I had given up on him doing the upgrades and just wanted to get my parts I had paid a deposit on... he dodged me evertime i was traveling through and could pick up the parts. He then offered a refund on my deposit two and a half weeks ago and said he had mailed it I am still waiting and when i do get ahold of Andy he never gets back to me. I have never dealt with a more dishonest business or individual. I also found out that their website doesn't even correctly say what days they are open (NADR is NOT open on Sunday, despite what http://www.northernarizonadiesel.net says). At the end of it all, they didn't overcharge me, so I think the problems were more due to being slammed with too much business than anything. Of course, all you care about is your own vehicle, so if they aren't able to get to it you're not going to be happy.

I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company.
