Today is Sunday and my son broke 2 wheel studs on his van. It's tough finding auto repair open on Sunday! I called and was told they could take care of this but not today. Drop off and they could get it done tomorrow. Ok, not what I want but it is Sunday. We arrived, asked again if any way to get it today so he could get to work. The gentleman up front nicely asked a tech if he could get it. Here we are, 30 minutes before close, heading to pick up his van! KUDOS TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I noticed I had a large nail in my back tire. I called and was able to bring my car in the same day and they replaced it without issue. The price was fair and they did a really great job at examining all my tires to make sure the other tires were in good condition! Would highly recommend. read more

Took my car in for oil change and they forgot to put the dipstick back in and oil came out all over my car. Well they made that right and gave me a "free" oil change - god knows how much was missing from the other oil change. I had NO oil light come on - which it has EVERY time before and now the car would not start and there is NO OIL IN THE CAR. No leaking, None on the garage floor, no spray and the under body of the car. I spoke with Firestone and they told me it was NOT THERE PROBLEM!!!!! The mechanic I observed going out and smoking and hanging on a van with a girl in it - I gave him the "eye" and he went back to changing to oil. I advise EVERYONE to check their work after you take you car in, FIRESTONE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. I hope you don't screw anyone else out of a car because of the lack of care given to your customers!!!!!!!!! Spread the word. BEWARE if you take your car there - CHECK EVERYTHING after you pick it up!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

They installed Firestone tires on our Saturn Outlook. They accommodated us quickly. The quoted price includes road hazard and they don't really describe this as optional, but it is and will save you $100 off the bill. It's a tire shop and they did what we expected, no issues. read more

This place is garbage. Went there today for an oil change and sat there for 2 hours waiting. Then they leave grease all around my dashboard and around my steering wheel. Once they were finally done, they forgot to do even more things after telling me they were done wasting even more of my time. Would not recommend. read more

Will not be taking my business back here. Went here today for an oil change and to purchase 4 tires for my vehicle around 10am. Promised tires within 3 hours from another store in the city. Was never called back. Repeat call to the store manager, was told "they are on the way and will be in by store close (7pm)" Again, was not called back. as the time approached 7pm. I went to the store at close and stayed after hours (until 8pm). Was told by another worker the store manager never called to have them delivered...because they never showed. They put my old tires back on and drove my car out front. When I started it, the oil light was on. THEY DIDN'T PUT ANY OIL IN THE CAR. A tech came out and filled it up. Won't be recommending this business to any of my friends or colleagues. read more

I got an appointment for an alignment, tire rotation and an oil change for my vehicle at noon. Since I didn't think it would take too long, I ventured across the street for some shopping. I had just gotten done, when I got the call. My truck was in worser shape than I expected. I knew there were other things wrong, but I didn't expect this. I needed calipers, brakes, rotors, wheel bearings, ball joint...I mean a whole lot of stuff. I was pretty devastated and tried to run off to the restroom to vomit because it's Christmas time and I didn't want to spend all this money. Sabrina, what a lifesaver, helped us out with some discounts and putting a large portion on credit. I went ahead and got new tires, and they got everything done that day. They even took us home and then picked us up after hours so I could get my car. I left my unsafe truck there and picked up a reliable one. read more

Made an attempt to get the oil changed at 345, OPEN sign was lit with people in the building but the door was locked. Employee looked at us but didn't make any attempt to let us in. read more

Had an appointment at noon, arrived 15 minutes early to drop my car off, told them I wanted it done as soon as possible, and go run errands with my wife while the oil was being changed. Came back an hour and half later to find out they hadn't even touched my car and told me it was because they didn't have a space open but half of them were open when I dropped it off so I wouldn't trust them. Will not he coming back, also the full synthetic oil change was $85 when everywhere else I've been I've only paid $65. PS - they had two other conflicts with customers while I waited an extra hour and a half and one customer wanted to talk to a mechanic because the mechanic did so poorly, would not recommend coming here. read more

If I could give no stars, I would! In early August, I went to get new tires and an oil change and the individual working on my car (Nate) put 3 of one tire on my car and 1 of a different, much larger, tire on the rear passenger side. Obviously, that did damage to my car. Joyce upgraded my tires and said she'd order the part in to replace the rear wheel well but I never heard back. I called and she said the part had just come in so I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, I found out they ordered the wrong part (mud flaps). They said they would have Joyce order the correct part and I have not heard back from them and that was over 3 weeks ago. I've been a customer of Firestone for years and am disappointed with how I've been treated. My fiance has had terrible experiences at the Brownsburg store and asks me why I still take my car there every time I schedule an appointment and I am so sad that he's right. My car should have been fixed by now and it's obvious that the store has no intention on making this right. I guess I finally learned my lesson. read more
