We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. His word meant nothing, his communication was extremely poor, and I would never do business with someone who conducts business this way.

Fast forward over a year later, I discovered my plugin for my 5th wheel hitch wasn't working, so I called them up and made an appointment and it took all of ten minutes to reconnect a bad wire connection.. A deer ran in to my Toyota Tacoma....I was directed to campus collision by my insurance…read morecompany....I was in immediate contact with them and made an appointment for appraisal....that accomplished, I made an appointment to bring the truck in for repair the following Monday, due to their full schedule....I was told it would be 5-7 working days, possibly more....I arrived at 9 a.m., dropped the truck off, and received a call Thursday mor I g that I could pick it up about noon that day....so, a total of three days at the shop and it was ready.... I went to get it, and it looked beautiful....they'd even washed it after working on it...the repair was fantastic...such a good job...and, everything was so easy....Gail was in touch with my insurance company and the car rental company, and I didn't have to do anything...they are a well-oiled machine and definitely know what they're doing....I highly recommend them and send my deepest thanks to Chris and Gail for their hard work and their expertise....it made a difficult situation as easy as possible for me....thank you thank you thank you....

i've had multiple repairs done in the past on vehicles and I have never encountered such a large…read moregroup of people with no compassion or consideration for my situation and such a lack of communication . I was told it would be ready a specific day and was contacted the day of and told it wouldn't be ready till that following Monday with no reason. That day came and I was sent an email with no reasoning that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Tuesday I called spoke with one of the owners/managers with little help. He even promised he would call me back by a specific time and failed to do so. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 for a score I would. Their work was 1/2 hearted too. I had to bring some obvious damage that was not included in the initial estimate to their attention. So their lack observing all damages leads me to believe they know little about what they're doing. Please, he'd my warning do not go to this autobody shop! So then after taking my car back they added antifreeze to it and lied to me by telling me nothing was wrong the second time around.

The first two places I brought it to wouldn't even consider fixing a 25 year old truck, even though these first gen Tacomas are worth quite a bit.
