While traveling in Arizona at 8pm, he noticed grease leaking from one of the trailer tires. My husband called and they were able to help troubleshoot over the phone to check a few things and make sure it was safe for him to travel to their location in the morning. When they opened, they were able to look at the issue, provide us with the help we needed and got my husband home safely this morning. This place is fantastic!…read more Busy summer tourist season day.. A screw in my tire, and luckily, found mid afternoon on Saturday before the drive back to Phoenix . The place was busy as hell.. tourists from all over the country and locals as well. A big motor home had some massive blowouts and was blocking at least two of their bays. But damn, if they didn't keep pushing cars and tires and all manner of problems through to resolution! I have never seen a tire store like this be more efficient and friendly! Clean, fast, full of smiles! My repair was free under warranty but I gave a tip to Ron the manager, who, by the way, was working his butt off as well. Randy's garage took off the entire shield. That would have been fine if they did not destroy all the clips that are $50 at the dealer (yes they are special clips). They also threw the shield into the garbage. What they did is so wrong. They could have taken off the shield and gave it back to us with the clips that were not damaged (only 3 were damaged).

We grabbed a bite at their food court. We got a hot dog, slice of pizza, and pretzel. The pretzels were so good that we went back and bought 2 more! Perhaps we were hungry, but everything tasted really good! My only complaint was all of the tea dispensers were empty. It was around 11:30am, so it should have been filled up. When I asked the ladies in charge of the food court, they just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they were lazy, didn't really know, or were just down right rude. This negatively impacted my overall experience.

The first visit cost $1,200, and they promised everything was fixed, but the truck broke down before I even left the parking lot. After another week in the shop, they claimed it was running great, but the same issues returned within a week, and the engine light came back on. I was then charged an additional $300 for a part that they never replaced, despite telling me it was necessary. I'm frustrated and still dealing with the same problems, having wasted $1,500. On top of that when I got my truck back parts were not even properly put back together!!! Either these mechanics are so oblivious that they actually believe the crap that comes out their mouth or they are straight up frauds. Time to find a new mechanic
