We took our 2016 Chevy Malibu to them for the check engine light for catalytic converter. Over $2k…read moreto fix it , after we got our vehicle back the light came back on for the same thing. Took it back to them to do whatever they did, got the car back engine light back on a couple day later for same thing . Took it back in and Nicole that was working there at the time said they put faulty 02 sensors on our vehicle, so we got that replaced again. Engine light back on again. Nicole told us to take the car to dealership, because they said it might need to be reprogrammed and that they will cover the cost. ( never covered the cost). We took it to Chevy they had our car for like 4 days. They said it was an after market converter and that we need OEM. Took it back to Meineke and they claim they put the oem on. Got the car back and now code is off for the converter and now code is on for throttle body. Paid another $700 got the car back code back on for throttle body, took it back they did whatever they said they did once again, got the car back and code back on once again. Took it back and they had our car for 10 days in a row and the engine light came right back on next day and our car was making noises and underbody In worse condition. So stupid, cause we gave it back to them again and they did some so called stuff to it, got it back engine light right back on for same thing again. It's like they did nothing but unplug the battery and plug it back up to shut off the engine light for a moment. We been dealing with them for months for the same codes. The engine light is still on for the same thing that they fixed. They had our car so many times it's crazy just for the code to still be on and we paid over 3k. It's fair to get our money back because they did not fix the code as they said they would and it is still on. We tried to get our money back and the manager said it's "beyond his pay rate". And gave us an email . They did not fix the issue. Our car got messed up even more in the mix. But we just want our money back for what they said they fixed and the code still on for it. Just a bad experience overall and this right here is why people be scared to go to these mechanics. $3k and the light is still on after they said it will be off when they fix it. We did go get engine light diagnostic and print out everytime we got the car back from them when the light cut back on. I am disgusted and am going to report them everywhere. We gave them our car over 10 times over the past few months and no progress. I refuse to give them the car again because damage has been done to it being on their property. It's better to go to dealerships for repairs for some things because they charge almost just as much and put on after market and faulty parts. So as of today Engine light is till on for the same code.

One complaint that I do have is that when I was given my oil change options, I was not presented with the conventional price. I had to ask for it. I was only told the synthetic and semi synthetic price. I found that kind of odd. Anyway, I spent about 25 minutes here, from pulling in line to pulling out of the bay. While changing your oil they offer other services. Some services are free like tire pressure, window cleaning, and fluid/light check. Other services require an additional charge like tire rotation, air filter change, fluid top-off, and spark plug change. In addition to my oil change, I had them change my air filter and top-off my break fluid. This service is quick, easy and efficient. They have a very clean and neat waiting area available, if the service they are doing on your vehicle requires that you get out of it.

Well, I am at the point where my car is paid for and now even other month something is going wrong. Trying my best to dodge a car payment, I find myself weighing the repairs vs the value of the vehicle. Okay, enough about me, on to the review. I took my SUV to Auto Lab out of the blue. After going to several other mechanics and experiencing sticker shock, something told me to stop by for a 4th opinion. Immediately I was intimidated by the cleanliness and feel of the place. They probably have one of the cleanest lobby's next to a high end car dealership. They took my truck for a test drive and were very clear in explaining the issue. I even got to stand underneath my truck with the mechanic. Still skeptic on the noise, we went for a second test drive to make sure we were identifying the same noise. The price they quoted me was $500 below the lowest bidder. They got me in and out on a Saturday morning. Even though I had to invest money I didn't expect on an auto repair, I was pleased with their work and professionalism. I definitely will consider them in the future, as I strive to hit 250k miles.

This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure. Anyway, we called and they said to bring it on over and we had to wait about an hour before they had time to fix it, but they fixed it fairly quickly after that. The total was less than $20, so I am one happy camper at the moment that they were able to fix this and do so affordably as it has cost us much more other places we've had these replaced. This is a super busy location. They do have a small rating room for five or six people, including a TV to keep you busy if you don't have a phone. There is a coffee pot and water as well while you wait. They did have a battery on the counter with charging cables, but it didn't appear to work and I honestly didn't feel like bothering anybody about it. Bathroom was clean as well.

Endurance customer service is not open on weekends, so the call was delayed until Monday.
