I just arrived into Flagstaff from Phoenix when my car starting making a metallic clanking noise underneath. I used Yelp to help me find Auto Rehab, and after reading their website about their ethics with their employees as well as dealing with customers, gave them a call and Derrick so graciously listened and advised me. While they were very busy, Derrick took the car in that day and they diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to arrive the next day. The car was ready by 1:30 the next day. I am brand new to Flagstaff. My car's alternator broke down and I had to leave it stranded about 40 miles outside of flagstaff. The towing service I used recommended Auto Rehab, so I called the next morning. I spoke with Derrick and Daniel. Both were extremely helpful, gave a quote right away, and allowed me to have my car towed to them. They were honest and open with what was wrong and what they could do. They replaced my alternator that same day, squeezing me into their schedule! Not only that, but they allowed me to bring the car back the next day and repaired my severely corroded battery terminals as well, even pricing it for me cheaper than what their labor ended up being. I had made a pit stop in town before my 2 hr drive back home when my check engine light came on and I realized something was dragging under my car. Went in today without an appointment. They were busy but told me that they would try and fit me in. My wheel was making a weird grinding/squeaking noise and a friend recommended this mechanic. Was aware of their diagnostic fee and was okay with paying it but when the weird noise ended up just being a cinder lodged somewhere in the wheel they didn't even charge me! They were so kind and got my car back to me by 3 pm (dropped it off around 10 am and totally expected to pick it up the day after since I didn't have an appt.) overall great experience. I took my Tacoma to auto rehab because it was making a weird noise somewhere in the driveline. I believe I was working with Daniel, who got me in within 48 hours. He said the diagnostic fee was $130 When I dropped my truck off by 8am, I had a call back before noon. He said it was the transfer case and they don't really work on them (totally understandable as some places won't do transmission/ T case repairs). When I went in to pick my truck up, he apologized there wasn't more he could do and actually cut my diagnostic fee in half. Honestly very happy with the customer service, and although they couldn't get it fixed they treated me well. Will be going here for any other issues I have with my truck. read more

Derek is just great, he saw that one of the parts he placed in my car wasn't needed and he took it out so he wouldn't charge me more than needed. He also does military discounts which is so kind and appreciated. Took my car in even though he had a full schedule and finished it in two days for the handful of problems my car had. We cannot express enough our gratitude to Daniel at Auto Rehab. We were driving back to Texas from Sedona with our neice, her husband and his fragile mother following us when their rental car started acting up. We pulled into Auto Rehab and Daniel immediately came to see what was wrong and told us it was a coil but that they didn't have the part. He called every dealer and auto parts store to find that part, but no one had it. So he ordered it to be delivered the very next morning. In the mean time he also scrubbed their bathroom so that my nieces mother in law could use the restroom. The owner of the shop allowed Daniel to help us even though they were packed with cars to work on and even helped put the coil and a spark plug in the very next morning. They finished the job by 8:15 am. After having such a beautiful weekend in Sedona celebrating the wedding of my niece we are feel even more blessed to be back to Texas safely. read more

Wow. So amazed with this place. My daughter is a student at NAU and drained her car battery by leaving the light on. Of course it had to be during Covid-19 crazy season, and my daughter was way beyond stressed out..... one more thing to worry about was not helpful. Just wow. So... I'm driving down I-5, 3 hours into my epic solo 3 week trip from SF to Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, Death Valley and back to SF (a getaway I've been needing for 3 years) when my oil light comes on. WTF?!! Odd since I have it serviced regularly and haven't had any engine issues in the past. I was feeling a little desperate and nervous about the rest of my trip. However, the guys at Auto Rehab got me in within an hour on a very busy day and checked it all out. No leaks and the oil I put in stayed full. My hometown shop just probably forgot to fill up the oil after the oil change. They could have gauged me, or made me wait all day. YOU MUST GO HERE!!!! We're traveling from Phoenix to our home in Virginia, and we hit elk coming off the Grand Canyon and we thought we were gonna be stuck here for days. The jeep dealership told us to go to a body shop which would take 2 weeks and we would have to rent a car to go home, and fly back to pick it up. We accidentally went to the wrong place and it was the best mistake we've ever made. They got us in and out in 2.5 hours and we're 110% safe to drive home.
