The seal on our 2 year old washer was leaking so a little water ran down the door with every load. It was nearly impossible to see. I have a warranty so it will be fixed. No charge for the second visit. Very nice people, professional and friendly--will call again!

After I inspected Jolly Plumbing's installation, I found the new gas line to be laying right next to the nail that hit the previous line. We had a home inspector look at the installation & he confirmed it did not meet code. The new line could obviously be pierced again when the shingles are replaced. This presents a serious safety issue of gas build-up in the attic. I won a $1,450 judgement against Jolly Plumbing in small claims court in May of 2024 and Jolly Plumbing still has not paid the judgement. (With the 8.5% compound interest Jolly now owes us ~$1,706) In fact he told us when we won the court's judgement; "to get in line". I would not recommend doing business with Jolly as the gas line Jolly installed in our house did not meet code, they sold us more material than was required, did not stand behind their work and does not comply with legal judgements.

When I confronted him about it, he said that I told him I didn't have the money. I ended up going with a reputable plumbing company and spent $30k to have them all replaced. Toilet replacement - toilet was leaking from the flange somewhere still after the replacement, he would not come back to fix after I asked him 3 times about this issue Paint - we had a portion of the ceiling painted after drywall repairs -- I had a can of paint in my garage from previous homeowner but wasn't sure if it would match. Mike went ahead and did the whole ceiling and it ended up not matching -- he still charged ME when doing the repainting, implying that I took responsibility. Lesson learned -- don't ever try to help a contractor. Overall just a really confusing experience, I should have followed my instincts and pestered about the expectations and cost but I thought we had some rapport for some reason. Changing window balances - This was the most egregious... we needed new window balances on 10 or so windows in my home per Mike's suggestion. I called him and texted him multiple times asking when he would come back to do this... it took him several months and he gave me excuses saying it was hard for him to get the parts, because he wanted to give me quality balances and not the cheap kind. When he came he didn't bring the balances, and he judged that my old balances were fine and they just needed adjusting. He actually left one window without a balance, and never got back to me about the new parts which I wanted left at my place because it was part of the original contract. Also after a few weeks the problem came back and the windows were tough to open again.

All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate. I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates. I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!
