That was not a problem though and they got me in right away. Half an hour later the guy came out and showed me that my car didn't need an alignment but with my heavier tires I need to rotate them more frequently and possibly invest in better shocks. So they didn't charge me anything for even checking the alignment. He said it was usually $25 but there was a special going on for free. Did I already say awesome? Because I meant it! I'm so impressed with their customer service and honesty. Too many places take advantage of unknowledgeable car people and these guys didn't. When I need a future alignment, tires, or any other car fix, this will be my first place to go to and recommend. Their waiting room and free internet is also a bonus! They were cleaning the windows when I arrived and it showed they take pride in their facilities, which is always a good sign.

They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!

Absolutely loved working with Daniel and the whole team here--they're all extremely professional, personable, and know their stuff. I'm no car expert (otherwise I wouldn't be here, right?) and they were always patient and helpful in explaining the issues without being condescending. The free shuttle service is great for longer repairs -- and one of the reasons I was drawn here in the first place. Or you can sit and wait for something quick like an oil change. What might be my favorite thing is that most communication can be done via text or online forms. While I love to talk to people, my day is usually full of conference calls and it's much faster to just send a quick text or check a box to approve repairs, rather than wait an hour or two for the call to end just to call them and give them the go ahead. I wasn't expecting that at all, but it's so much more convenient than having to play phone tag. And of course the quality of the work is fantastic -- without going into a ton of detail of our exact repairs, they were able to fix two ongoing problems with speed and ease, while the shop that found the problem in the first place still hasn't even called me back. Very impressed and plan to come back here for any future issues. I mean this in the best way that I really hope I don't have to come here very often outside of oil changes and tire rotations, but I know I'll be taken care of when I do.

I took my vehicle to them **THREE SEPARATE TIMES for the same A/C problem**. The A/C was blowing hot air, and the only reason I continued returning was because I was told the repairs were covered under warranty. Instead of resolving the problem, I repeatedly found myself dealing with additional charges and explanations about why certain repairs supposedly weren't covered. They would cover one part of the repair and then tell me that something else was "not part of the original repair." After the second visit, I drove less than 20 miles before the check-engine light came on. I took the vehicle to AutoZone and had their free diagnostic test performed. I was told the problem indicated a fault involving the A/C sensor. When I brought this back to Christian Brothers, I was told the sensor wasn't covered because they hadn't replaced that sensor during the previous repair. So after already bringing my vehicle to them multiple times for the same A/C problem, I ended up having to pay another $150 deductible through my CarMax warranty. At some point, you have to ask: Why wasn't this properly diagnosed and repaired in the first place? Their phone hold message talks about being nice and taking care of customers. That's great advertising, but being nice isn't the same thing as actually taking care of the customer. Taking care of the customer means diagnosing the problem correctly, fixing it properly, and not sending someone back out the door only to have the same problem--or another related problem--show up almost immediately. After three visits, additional expenses, I have completely lost confidence in this shop. Honestly, "Unchristian Brothers" would be a more fitting name based on my experience. If you take your vehicle here, get a second opinion and make sure you understand exactly what they are--and are not--covering before you authorize anything.

We waited over 1.5 hours for an oil change after being told it would only take 30 minutes. Once we reached the bay, the technician drained the oil and then informed us they were out of oil filters. They had to get more from across the street, which caused an additional 30-40 minute delay on top of the supposed "15-minute" oil change. We paid full price, and while the technician did apologize, it would have been nice if they had checked if we had time to wait before starting the process. After our 2.5-hour oil change, my fiancé called the location to discuss our experience with the manager. He spoke with someone who is presumed to be the manager named, "AJ or DJ." The manager was extremely rude, interrupting and yelling at my fiancé while he was mid-sentence. What shocked us even more was when the manager laughed at him and blatantly ignored everything my fiancé said after explaining that people plan their day around estimated service times and that this delay caused him to miss most of his nephew's first birthday. He told him to call corporate to "complain" because they are owned by corporate. We weren't even complaining, just providing feedback from our experience, as we have done for both good and bad experiences. Most managers appreciate hearing both positive and negative feedback from customers, so they can improve their operations. This situation became LESS about the oil change and MORE about how the manager treated a customer. If he's treating customers this way, it makes us wonder how he treats and trains his employees. This is deeply disappointing because we know Valvoline doesn't stand for this in their business model, and we hope action is taken seriously. We've never encountered such poor treatment at any business and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. But, since the leak was so small, we agreed, I could just watch it and only need to add a little oil, a few times a year for average driving. Now that is an honest review and a good tip!
