Yelp to the rescue again! On our a trip from California to New Mexico, we heard a recurring noise…read morethat seemed to be coming from one of the rear tires. We stopped at Sam's Club and it turns out that our wheels were out of balance so they fixed that. However, when we left, the noise was even louder. I looked on Yelp for a local Auto Mechanic. I found Auto Rehab which had a 4.9-star rating with 94 reviews. They saved the day for us! Right off the bat, from our description they thought it was likely a bad wheel bearing. We left our car with them at about 1pm and walked across the street to a cute little coffee house. We got a call in less than an hour to confirm the problem and get the price. We had already started looking for hotels since we didn't think there would be any way our car would be ready the same day. They did, however, say they'd do their best, which we appreciated! At about 3pm, we walked back to the shop. Our car was out for a test drive. It was fixed!! We got on our way and would make it back for a cousin's 80th birthday dinner the next day! Added bonus: The owner is Derek and the other employee who helped us was Troy. They were both super nice. We thought the price was fair. And Derek provides an additional warranty beyond the normal 12k miles. He told us the repair is guaranteed for 2 years. He said he buys the extra warranty because a lot of his customers are passing through town and live in other states. All we have to do is call him if we have a problem within two years and he'll give us a number of a local mechanic that will honor the warranty. How cool is that?! We were also impressed when Troy brought out the damaged part to show us without us even asking. Lastly, they have a very comfortable waiting room with tables and a sofa. I hope we don't have future car trouble near Flagstaff, but if we do, we would absolutely go back to this shop.

While my truck was there I had them repaint my hood as well due to chipping and flaking off. Overall all the paint looks amazing. We had a hiccup with the door panel trim. Somehow it ended up not being in the condition when I left it with them. I had photos to show them and no one could understand why it looked the way it did once the job was complete. I brought up my conerns and Chris said that they would take care of it and make it right. Few days later I was called that the piece was in and to swing by and they will put it on. Showed up and got the piece replaced. This isn't the cheapest place in town, but the work comes out looking amazing. If youre going through insurance, make sure to atleast get a quote from these guys here. If you want cheap work, you'll get cheap results. Thanks again guys for fixing the issue. We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. A deer ran in to my Toyota Tacoma....I was directed to campus collision by my insurance…read morecompany....I was in immediate contact with them and made an appointment for appraisal....that accomplished, I made an appointment to bring the truck in for repair the following Monday, due to their full schedule....I was told it would be 5-7 working days, possibly more....I arrived at 9 a.m., dropped the truck off, and received a call Thursday mor I g that I could pick it up about noon that day....so, a total of three days at the shop and it was ready.... I found TAG because of their great reviews. Even though they were busy and about to go to lunch, they very kindly inspected the items I was most concerned about, the serpentine belt and the brakes. They showed me both were in good shape. I offered to pay for the inspection, but they very kindly waived the fee. I think they fixed my trucks issue... unfortunately I left the shop and found 2 new issues within 10 miles of headed home. I just woke up and tried my remote start not working? Basically everything they touched is worrying me. This is my daily driver I put probably 90 miles a day on this thing. At the end of the day I should have done my research and walked away as soon as I stepped foot into this place. Not mad at the shop I should take my truck back in a demand they fix the new issues but this would be the third time now and I feel like I will just leave with some slapped on temporary fix again.
