Even after figuring out it was an unrelated problem, they took the time to bring me into the garage and show me what could be going wrong with my car(pictured), offered to help me even more for free, and checked my transmission fluid level. Logan was super helpful, and took the time to help me even in the middle of this insane drunk couple screaming and getting aggressive with him in the lobby while he was talking to me. I have genuinely never experienced anything like what was happening. Logan had previously offered to get their car immediately back to them, and that it just needed to be put back together first. After further aggression, he asked them to leave, they continued to come back in and verbally attack him, cops were called by the drunks, and then the drunk boyfriend attempted to assault one of the cops that they literally called themselves- ending in him being arrested. And all the while they treated me with priority, kindness, and compassion. I even received a voucher for a free oil change and an offer for them to help another issue all for free. Seriously the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. Have never seen a place that can deal with drunks, cops, and witness reports while still looking at my car and keeping me updated. As well as getting it done in about 30 minutes. All for free. Seriously above and beyond, there's not words to describe how great these people are.

I stopped by and made an appointment for the next day at 10 am…read more Come in the next day at 10, and THE SAME GUY tells me he can't find my appointment. We talked until he found it, but he still made me wait over half an hour before they even brought my car in. What's the point of having an appointment? I asked him if they'll check my tire pressure as it said they would in your ad, and he said "sure". When my car was finally done, he tried to overcharge me, even though we had discussed price both when I made my appointment, and when I dropped the car off. I asked again if they checked my tire pressure since I'm going on a long drive tomorrow, he said "Yes - they do that automatically." I got home and checked my tires, and they were all low - one was 10 lbs. low. I don't know if he just stood there and lied to me, or if he's just stupid.

We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. His word meant nothing, his communication was extremely poor, and I would never do business with someone who conducts business this way.

We were in our motor coach and staying at Railside RV Ranch in Williams, AZ. Their mobile technician arrived at our location and began working on the vehicle. Their invoice shows work performed, including replacement of the thermostat and antifreeze. The tech indicated that the wrong thermostat was previously installed in the vehicle and that he had replaced it with the correct one. The vehicle was test driven and the temperature gauge in the Jeep indicated lower than normal temperature, which the tech indicated with the proper level for this vehicle. When we returned home, the vehicle's check engine light came on. We took the Jeep the Carson City Automotive that has worked on the vehicle since purchase. We told the shop owner of the issue of the thermostat as they had replaced it previously a few months ago. After inspection, he called us with his findings. The thermostat that was in the vehicle when he received it for inspection had been modified. The computer check engine light codes revealed "coolant temperature correlation fault". The thermostat that you installed appears to have been "cut and gutted" with only the top cap intact. Pictures and our mechanics diagnoses enclosed. We are highly disappointed as they had excellent reviews on Google. This was not only poor service, but fraudulent! L Evans
