Then Flagstaff Towing demanded $300 in cash only, refusing card--which is illegal under AZ law (ARS § 28-4847). The photos they took of my car show the snow hazard. They ignored that and held my car hostage. This is predatory and unlawful. If this happened to you too, file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General.

For those that do not know, Williams is about 35 minutes away from Flagstaff. They contacted me and informed me of the time they could make it out, which was 1.5 hours since the technician was currently out on another job. The gentleman who called me was professional and extremely polite and didn't sugarcoat the arrival window which I appreciated. The technician, Joseph, came out with a trainee. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and polite. He was very knowledgeable and was training the young woman with him very well. They were able to test my car's battery to find it needed to be replaced and were able to replace it quickly and efficiently. Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic had my car for 12 days only to tell me they couldn't fix a problem with my car's exhaust system. Throughout these 12 days, establishing regular communication with the shop was like pulling teeth. The shop phone was seldom answered. In the rare instance someone did pick up, it was "the weekend guy" who only was there to take appointments and had no information on my vehicle. I had to get a friend to physically drive me to the shop so I could talk to someone about my car. We are very grateful for Adam at Ascot Automotive who accommodated our request to check the check engine light issue on our Ford Edge even though they were already booked for the week. He listened and empathized with our situation to make it back home safely to California by Friday. When we arrived to Ascot Automotive on Thursday morning, Adam took care of us with great professionalism and honesty. After taking our information, he offered to have one of his staff drive us back to the hotel. He kept us updated from the point of the car diagnostics to the details of parts and labor for the repair. By Thursday afternoon, we agreed to have the repairs done. On Friday morning, our car was ready so he sent Darius to pick us up from our hotel to Ascot to pay and pick up our car. Price wise, the cost of the diagnostic, parts, and labor were very reasonable. I am writing this review on our drive back to San Diego. We couldn't be happier with how well our Ford Edge is running. Most of all, we are very happy with our experience and the excellent customer care Adam, Cody, and Darius provided at Ascot. They definitely deserve a 5 plus star rating!
