The place was busy as hell.. tourists from all over the country and locals as well. A big motor home had some massive blowouts and was blocking at least two of their bays. But damn, if they didn't keep pushing cars and tires and all manner of problems through to resolution! I have never seen a tire store like this be more efficient and friendly! Clean, fast, full of smiles! My repair was free under warranty but I gave a tip to Ron the manager, who, by the way, was working his butt off as well. He added some I am sure and we treated the guys to some cold Red Bulls. I'm impressed with this location! My service guy got an extra tip too! Thanks guys!

It was a no start after unit replacement. I waited 4 WEEKS for them to fix the issue. They threw a parts cannon at it, changing ficm, icp, removing glow plugs, etc. said my rigid fuel line was leaking, never had an issue with that, and i never approved it, but charged me anyway. they did an OBD scan couldn't find the issue, then said they refuse to work on it. I had it towed to a diesel only shop, it was running in two days. Randy's charged me $800 for labor.(justify that) They were going to charge me $1000 for the unit. I bought the part for $190 and I was pressured to have it shipped overnight. $325 total. I could have saved $130 because it just sat for weeks. Basically I paid over $1000 for that experience, It STILL DIDN'T RUN. In total, $1600 total for a fuel sending unit and IPR sensor. By both shops.

We grabbed a bite at their food court. We got a hot dog, slice of pizza, and pretzel. The pretzels were so good that we went back and bought 2 more! Perhaps we were hungry, but everything tasted really good! My only complaint was all of the tea dispensers were empty. It was around 11:30am, so it should have been filled up. When I asked the ladies in charge of the food court, they just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they were lazy, didn't really know, or were just down right rude. I was kind of worried that it would affect my roadtrip. Corbin did an excellent job to check each tires and reassured me that it maybe due to the weather, all the tires were okay without any nails or sharp stones. Discount tire never disappointed me, they are always some of the friendliest people I've met - honest, helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

They are remodeling so I took a pic just to show the before and after. The bare floors etc do not bother me, I'm only here to concern about tires. But it's fun to see a remodel. I'm mad at myself that I didn't arrive early than 10am cuz there's 5-6 people ahead of me in line. I have all day to hang out and it's near the mall and a Starbucks. Maybe I'll go have a matcha and walk over there! This is the best location near the mall, for stuff to do if you have to wait a few hours.
