Casey was absolutely AMAZING!!! My daughter and I were on a road trip, & just got into Flagstaff. On the I-40, about 9:00 pm, our truck breaks down. In the fast lane, I could only get over in the Median. Cars were FLYING by & it starts to rain. Casey shows up and kindly has us get into his truck, while he loads our truck on his flatbed. He offers suggestions on where to take it (it was after hours for shops/dealer). He takes us & the Truck to Heaths Auto repair, helps us load our stuff into his truck and actually drives us to a hotel. He was so kind and patient and understanding... Traveling on I-17 south of Flagstaff I hit a series of potholes and had a blowout. As I headed towards the shoulder of the road I passed another vehicle that had encountered the same problem. It was dark, cold, and I'm wondering if I need to call a service to assist me. Instead, I decided I can do this, I've done it before. I was in the process of getting out the jack, my book for instructions and saying my mantra, "You can do this, I am woman hear me roar!" That's when Levi pulled up with a tow truck! The other car had called for the service since they had two flats from their experience. Levi was a saint and changed my tire, no charge! On what would have taken me 30 minutes he did it in 5! Great service! During the covid-19 pandemic Casey put us in our car on his tow truck! After our three hour ordeal to get to him, it was a real E ticket ride! Called my AAA out and a service truck came out for my flat tire, I meet the guy, he never got out of truck, I said hi as he did also, and then he asked me while still sitting in the truck if I had the tools to be able to change the tire on my Tahoe, I told him I don't know and ask him don't you have the tools? I mean you were called out to change a tire? Then he started to give me another rebuttal, so I told him wait here I'll get my husband and he can answer your questions. My husband came out and address the man I don't know what kind of issues were going on that I came out in the middle of it and the guy from the chop shop was lifting up car with his floor jack and my husband was putting some things away in the back of the Tahoe and this idiot drops the car down after he changed the tire, with my husband in the rear of the Tahoe hatch opened, and hit my husband in the head with the hatch door because he just dropped the floor jack not released slowly like it should be done because my husband himself is the mechanic my son is a mechanic and we work around vehicles all the time and this guy did not want to do the job that he was called out for in the first place had an attitude and then injured my husband with back hatch was slammed on the top of his head because this guy was in such a hurry and didn't want to be out on a Sunday and work! My husband and I are on vacation we work weekends we work six days a week sometime seven if you don't want the job then don't come out you don't care you don't get paid just to sit and be there! My kids on the tail end of their honeymoon were stranded outside of Kayenta, Arizona last nite about 200 miles north of Flagstaff and I'm in California. They were having trouble getting a hold of AAA and a tow. The first tow company called the kids and cancelled 45 minutes after AAA said they were on their way. That's when I got on the phone looking for help and trying to find a towing company. Tow Rite jumped in and took over, they called my kids, they dealt with AAA and they assured me that they would get the kids. The trailer was 28' not 22' like we thought, Mike took a chance and carried their trailer 200 miles, in pitch black and windy conditions. This company is horrible. I asked how much it was going to cost to tow my vehicle the guy that was towing us gave me a price of $62 and when I checked my statement they charged me over 5 times the amount at $314.15. Tried to call and talk them in the office and no one answered the phone. Tried again a couple of hours later and no one still didn't answer the phone. Disputed the charge and when they finally called 3 months later they were threatening on the phone. Saying "I didn't want this to go any further but...." Don't trust them. When someone gives a price they need to stick to it or let you know they the new price before hand to decide to go with them. Awareness is key. read more

This company is friendly, and responsive, and did the job they were sent for-so no complaints there. My only issue, but quite a large one, was that I was quoted one price on the phone and then the total price ended up being almost twice as much. The quote did not include the $5 per mile they charge to drive to your location, but there was also no mention of that charge when given the quote over the phone. Had I known that, I would've kept calling around. Paying out of pocket is never cheap and I understand that. I also understand that it is called a "quote" and not a "bill" but I really didn't appreciate the false advertising through the quote provided to me. Hopefully I won't need these services again any time soon, but hopefully anyone else paying out of pocket will ask for a more detailed price break down. read more

About 45 minutes later waiting in blowing cold snow I called to see how long it would be and dispatch told me the tow truck driver couldn't find us and instead of calling he just went on. Haven't mentioned we were in a 40' motorhome. Kind of hard to miss. So she said she would send him out again, 45 minutes later, still no help.
