Mike found time to deal with this curveball and get the new tires on by the end of the day. Fantastic work; fantastic service! Ruined a good tire getting the car off the rack, went in to replace it and they ruined the plastic caps by prying them off with s screwdriver and gouged the alloy wheel against the rack. Unbelievable that a real tire store can be so incompetent. Had to call their corporate office to get them to take care of the damage they caused. They just wanted me to go away. I brought my car into Big O for a new tire and an oil change. They told me it would take about a half hour for both. After two hours they informed me they didn't have a tire in, but they were starting my oil change right that second. A half hour later, I watched them pull my car into the garage. As I sit here in the parking lot at Big O tires in Brownsburg stranded I figured I would write a review while it's fresh in my mind. I live in Fishers IN and I am in Brownsburg to visit a friend. I discovered that I have something lodged in my tire and air was coming out. I yelped the nearest tire store and Big O was within a mile. Also the store is open until 6 and I was so relieved to know that it was 5:30 and they could still hopefully help me. I rushed here and when I came in the young man working the desk asked how he could help me. I told him my tire was almost flat and that I needed it repaired or possibly replaced. He told me "sorry but not tonight". I asked him if he was sure because at this point I'm stranded...that I didn't live around here. He simply said..."sorry, can't help you tonight". So, I walked out the door and stood in front of the store for a minute trying to figure out what I was going to do. I went back in and asked if they could at least put my spare tire on. He said...no...there's nothing I can do tonight. No concern for the fact that I was stranded and was practically pleading with him. I know this technically isn't his problem but I wonder how he would feel knowing someone wouldn't help his wife, daughter or mother who might be stranded with a flat tire. I've been sitting here in my car for over an hour. Every employee packed up and left while I sat here stranded. For this reason alone I will never go to a Big O store again. Never! Now if I could ever get out of this parking lot! Thankfully I have road side assistance and hopefully help will be here soon. read more
