Popped in today because the car was making a noise and, of course, it wouldn't make the noise for Derek when he drove it around, but absolutely fantastic as always and if the car makes the noise again we'll be back! read more

In my opinion, after being in this industry for two decades, this is the BEST auto repair shop in town! Honest, affordable and trustworthy! Thats what everyone is looking for right? This family has solid Christian values! That's a HUGE plus in my opinion read more

Auto Rehab is my regular mechanic. I've been with them for 15 years. They are always terrific - very communicative. Their fees are more than reasonable. They explain what and why they are doing repairs. I'm not car savvy, so they are patient with me. I wish there more stars - I'd give them ten. read more

Auto Rehab was recommended to me by a friend and they have proven to be a solid company to work with. I've found Derek and his mechanics to be knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy. Auto Rehab - Auto Repair Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Sally was super helpful when she got back to me so quickly. My friend and I have been roadtripping/camping for over a week when my car started dripping a concerning amount of oil. I was super stressed being a thousand miles away from home in a place I've never been to. Auto Rehab was able to get me in and fix the issue all within the morning and got it back early afternoon. Super helpful, affordable, and fast! That's everything I could've hoped for. Thanks you guys! read more

Great service. Timely communication. Fixed a problem cheaper and faster than our other repair guy.

Full time traveler, and started having issues with my suv in southern Utah. I made the decision to skip all the good sights and make it to Flagstaff. After reading great reviews on yelp, I turned up first thing Monday morning, and was greeted with a smile. The team were courteous and very honest with what work needed to be done. They are extremely accommodating and trustworthy. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone having issues in town. read more

Great business! Staff are swift and polite - best combination. Reasonably priced and services were done same day!

2002 Suburban 1500/5.3LS. Diagnosed rear main seal. In and out in the promised time frame. Awesome review of issues and repairs. The bill was quite reasonable considering the level of attention afforded my vehicle and the extras that popped up along the way. read more

Auto Rehab - Thank you so much for helping the thing hanging from beneath the car. Soooo thankful esp on short notice. - Auto Repair Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

I just arrived into Flagstaff from Phoenix when my car starting making a metallic clanking noise underneath. I used Yelp to help me find Auto Rehab, and after reading their website about their ethics with their employees as well as dealing with customers, gave them a call and Derrick so graciously listened and advised me. While they were very busy, Derrick took the car in that day and they diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to arrive the next day. The car was ready by 1:30 the next day. I was without a car and it was smokey out from a fire, so Daniel offered to come pick me up. I mean, Wow! I feel the price was fair, the work done was excellent and the service was outstanding. Dealing with this shop really was an extraordinary experience. read more

Yet again, over and over Auto Rehab is the place to take your vehicle if it needs any repair or service. I will hands down, forever give them my business. Derek and Daniel perform great work and they will do anything to get you and your vehicle back on the road. Mechanics looking for a good home, should look to this place. If they treat their customers this good, they must take care of their employees! read more

I am brand new to Flagstaff. My car's alternator broke down and I had to leave it stranded about 40 miles outside of flagstaff. The towing service I used recommended Auto Rehab, so I called the next morning. I spoke with Derrick and Daniel. Both were extremely helpful, gave a quote right away, and allowed me to have my car towed to them. They were honest and open with what was wrong and what they could do. They replaced my alternator that same day, squeezing me into their schedule! Not only that, but they allowed me to bring the car back the next day and repaired my severely corroded battery terminals as well, even pricing it for me cheaper than what their labor ended up being. This is a great company and I will recommend their shop to anyone and will continue to use them for any future repairs. Thanks so much team! read more

I had the best experience and it validated my move to Flagstaff - the people. Just moved to area with only one vehicle - my Jeep Grand Cherokee; and it was giving me problems. Auto Rehab was the first to respond to my quote inquiry during the weekend. A customer heard me call for an Uber and offered rid home. They informed me that Auto Rehab was the best in town. And when I received call that day that they 'squeezed' me in (heard about my 1 vehicle situation) and got the job done by afternoon. They provided an initial quote and it came in under as they didn't need to replace some parts. That showed integrity as they could have easily just added the parts and billed. It's a relief to know that in my new found home of Flagstaff, I have a solid, reputable, and honest auto mechanic to go to to. read more

Derek and the crew at Auto Rehab really saved me when I was in a pickle! I had made a pit stop in town before my 2 hr drive back home when my check engine light came on and I realized something was dragging under my car. Derek let me know that, while they had a busy day already scheduled, he would take a look at it and see what the issue was. I was already beginning to plan to stay the night in town, but Derek was able to multitask and replace a sensor and take car of the piece that was dragging within 2 hours, much quicker than expected and was charged a most fair price. read more

Derek at Auto Rehab was amazing and saved our behinds! We had a van up in flagstaff with a renter through turo. The van had an issue on their trip and Derek got it in and taken care of so quickly and smoothly! Highly recommend Auto Rehab 100%! read more

Had a code for a random misfire and they squeezed me in and changed out my plugs within a few hours. Very fair pricing and extremely fast service. Recommend! read more

