Wish negative stars were an option. Long story short: They robbed me of almost $2,000 in repairs, just for my car to still die on me and leave me stranded. My car was in and out of the shop for almost a MONTH. Costing me more repairs, Ubers, and towing. I finally got it towed to a competent shop in Phoenix who got it fixed in one visit for under $600. Shame on me for continuing to go here for so long. But also shame on you for continuing to scam me for my hard earned money and time. PS: The more I talk about it, the more I hear from locals around town that they would've warned me to not go there. I was absolutely screwed with my car and thought I'd have to sell it for parts and they gave me a great price when other auto repair shops tried to scam me and overcharge me. Called this place the day before and was informed I able to take my vehicle in first this Saturday morning at 8am for diagnostic test. They dont charge for test (I was very happy to hear that). My Buick Regal 2016 engine light was on and my car and very little power, when I attempt to keep the speed limit my car started to misfire. Today I was at the shop at 8am to have my vehicle diagnosed. By 9:45 am I was informed a ignition coil had to be replaced. By 11:30 my vehicle was ready to go. The time and quality of service was astonishing to me. My kitten was purring again! The shop did an awesome job with my vehicle. I honestly believe I paid a decent price for labor and parts. My concerns were addressed and I didn't have to wait an entire day to have my vehicle repaired. Thank you for great service and customer service! read more

I brought my vehicle in to 7 Day Auto Repair because of a misfire code. They replaced a spark plug cleared the code, told me that it was fixed and charged me $176. Fifteen minutes later the code was back. I went back to the shop where they reseated some of the spark plug wires, cleared the code again and told me again that it was fixed. A short time later the code returned. The third time back they did a compression test and the results were normal. At that time they said there was nothing else they could do and the technician told me to "just drive it until it stops." There was no diagnostics done after these repairs and one of the techs told me they don't do that as it was the customer's responsibility to test the repair. They offered no guarantee on their work. I do not recommend this shop for any work requiring diagnostics. Also, They quoted me $264 for an oil change. When I said that must be a mistake the response was "that's what the computer says." This used to be a good shop but under new management the service has deteriorated significantly. read more

Driving through town on our way to the Grand Canyon & started hearing a weird popping sound. At first we went to pep boys but they were too busy so they recommended this place. The older man (I'm guessing owner) was very rude to us, spoke to us like he was annoyed we were coming in. Took a look at the car & said he couldn't find anything wrong at first. Then he drove it around the block & heard the popping sound & decided to take a second look. He was very vague when telling us about the issue. Basically just said there was a rusted part in the back axel, that he cannot fix it, & goodluck with the rest of the road trip. We left uncertain about what part was rusted, if the car was safe to keep driving on, & unhappy with the use of our time. I would never recommend this place. read more

After being towed in by an awesome tow-truck company (A-Men Towing) on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON, my wife & I figured we would be spending a few days in Flagstaff (not our original destination) while we waited for our van to be diagnosed and repaired. Get this: Seven Day Auto is REALLY OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! They not only took our van in late Saturday, but had us on our way by 2pm on Sunday before we had to arrange for another night at our hotel. AND they were able to simply change our radiator cap to fix our issue, when I'm sure some other garages would've taken the opportunity to take advantage of us with needless "fixes. I recently drove in to ask this mechanic shop for help - on a friends recommendation. (My friend is also quite disappointed by their behavior to me, I guess they lost someone who might recommend them otherwise) I explained I had been in a rear end car accident, my car was declared totaled, and I had gotten too little in replacement value. I had made a buying mistake, and the new car I had bought had some serious drive train issues. I also explained to them just how badly I needed my car. I then asked for a price quote on work needed so I could go and fundraise, because i knew i didnt have the cash. They explained to me that they were too busy, bent my ear about mechanics calling in sick - and then suggested I take my vehicle to the graveyard - this last said with a snicker and a giggle. My car was never on their property, it was on teh street, and they didnt even look at it from a distance before they made that suggestion. I of course found another mechanic - who just quoted me $700 for repairs, assured me it was a sound engine, and gave me some solid fundraising information. These people made a difficult and stressful situation more so, were completely and pathologically unkind about the fact I had been in a accident, and did not generally act like human beings. I dont care if they are good mechanics (Although I wouldnt trust that either), they will never, ever see a dime from me! And yeah, my friend wont recommend them to anyone again either. Great service! I went there because I got something caught in my tailgate lock, causing it to be stuck in the locked position while open. A friend recommended 7 Day Auto, since it was a Saturday. When I explained the problem, the technician knew exactly how to fix it. He had it fixed in less than an minute, including removing a stuck piece of rubber. Had a dead battery on the day were heading back to California. We thought we could rely on AAA to replace the battery - but apparently they don't have that service in Arizona (and AAA mechanic never showed to jumpstart our car). Once we got the car jump started we took the car down to Seven Day Auto - very friendly people. I wish we got a name.
