4/5 rating only because I did not actually have any work done to my vehicle here. However! I took a vehicle that I've since gotten ridden of, in for an oil change, and it broke down while I was in line. There were 3 guys working, and the shop was closing in less than an hour. Their team went above and beyond trying to get my car started, and even offered to drop me somewhere -in the event that their efforts were unsuccessful. Would definitely go back to this place and actually have work done. Conveniently close to the interstate, with longer weekend hours than other locations I had looked up. read more

do not go here they tried to put the cheapest oil ever (quaker state) after charging me $150 for a "full synthetic" oil change they forced me to get because my "high performance dodge charger engine" requires it but yet they put the cheapest oil ever anyways ...complete scammers ... they advertise they use pennzoil , castrol , mobil 1 etc... lies... and after ripping you off with cheap oil they will barely tighten your oil filter on also so there's that's. read more

Stopped in here a couple times now on my lunch break to get my oil changed the staff is very friendly quick! They offered to vacuum out my floor boards and even cleaned my windows and aired up my tires complimentary, I had used a coupon from their website which gave me a pretty good discount (26$ off) on top of that they gave me another coupon! I enjoy how fast and efficient they are here as I'm able to get everything changed, paid for and back to my work in an hour read more

My car had came in a hot mess from long-term storage...needing an oil change, tire rotation, headlight replacement, fluids refilled, and windshield wipers replaced. The team not only took excellent care of my vehicle, but didn't make me feel like a dumbass (which I appreciate as a woman who had worked at a Jiffy Lube before). I was unsure of which location I wanted to continue to use and I know for sure I'll go back to this one. The manager and their lead CSA is excellent and I hope they're appreciated by the company like they deserve. read more

I received the best customer service I have ever experienced at this jiffy lube. I drove up in a panic because my new car was doing all kinds of wonky stuff. I pull in and immediately get complimented on how great I pulled in to the garage by one gentleman then another complimented my shirt. I told them what was happening and they all went to work to figure out what was going on. They thoroughly checked everything and even did research while I was waiting and found that what I was experiencing was a known issue with the make and model of my car. (It basically just needed turned off and turned back on again lmao) Levi (I think his shirt said) was very sweet and didn't make me feel dumb about it. He was reassuring and eased any fears I had. He even wished me a happy Easter before we left. I would recommend this shop 1000 times over. You have a great team there Jiffy Lube! read more

Got my car a couple days prior to taking it to jiffy lube. 2007 jepp wrangler with a brand new rebuilt engine. I have never been the one to get oil changes all the time but decided I would do right by my new car that I loved. Took it their, came home and the next day my engine was gone!. They had it get it towed to them so they could send it to their mechanics, got us a rental car and everything. They apologized, then decided to not take the blame! I had to buy my own new engine after just buying a new car and without warning they made us bring the rental car back. They new they were at fault and mad a really bad excuse why get could not fix it. We plan on seeking further action BUT for now. DO not take your car there. I only have videos no pics to post but that was a very bad experience. How do you get an oil change and put no oil in a car . Our actual post of what happend... I am ashamed at the LACK of quality of work by Jiffy Lube in Beech Grove. My jeep was operating without mechanical issues prior to taking it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. After leaving Jiffy Lube, the oil filter started squirting oil, and the vehicle immediately stopped in the middle of the highway ALMOST causing an accident. The oil was squirting out of the oil filter so bad that it could have caused a fire/explosion with the potential of causing serious bodily injury or death. 1. In the beginning, Jiffy Lube was very apologetic, and attempted to solve the issue after seeing the video. They placed me in a rental car while they strategized on their response. They started to place blame on everyone in the process except themselves. They blamed the company they buy oil filters from, the car dealership i bought my jeep from, and they even blamed ME for them improperly installing the oil filter. 2. Recently the very rude COO Rodney Brown decided to use a strategy of placing full blame of the faulty oil change in my lap. Mr. Brown decided to send me an email stating that the reason my car was leaking oil was due to my vehicle being damaged before they completed the oil change. THIS IS COMPLETE B.S. AND FALSE. I have driven that vehicle since i purchased it a number of miles, with no oil leaks, and no oil lights, but just like magic, after I decide to get an oil change from jiffy lube, my vehicle leaks oil all over 465 and almost kills me. 3. I gave Jiffy Lube, and Rodney Brown plenty of opportunity to fix my jeep and to repair my vehicle to the condition it was prior to me using their unprofessional, unethical, crappy services. They failed on multiple fronts and now I am left with no choice but to sue them. I was not looking for a monetary payout, but now I am going to sue for the maximum allowed in the state of Indiana. I explained to Jiffy Lube that I am a 1st responder and I do not necessarily have time to go back and fourth with them over an issue that they obviously 100% at fault for, but I will utilize all of my efforts to sue them and to contact the BBB, news outlets, and anyone else that can help me expose the unsavory business dealings of Jiffy Lube. If you are reading this, I hope you do NOT visit the location in beech grove for an oil change, especially if you need your vehicle in these uncertain times. If Jiffy lube destroys your vehicle, they will blame you. read more