Went in today without an appointment. They were busy but told me that they would try and fit me in. My wheel was making a weird grinding/squeaking noise and a friend recommended this mechanic. Was aware of their diagnostic fee and was okay with paying it but when the weird noise ended up just being a cinder lodged somewhere in the wheel they didn't even charge me! They were so kind and got my car back to me by 3 pm (dropped it off around 10 am and totally expected to pick it up the day after since I didn't have an appt.) overall great experience. So quick and friendly! Will be back for future issues! read more

I took my Tacoma to auto rehab because it was making a weird noise somewhere in the driveline. I believe I was working with Daniel, who got me in within 48 hours. He said the diagnostic fee was $130 When I dropped my truck off by 8am, I had a call back before noon. He said it was the transfer case and they don't really work on them (totally understandable as some places won't do transmission/ T case repairs). When I went in to pick my truck up, he apologized there wasn't more he could do and actually cut my diagnostic fee in half. Honestly very happy with the customer service, and although they couldn't get it fixed they treated me well. Will be going here for any other issues I have with my truck. read more

By far THE BEST in Flagstaff, I highly recommend this company. They are local, honest and assisted me when my car broke down in the middle of the road. Safe and reliable! sent my daughter there when her check engine light came on when she was passing through.

Literally the best, got us taken care of same day which is awesome because we would have been stranded here in flag (we came up from Gilbert for the day) wish you guys were in Gilbert to fix everything else! Thank you again! read more

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Rehab. Daniel was a Godsend. Drove up to Flag to hike only to have my car not start in the morning. Other shops weren't going to be able to work on it until the following week. Daniel pulled in another guy and got the job finished way ahead of schedule, which prevented me from having to scramble even more to figure out what to do. The price was also very fair. I can't recommend Daniel and Auto Rehab enough. read more

Daniel is exceptionally friendly and squeezed me in on short notice. Got the job done and got us back in the road fast, with great communication and friendly smiles. This feels like a family business with great people. Would definitely go back! read more

These mechanics are definitely the best mechanics I've worked with. They aren't in it for the money, they're fast and willing to work with you, and kindly inform you on what's wrong with your car. Derek is just great, he saw that one of the parts he placed in my car wasn't needed and he took it out so he wouldn't charge me more than needed. He also does military discounts which is so kind and appreciated. Took my car in even though he had a full schedule and finished it in two days for the handful of problems my car had. Great price for the services provided. They are very responsive over the phone as well. Hands down 5/5 star mechanic services. read more

We cannot express enough our gratitude to Daniel at Auto Rehab. We were driving back to Texas from Sedona with our neice, her husband and his fragile mother following us when their rental car started acting up. We pulled into Auto Rehab and Daniel immediately came to see what was wrong and told us it was a coil but that they didn't have the part. He called every dealer and auto parts store to find that part, but no one had it. So he ordered it to be delivered the very next morning. In the mean time he also scrubbed their bathroom so that my nieces mother in law could use the restroom. The owner of the shop allowed Daniel to help us even though they were packed with cars to work on and even helped put the coil and a spark plug in the very next morning. They finished the job by 8:15 am. After having such a beautiful weekend in Sedona celebrating the wedding of my niece we are feel even more blessed to be back to Texas safely. read more

We were on a day trip up to Flagstaff/Williams for the day with our 3 year old. On our way up, my SUV flashed a warning that our coolant was low. We tried to top it off ourselves, but didn't have the right tools. We stopped at another shop, and they told us they were too busy to help us. Auto Rehab was also very busy, but a tech took the time to come out and help us make sure we could get home without any problems. The tech was friendly and understanding, and we are very grateful. Thank you Auto Rehab!!! read more

Auto Rehab is the premier local Auto Repair station, do not let the minimal aesthetics of the shop fool you. While the shop may be small and unassuming, the staff is excellent: skilled, timely, and very communicative. Daniel was able to take care of my 1996 Thunderbird quickly and affordably when other mechanics in the area attempted to upsell me other parts and services I did not need, for more than 5 times the price! Auto Rehab displays a level of customer service oriented service that is such a rarity in today's Auto market. If you have been looking for a reliable auto mechanic in Flagstaff who's more interested in taking care of their customers over making a quick buck, you can stop searching. read more

Wow. So amazed with this place. My daughter is a student at NAU and drained her car battery by leaving the light on. Of course it had to be during Covid-19 crazy season, and my daughter was way beyond stressed out..... one more thing to worry about was not helpful. She tried to jump start it but it didn't work so we had it towed to Auto Rehab. They quickly diagnosed the problem, trickle charged it for a few hours, charged us a super fair rate, and had my daughter on her way. Especially during the Covid-19 issues, the kindness they showed was so remarkable. Highly, highly recommend this place. Makes my Mama heart sweet with happiness to know a place that will help take care of my girl. read more

Took my car here after an accident at the recommendation of my boss and I could not be more happy that I did! The guys at Auto Rehab were so incredibly nice and understanding and went above and beyond to help me out. They got the work done as quickly as possible, knowing my time constraints, made sure to get me the best rate possible, worked with my insurance and still managed to get the work done pretty quickly given the understaffed world we are living in these days and the supply issues everyone seems to be running into. So thankful that I found this amazing repair shop- will definitely return for future work! Thank you Auto Rehab! read more
