Great service. They had the rim i needed. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Passing through town, looked at reviews n called a friend for a good place to get a tire mounted, dropped tire off , was told a couple hours, checked back and tires hadn't moved , no body in the shop, so grabbed my tire and went to another shop, way better service. read more

In a pinch, had a tire patch repair needed. Tire was unrepairable but under warranty at another site. They had my family back on the road with a no hassle tire mount and balance. Thank you to the team and Melissa for such a quick response on my way to phoenix! I been a customer for years and this is why I keep coming back, be sure to hug Melissa shes a hugger :) read more

Thank you Melissa for your kindness and understanding that we needed to "go outside the box" to get the part for my vehicle to be road worthy to get me back to Texas safely. 8 weeks was a long time to find it but when I found it we got my problem sorted and I feel confident driving now. (Anthony remember to keep the customer informed please and make notes in the file so everyone involved can stay up to date-just a fyi). read more

This is the best mechanic in Flagstaff as far as I'm concerned. Melissa's customer service is above and beyond - she actually listens and follows through all the way. No ghosting and you get a call back to let you know where you stand. Anthony knows what he is doing. He knew to ask me to look at specific tags under my hood to make sure he matched the correct replacement part. The value/pricing, competence, respect, care, and professionalism is spot on here. Yeah their shop isn't shiny with a bunch of bells and whistles, and I don't care. What I care about is having a mechanic I can trust that isn't gouging people. If you want an auto shop you can trust, the people of Anderson GT are the ones. Thank you! read more

If I could give it zero I would. Their service is TERRIBLE. The owner Dave is a terrible business owner. He can't run a business and all his employees are leaving. If you don't want your car back scratched up and smelling like smoke, then don't go here. read more

Had a flat tire- they looked at it, but there was no leak, and didn't charge for anything. Then they dug my car out of the snow. Highly recommend, best tire place in Flagstaff. read more

Waited 2 hours for an oil change on what looked like a slow day. Oil change got done I guess, hence the extra star.

Stick to simple things here for tires or oil changes, not meant for bigger repairs at all.

Came in and respectfully waited for the counter person to finish with the current customer. After about 5 minutes, another customer waltzes in and bellies up to the counter while person was still busy with customer. They finish and counter person immediately turns to johnny come lately and says "How may I help you?" as if I didn't exist. Screw that, I'll take my business elsewhere that respects customer service. read more

I love buying tires here, I feel I'm getting quality at a good price. Oil changes can be time consuming. read more

Anderson General Tire - The little tire display next to the new bumper stickers. - Tires Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Good place to get tires. Terrible place to get work done on your vehicle. I had them do an oil change and they put the wrong oil in the motor. My truck has a lot of miles on it and it requires a thinker oil. They put in whatever the Label says in it which is not what's suppose to go in it. My motor locked up and I had it towed to them they said I need a new motor and that they could sell me one for thousands of dollars I take it to my friend in Phoenix Arizonan who is also a mechanic and unlocked my motor my truck works just fine and I drove it to them just to show them that they're wrong. The manager David couldn't even look me in the eye and tell me he was wrong and how he tried to bamboozle me into buying a new Motor from him. BEWARE OF DISHONEST SHOPS LIKE THIS! read more

I found a screw stuck in my brand new front tire (full disclosure, I did not purchase my tires here) and called to see about a repair. I was told to come on over and they would look at it and the repair price was $20.00. I went over and they took my tire off, removed the screw which had not penetrated the tire, checked it to make sure and re-installed it. NO CHARGE!! Amazing service, friendly staff, clean waiting room and all in all a wonderful business! read more

Anderson Tire always had great service and wonderful owners. I had been a loyal customer for years, until a few months I've notice changes. For one, they order the wrong tire and had to wait a few more days. Usual,I would have my alignment done here but had to take it to Big O TIre, to fix Andersons mistake. And the supposedly, SERVICE DOG, that was in heat and had blood marks on the floor. Gross!! I was sneezing and had hives from the dog. Just to top it off, The owner of the dog would not call her dog to her side. That is not a service dog! I warn customers take your bussiness to actually professionals and not a bunch of collage student being babysit by the owner. Very disappointed customer. read more

