    Zero out of 5. $450 over the quoted amount. 9 days longer than quoted. No more business from me. I'd sue if it would do any good.

I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for their exceptional service and friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for all my vehicle needs!

I was very kind in the beginning but I felt like they had room to pay around. No one tried to help at all, just get in, get out. They work based on commission and aren't willing to work with you they just want their money. I pay for insurance every month, only for them not to use it? Hallie Hepler claimed to have called 3 times and said my insurance denied me. The owner of the vehicle called 3 times, and Cody at Endurance said, "Yeah, just have them call me." On our end, they were willing to pay for it. Hallie Hepler said, "Maybe they won't accept it because you broke it." I was getting into a vehicle, and it fell out of my hand. I didn't smash it with a hammer nor purposely throw it on the floor. This was told to Cody and he says " It doesn't matter, we still cover it" I was given no options when i got to the dealer, just pay and get out!! Now I have to do more work on my end, just because they didn't want to go through insurance. Thanks for making my life more difficult!!!!! The worst customer service ever, you guys suck!!!!!!!!!!! Please at least freaking try to help people!! Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service, its the people like you who ruin the good.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked with Dalton, and not once did I feel like I was being "sold" a car or pressured to make a purchase. I fully understand that this is a business and dealerships exist to make money--but every dealership in the world could learn something from how Dalton and Planet Jeep treat their customers. My daughter has been with me for my past several car purchases, and she has often said she never wants to deal with salespeople because of the typical experience. Dalton proved that not every dealership or salesperson fits that stereotype. Dalton didn't just help me purchase my Jeep, he helped me find a dealership and a salesperson I feel 100% confident returning to in the future. I also want to recognize Dominic in financing. It was an honor to work with him as well, and that's the key word here: we worked together. Dominic didn't try to sell me everything under the sun or push unnecessary add-ons. He was professional, personable, and secured me a great financing deal. I feel very fortunate to have found a dealership representing a brand I've been loyal to for decades--one that doesn't treat customers like a paycheck or an assembly line. Instead, they treat you like family: fair, honest, and respectful. I never thought I'd say this about a car dealership, but Planet Jeep is truly trustworthy.     Rolled in from California on a Saturday. Been towing 7000 pound trailer and passing thru to Mesa. I…read morewanted and oil change, the time was 3:30. Quick lube had only one truck and it was not getting an oil change. Nothing else going on. I believe Shane was the one running the quick lube and was helping the customer with his diesel truck. Another employee asked what I needed and I said just an oil change as I am passing through and I do oil changes every 5000 miles. On my trip I won't make it back to California before the oil life monitor reaches 0 percent as I was already at 21 percent. He said the lube shop was closed but if Shane said ok he would take the truck over to the main shop and do it. When Shane came back in I asked him if he could do a quick oil change. He said "oh you want a quick oil change " like oil changes are major undertakings then he said nope we are closed for the day. He did ask my oil life percent which I told him and he said you have 1500 miles left. I said I don't run it out and I do changes every 5000 miles. His attitude was well to bad we are closed. The service hours for Saturday are until 5:00 pm. Seems like a service that takes roughly 30 minutes could have been completed. If this was my business I would have taken care of the customer especially since many employees were just standing around and some were tiding up. Only the one person said I'll do it if Shane says it's ok. I wish I got his name. Well Shane thanks for nothing but I will be passing through again in a few days and I will be sure to stop by and say hi to you and the service manager and if that's you then the next guy up the food chain.

That's why I decided to go with Flagstaff Auto Rental instead. They quoted me about $100 more (around $550 total) for an SUV and offered to pick me up, which they did. I was also told the first day would be free. That convenience is the only reason I chose them. Then came the bill... almost $900. That's not a small difference or a misunderstanding. That's nearly double what I was quoted, and I even have a recording of the original price. There was no clear explanation for the massive increase. After looking at other reviews, I noticed a pattern of people saying the same thing: quoted one price, then charged way more. At that point, it stops feeling like a one-off issue. If you're considering using this company, be very careful. Get everything in writing, double-check every charge, and don't rely on verbal quotes. I paid extra for convenience and ended up paying way more than I ever agreed to. Not worth it

This has been the worst repair experience I've ever had. After servicing my vehicle, the mechanic failed to properly tighten the oil drain plug. As a result, my engine lost its oil, causing severe engine damage. Despite this, the shop has denied any responsibility. The problems didn't stop there. They also failed to properly diagnose worn struts and strut mounts, and I had to return three separate times for the same suspension and alignment issues. The alignment was still not done correctly, and in less than 5,000 miles my brand-new tires were worn down to the cords because of improper alignment. If you have your vehicle serviced here, I strongly recommend checking that the drain plug has been properly tightened before leaving and having the alignment verified by another shop. In my experience, management was unhelpful and difficult to reach. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left with an expensive engine replacement and damaged tires. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.
