I am largely satisfied here. Service is generally friendly, but occasional mishaps and oversights have happened. Such as missing a light that was out, but since I saw that before I left, I got it replaced at no charge. Getting your vehicle vacuumed here is kind of a hit or miss. sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. Guess I should start asking for it. read more

I called before arriving as I needed headlights and license plate lights replaced. I bought the lights from an auto store and they refused to replace them but this Jiffy Lube location was quick to assist. Upon pulling up, Jeremiah (the Asst. Store Manager) who I talked to on the phone came to my rescue! Quickly replaced the lights (complimentary) and had me on my way within 15-20 mins. I was able to make it just in time for a work zoom call and I was so appreciative of their willingness to assist me, with no hassle and complete efficiency. We are new to the area so this was a wonderful welcome to our neighborhood, and we will return to this location for all of our auto needs they are able to meet. I always receive fast and courteous service at Jiffy Lube. I have been to this location several times as well as others and have always experienced great customer service. You pull up and someone has always been out to great me in less than a minute. They provide other recommendations for repair/ service, but never pressure you to do anything. I came for a routine oil change and left with a swept out car, clean windows, and a replaced serpentine belt. I didn't go in expecting to replace the belt but was glad they were able to recognize I needed a new one and showed me exactly why and what it looked like. They even suggested I get my filter replaced but to buy one and bring it back to save some money. As a female going to get my car worked on it gives me anxiety so I was happy when the staff was sincere and didn't try to do more than what was needed. read more

This place is a joke! I'm going to keep this short and simple. This place has terrible customer service, many employees with attitudes, over-priced results, and this place is filled with a bunch of scammers. I came in for breaks and spent $600 for multiple mechanics in other places tell me that my car looks like it has not even been touched. Not only did I spend my hard earned money for something that wasn't even fixed, but I also can not get my money back because they didn't want to deal with it. I am not even upset about my money anymore, I am more upset that I spent my time here! DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE! I went in for an oil change and left with a broken license plate light cover. Went to a business down the road to pick up a couple of things and my vehicle wouldn't start. Had to get a tow home because they said they didn't know what happened. Do not recommend this location for any kind of service. read more

If you ever have a major issue with your car, these guys are great to go to. I had a problem with my AC (actuator went out) and they not only fixed it fast, but at a way more affordable price than other places around. Chevy dealership was going to charge me $1000+ and told me it would take 6+ hours. Jiffy Lube got me in and out in 2 hours at a fraction of the cost. Very friendly service and definitely a place I'd return with any car problems. read more

Save yourself hours of frustration and go somewhere else. I came For an oil Change but they broke something and two hours later I'm still sitting here. Waiting on a part?! They weren't going to even tell Me until I got upset and asked what was going on!! I came to the store on Kentucky Ave and tried to get my breaks done they turned me down and said that they didn't have time when they had 45 minutes to do them, five minutes later down the road I couldn't stop and almost hit another vehicle luckily two of my coworkers stopped and helped me get home and to safety just know that if they don't care about your safety there just going to let you roll off and die instead of helping you fix your problem no matter how late it is read more

Brad heard my brake noise from around the corner as probably everyone else in Decatur Township and he came to greet me at my van before they were even open. He let me come inside and sit and they got to my van as soon as they opened maybe even before. Great fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back. Only drawback a little pricey. Had a leaking valve stem on my tire pressure sensor, Floyd is awesome and helped me find the part as cheap as possible, bc they were out and I couldnt wait to have one ordered. hooked me up for sure. other shops would have charged $100+ to replace the whole sensor. Good dudes here read more

I initially went to this Jiffy Lube (which is not the closest or to me) because they did electronic ignition/key fobs for a very good price and the technician on the phone seemed very knowledgeable. I was not disappointed--the service was fast but so friendly. These guys know what customer service is about. I've been back twice since then and every time is the same. I trust these guys, especially Brad, to tell me what I need to do. The 3rd time I went there they checked my car out and my fairly new battery was the issue. Brad told me to go back where I had gotten it and now I have a brand new battery free of charge. I didn't even know prior to this that Jiffy Lube did repairs, but I'm so glad I know now. If you live anywhere on the south or west side of Indianapolis, you should check these guys out! read more

Had expected to sit in waiting room for most of evening, but despite being fairly busy had my car good to go within a half hour. Best service I have received at an auto shop in at least 15 years. Went for an oil change and because my check engine light came on. The crew there was wonderful. I would highly recommend them. I was also going to get a new key. It's one they would have to order. They were up front and said they wouldn't order it now because their key machine was broken and they were waiting for someone to come and fix it. I loved that they weren't going to have me order and pay for a key when they weren't sure when they would be able to cut it. I love an honest company. I will definitely get my key there when it's fixed. read more

Find someplace else to go, if you give them a chance, they will rip you off. Went in for an oil change and noticed that they are a full service station so I said that I had some grinding coming from the front end, not sure if it was a ball joint or what, could you look at it and give me a price to fix it. Their mechanic said that it was both of my ball joints and they could fix it for just under $600. I thought it was a little high but I decided to do it anyway. So I dropped my truck off, went to work, called me and said it was done. I came to pick it up and I still had the same problem. I went back to complain and the guy said oh, that must be a coincidence, I said it's not a coincidence it's the same problem I asked you to fix and they said well we fixed something else that was bad and didn't know you wanted this fixed. They even wrote in the service comment section that there was a strange noise-vibration coming from the left front wheel area. If you're going to make that comment why wouldn't you tell me on the phone when you called to say it was done that there was a noise, it just doesn't make sense. They had the nerve to say it wouldn't be very expensive to fix the problem now. I will never visit a Jiffy Lube for the rest of my life and I will encourage everyone to avoid Jiffy Lube for the rest of my life. Update: Within 48 hours of the above review I received a message from the Jiffy Lube regional office I guess, who we're disappointed in my experience and wanted to make it right and to please contact them with my information so that they can make this right. I thought how wonderful is that, and sent them my contact info. They replied with an e-mail that stated that it's my fault because they did what I asked, which isn't true because I still have the noise, the same noise that they noted in the comments section after the work was done. The nerve to blame me for their mechanics incompetence is absolutely insulting. Whatever you do, don't give them a chance to rip you off because it's just a matter of time before they do it to somebody else and that somebody else could be you. read more

Went in for an oil change and it turns out this location also sells car keys and fobs. Ended up getting a spare to my F-150 at a really great price, and was out in just a few minutes. If anyone in Indy needs a spare or new fob/remote, I would highly recommend going to this Jiffy! read more
