I reached out to several local paint…read moreshops prior and some places didn't even want the job because it was so small, or because my fender was originally custom painted by Harley with candy paints and ghost graphics. So I randomly stopped in to Pro's Touch Collision Repair and spoke with Ruben. He assured me he could fix it so I left him the fender and within 2 days he called me and said my fender was repaired. Don't use Jim's if you need your vehicle back quickly, or if you have multiple things you need…read moredone. Turn times are long and subject to extension without notice. Things get missed and/or botched due to taking in more cars at a time than they can actually handle. Jim's overbooks themselves to the point that they can't even fit all the vehicles in their lot, which leaves the unlucky ones parked on the surrounding street. Requests get forgotten and left undone. Communication is sparse and inconsistent. Pricing is high. There were 2 final straws here in September 2026 which prompted me to write this review. First, Jim's drained the battery on our SUV during a job, called us to come pick the vehicle up, and discovered that it wouldn't start after we arrived. Second, Jim's caused some pretty severe problems with our sedan concerning the tie rods, control arms, and power steering rack by working on those things in the wrong order. Very confused as to how any 5 star reviews exist for this place....other customers must be getting a higher level of competence than I ever did in almost a decade of giving them our business. The fact that they are polite while they screw up your vehicle does not impress me. Never again!

I had an awful experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car…read morein to have the transmission rebuilt. The owner called me and said it was the worst possible scenario and would cost the highest price they charge. I trusted them and paid the full amount, hoping to have a reliable car again. The car drove once and then wouldn't start. When I called to report the issue, they immediately tried to blame me--saying it must have been something I did. It turned out the computer programming (which they outsourced to another company across the street) was done incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket to tow my car back to them, and the owner refused to reimburse me, arguing with me the entire time. They kept my car for another full week. When I finally picked it up, it started--but the A/C no longer worked, even though it was working perfectly before. When I called, the owner dismissed it and said it was just a "coincidence" that it went out at the same time. Every time I brought up a concern, he backpedaled to avoid responsibility. Later, a mechanic inspected the A/C and said it looked like parts were broken--right around where they would have installed the battery. On top of that, the incorrect programming kept frying my battery, and I had to buy two replacements. When I got my car back the second time, the brackets for the battery weren't even reinstalled--they were just left on the floor of the car. The final straw was when I noticed greasy, oily handprints all over the inside roof and visor above the driver seat. When I called to ask about it, the owner responded sarcastically with: "You're upset about a little dirt inside the car?" He was incredibly rude, did poor-quality work, broke things, and refused to take accountability for any of it. To this day--five months later--my car still isn't fully repaired. It continues to have issues, but I'm too afraid to bring it back to them even though I have a warranty through their shop. That's how little trust I have in them now. I ended up having to take out a second loan and buy a new car because I had already paid everything I had to fix this one--and they left me with an unreliable mess. This place caused more damage than repair and has zero professionalism or integrity. Avoid them at all costs.