Came in for oil change and was told I needed transmission fluid flushed because it "was black" and a new serpentine belt because it was "so cracked it was about to fall off". (Which both we're over 100$ services) and they were trying to say my car was gonna break down if I didn't. My stepdad usually does all my car stuff and he showed me my belt which looked brand new and showed me how to check my transmission fluid which was far from black. Don't go here they try to scam you. I paid 50$ for a regular oil change with a coupon and that way to much I wish I would have realized sooner I would have went somewhere else. read more

I went for an oil change today, he checked air filter and it was dirty so needed to be changed, $29. I said sure, go for it. They didn't have it in stock but he could call parts store across street. All the had was a K&N, while on the phone he says another $20, I said fine, I need it. I got the bill and was charged $39 for the normal filter (not $29 as I was told) and a $25 upcharge (not the $20 I was told). Then I look further at the bill, I was charged an upcharge for a synthetic oil filter, why is this not included in a "Signature Service Synthetic" at $89?? Would make sense, even if price was more... Next, the "Signature Service Synthetic" should come with 5 quarts of oil, I was charged for 8 additional (my truck holds 8, so I'm not the best at math, but wouldn't that be 3 additional?)... Heard partial conversation with manager, seemed like the tech charged wrong amount for the air filter (I realize I'd been a tough sell so far, had immediately said yes to everything) and instead of admitting the error, tried to hide charges in other places to cover his backside. I would have paid the additional with no qualms, just prefer honesty. At the end of the day, an oil change and air filter was over $200, which stings a little, but the dishonesty is like salt in the wounds... read more

The staff were nice. However, I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and transmission fluid refill. My car was taken in as soon as I got there. Over an hour in, they realized they didn't have my transmission fluid and said they'd go get some and be right back. I appreciated the nice staff, but was frustrated with the wait. My car is a Honda Civic, so it was strange to me that they didn't have the right fluid for such a common car. read more

Very impressed with my experience here! I live in Lafayette, but do some work in Greenwood. My maintenance required light came on a few days ago, so I scheduled an appointment for a MUCH needed oil changed with my local mechanic, Brad's Motorplace (the only mechanic I really feel safe touching my car). I also mentioned to him on the phone that I needed to drive to Indy with the maintenance required light on, and he said to go ahead. Once I got to Indy, I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed ASAP, as my oil light was flashing. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube and was very pleased as soon as I pulled up. I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before, but the lady who greeted me was SUPER nice. She was very informative, and walked me through the process. She held the door open for my boyfriend and I, and she made us feel extremely comfortable. We were in and out in a very timely manner, and I will most certainly be going back. read more

Do not go here, there is a CarX down the street that's better. My sister went there and the workers did not screw everything back into place correctly and her car stalled. She had to pay even more to get that fixed. Then I decided to go just to get a simple oil change and they stole something out of my car. The guy that brought the car in told me he remembered seeing it and tried to look for it, I called the cops and he then told the cops he never saw it. I hope it was worth taking what I work hard for so that you can make a couple bucks. read more

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube, but as busy as my life has been I decided to try this shop for convenience.(Emerson and Thompson location) They were super helpful at being able to change my oil, filter and headlight, with no hesitation.(even an hour before closing) Prior, I went to a place down the street initially, whom couldn't get me in or take an appointment. They were all so kind and I was in and out. I additionally love the fact that they have ladies working for them! I will defiantly return for any oil changes in the future. Came in because a light has been popping up on my dashboard and I didn't know what it meant. Thought it might of been something with my fluids. I didn't have an appointment so it wasn't a big issue to wait 15 or so minutes while Mark and the other woman working there were busy. Some guy named Jake arrived to work and took my car. Literally popped the hood touched it then shut it and said ok you're fine bye. When I was trying to explain to him the issue and ask some more questions he just said it's full you have to take it to a mechanic. Then rushed me out. I drove away upset about how Jake basically hurried me away as if I was bothering him. So I turned around and came back. Mark saw me pulling up and came out to ask if everything was ok, I'm sure he wondered why after waiting for 15 min I was gone in less than 30 seconds. I explained to him how Jake handled the situation and how I would not have minded waiting longer to work with someone who was actually going to give me a chance to figure out what the issues was. Mark who was very helpful then returned to talk to Jake who I could hear talking very loudly to Mark (his manager) basically lying about our interaction. By this point I decided to not press the issue any longer there because the other coworkers probably deal with his attitude enough. Will not be going back because of jakes crappy attitude and the fact that he blankly lied about how he rushed me away with so little care. Thanks mark and other staff. Molasses slow. With one car in front of me, who would expect it to take over an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The 2 guys that are "working" on my car couldn't walk or move any slower without falling over. You can tell they get paid by the hour. Worst experience ever. I went in expecting a quick oil change and I was quickly disappointed. I informed the tech upfront that I had to be at work soon and he assured me that it was no problem, he would have me in and out in no time... 45 minutes max is what I was told. I waited for close to an hour and my car hadn't even been pulled into the garage yet. At this point I was very aggravated, not to mention it would have been a $68 oil change due to the fact that my car requires semi-synthetic oil. I ended up leaving and just making an appointment at my dealership for the next day. I ended up paying $40 for an oil change and tire rotation. So much cheaper and so much quicker at my dealership. In and out in less than an hour. Never again will I return to Jiffy Lube... Ever. Forever lost a customer after the rude technician raised his voice at me as I was leaving. No thanks. read more
