Andy finally finished the fuel sending unit after 10 days, but said he would do the upgrades at a later date on a friday/Saturday. He has spent the next 4 months dodging my calls and lying to me. I had given up on him doing the upgrades and just wanted to get my parts I had paid a deposit on... he dodged me evertime i was traveling through and could pick up the parts. He then offered a refund on my deposit two and a half weeks ago and said he had mailed it I am still waiting and when i do get ahold of Andy he never gets back to me. I have never dealt with a more dishonest business or individual. I would stay away from this business, and definitely dont give him any money for a deposit, you will never see the work or the money again

They tried to do what they could to get me back on the road, but the engine problems were too serious to fix quickly. My overall impression is that the owners are a couple of good guys who are probably good mechanics, but they aren't very good at communication. It was VERY hard to get a call back when I wanted to find out how my truck was doing, or even just how much I owed them. I also found out that their website doesn't even correctly say what days they are open (NADR is NOT open on Sunday, despite what http://www.northernarizonadiesel.net says). At the end of it all, they didn't overcharge me, so I think the problems were more due to being slammed with too much business than anything. Of course, all you care about is your own vehicle, so if they aren't able to get to it you're not going to be happy.

I asked if the service was done and she said "Yes, they came to get you". I informed her nobody did and she did "You probably just didn't hear". Bitch. I asked if they'd done the payment and she stated that they had no payment. When I told her she needed to call to get there credit card over the phone, she informed me they didn't take credit cards over the phone. I told her I specifically informed her on the phone and she had no response to that. I asked her how we were going to do a payment and she said that they would do an invoice via fax. She then informed me that she didn't know how long she was going to be on the phone, and that I would have to wait until she was done. So now I'm waiting. We were all confident that this would be resolved and fixed, or that the company would at least pay for a load of gravel to replace the one they destroyed.
