Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic had my car for 12 days only to tell me they couldn't fix a problem with my car's exhaust system. Throughout these 12 days, establishing regular communication with the shop was like pulling teeth. The shop phone was seldom answered. In the rare instance someone did pick up, it was "the weekend guy" who only was there to take appointments and had no information on my vehicle. I had to get a friend to physically drive me to the shop so I could talk to someone about my car. They refused to fix the seatbelt when it was brought up that they damaged the front passenger seatbelt while having moved it aside to get access to and work on the air intake. Refused outright to consider the fact that they had damaged it while conducting their work. I thought these people were trustworthy and reasonable, but if you don't want your vehicle damaged in other ways while undergoing repairs here, steer clear.

Javin in the Service department gave us unprecedented attention and guidance through the options. Their first service appointment was a week out, but Javin was able to get our car looked at ahead of schedule. They confirmed that the transmission had died. Given the age of our beloved Nissan Sentra, it made financial sense to put it to rest and get another vehicle. Amazing Jefferson of the Sales team assisted us by shipping what had been left behind in the car and helped us through the sale/transition of the title to Flagstaff Nissan.