Had a wonderful experience with one of the owners here. They mounted a tire I had shipped in for a 1936 Packard. We were given special treatment on a busy day knowing that we were stranded. They are friendly and professional. Vicki & Carl Z. read more

Had to get an alignment on my truck, a ford, these guys were recommended. Get a call that my water pump was leaking, they quoted me a price that was similar to installing one in a Porsche, ridiculous pricing. I told them to please do the alignment only and I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed and was promptly hung up on. Talk about rude. I knew against my better judgement to go there, this is what they do. My opinion, go somewhere else for auto repair, tires would be ok. read more

DO NOT get the lifetime tire alignment. We brought it in at noon one day, which was a little late so it was understandable that they couldn't do it. We brought it in today at 10 am and they said they have no time for it. We asked about tomorrow and the response was "There will be no one here to do it". This is the second time this has happened. Once they get the payment for the lifetime warranty. You become their last priority. They don't accept appointments either. I finally showed up at 8am right when they open, paid for an oil change and told them to align it too. But suprise supirse when I got there they did the oil change, but couldnt do the alignment because "I needed new axles and motor mounts and to determine what they had to do I had to pay $89 for them to do a one hour test on it".I didnt believe it since my car is fairly new. So I took it to a different shop. They said there wasn't a thing wrong with it, not one thing. So I paid them to do the alignment, so much for the lifetime one at Anderson. Beware, they try to sell you way more than you need. WAY more. read more

Went in to get some new tires put on this morning. They said it would be an hour. I waited for 45 min until they finally pulled my car in along with a car that had just gotten their. They worked on the car that just got their before mine. So 30 more min passed and after that one was done they began working on mine. I'm currently still waiting and it's now been 3 hours. Terrible service. No teamwork. One guy has been standing around doing nothing for a lot of the time I've been here. He could be helping but is not. I will never come to this place again. read more

I highly recommend this business. I always buy tires from Anderson's. I have purchased tires for 4 vehicles over the years and have always gotten excellent and fast service. They never try to sell more then you need. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As long as I am living in Flagstaff I will always go to Anderson's for all my tire needs. read more

Great service! We were driving from Ca to tx when we had tire issues. We yelped the nearest tire shop and Anderson came up and we are so glad it did. They were so quick to come out and help. We pulled up and they did the work while we were in the car and we were in and out in less than 10 mins! 5 stars all day. If I lived here this would be my go to tire shop. read more

Busy little shop, real honest people. Nice waiting area I got the tires I wanted special ordered they came quickly!

Great prices on tires. Do not get your car serviced here. Their service schedules are plain wrong. I took my car in for 60,000 mile service and the timing belt should have been replaced. They told me not until 90.000 miles. Maybe they just want my car to break down completely and overcharge me to fix it then. I also brought my car in repeatedly for a sensor failure. They did not put my car back together properly, causing my AC belt to become damaged. I took my car back, and they informed me it would be $329 to fix the belt and some missing pulleys. The dealership will repair it for $194. FAIL! read more

Professional and friendly. They get the job done and done right. I had a difficult alignment issue and they spent the time necessary to get it fixed correctly rather than quickly. They are more interested in quality than quantity. read more

Great business! I had a tire blowout with my Subaru Outback AWD, and they really worked hard to get me on my way, including working after closing time. David B. and his team went out of their way to help determine what was wrong and how to get it right. They replaced a strut and pylon, replaced all 4 tires and did a computerized alignment. They understood the Subaru AWD issues, and their advice and service was spot on. Highly recommended. read more

Had excellent treatment. Passing through town, needed air for a low pressure light late on a Saturday. They gladly helped (other tire shops offered to provide with a 2-hour wait or a $10 fee!). They noticed extreme wear on inside of a tire. No pressure on me to buy, too late to install anyway. I halted trip (knew I was coming up on replacement but had held off too long and compromised safety), bought tires first thing Monday, have had peace of mind since and good performance from tires. read more
