On September 23 I had given my car to Flagstaff Collision Center to fix my bumper, headlight and blinker on the left side after an accident. They called a day later saying repairs will be about two weeks. I did not get my car back until October 28th. I had received my car with a large crack in my windshield that I was not notified about. They claimed no fault, and I ended up having to pay half the deductible despite my car not having that damage beforehand. They did have a clause within their contract that makes it so they are not liable for any damage to the glass of the car in their possession. They had claimed it was a mixture of temperature and rock fracture damage. The photo attached of the crack does NOT line up with any rock damage I have ever seen. While getting my window replaced (by a partner company) I was then notified my car was missing more pieces. Flagstaff Collision Center did not notify me of this either. I do not trust this car repair shop after the unprofessional experience I had with them. Granted, the people I dealt with were nice, but it does not fix what was and still is broken from my car. read more

I went to Flagstaff collision Center after being told that I needed a new bedside and a new bumper for my 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 Highcountry that had a clean ding on the fender and bumper with no tares. We had some insurance-covered car damage to get repaired. I had no idea this place even existed at the end of the automart street, but now that we've been there, we surely won't forget them. Unlike a lot of service centers, which make customers feel off-kilter (and thus vulnerable) by keeping their operations ambiguous and uncertain, the folks at FCC greeted us promptly, explained their procedures, and articulated their expectations--both of us and of themselves. It was very convenient to get a rental car since the cars were already on premises. Work came in days ahead of projections, and our car looked wonderful. I actually looked at our repaired car; wondered if it was ours; and concluded it couldn't be because of how good it looked. But it was! Very impressed. I recently just moved here from Las Vegas so I took my Audi Q3 to Flagstaff Collision. I asked to see if it was at all possible to lift it so I could feel safer on Flagstaff Roads as well as using it for off-road use. I had a dent in my car door they were able to fix in late October, but parts for my trim have never come in to the shop and it is now March. Every time I have called, they tell me "we are so sorry there was a delay in shipping at the LATEST it will get here in November.. Oh no a delay, at the LATEST it will get here December... oh no an unexpected delay, it will get here Mid January". So I stopped calling to check, but months have gone by with no update from them. That makes me nervous since we've already paid for services in full. I called again today and they acted like it was completely normal for a part to still not be here and that I should just continue to wait for a call. If it's a known fact that parts take 5-6 months to arrive for my Subaru, tell me that. If I'm told it's any day now, I'll expect that it will come in soon. I feel they tell you a short time frame to avoid confrontation while knowing full well it won't be here for months, but this will of course make customers more confused and will lead to more issues. read more
