charging for German made parts while actually installing Chinese parts. See my review.

well. I bought a Mercedes up in flag. Maintenance records since new. Well these guys installed a Chinese part, while charging for a German made part. well when it fails 7 months later. well no shit. Just so you know. This is the Mercedes 300SD with 400k miles. you replaced a water pump, thermostat, and bunch other small stuff and charged the PO 1500 bucks! You installed Chinese parts, and part numbers you provided and charged were for German made parts. so you're a dirt bag for that stuff right off the bat. literally a German BEHR thermostat on rock auto is 14 bucks overnighted. I'll post the receipt on the images. but you guys should be ashamed. also you should be ashamed for using water pump gasket sealer on the thermostat housing.

From California to Florida and back in a 1975 BMW 2002 with a stop at Ken's Import Service for a new clutch slave cylinder to keep me going.

Very helpful in a pinch. A bit pricey, but the customer service and courtesy makes up for it

Steve who says he is the manager of R&A Import Auto just sent a message trying to play victim and…read moreact like he didn't tell my mother she needs both catalytic converters replaced because of P0420 and P0430 codes and saying it didn't happen at his shop when it did. He kept interrupting her and wouldn't listen when she asked what the underlying issue was and cut her off and said no they just need to be replaced. He also said there wasn't an elderly woman there at the same time who left without her car because it wouldn't start. Yes, this happened in front of me and she was furious and I immediately decided I was hesitant about him and after his conversation with my mother by the car in front of me I knew for CERTAIN he would not be working on any vehicle we had. It's really not difficult to understand that if you're going to behave that way, you're probably going to get a bad review for it especially when someone drives up from Camp Verde and the simple answer to make sure that doesn't happen is to behave like a professional and not act that way in front of potential customers. My mother has a Toyota Sienna. I am in a Reddit group with lots of skiers, campers, and snowboarders that's over 300,000 strong and I was on the phone with one of them when this transpired at this shop. Everyone has bad days, but what really makes a difference is the amount of integrity a person has and whether or not they tell the truth when they're called out and that didn't happen here. The parking alone at this place was an absolute nightmare because it was on the corner and almost right at the light, but this refusal to take responsibility really makes a strong point here and it isn't good.
