Last time when he gave an estimate for putting in some new sprinkler heads, he also fixed and adjusted a row of mini sprinkler heads for the garden bed and did not charge for that. This time, Jesus placed new sprinkler heads for another part of the lawn, and changed out different spray head types a couple of times to my liking. He has the patience of Jesus. The estimates are reasonable, and Linda, who coordinates the jobs and takes the payments, is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. Overall, I recommend them for affordability, communication/responsiveness, and timeliness.

Once they did, their service was spotty, never knew when they would show up, so I had to keep asking. A couple months in, and they stopped showing up altogether. After 3 weeks of nothing, I emailed and was given another apology for them forgetting I existed. Another 2+ weeks go by, same exact thing. So I cancel my service with them, but I had one more day paid for. They came out and mowed their last day. And then they charged me for another month's service today. And good luck trying to get them on the phone. They never answer. If you leave a message, best you'll get is a text. Feels like they're scared to talk to their customers, and I see why.

I would have given them zero stars if that were an option. Horrible communication!…read more We called on July 6 to have someone come out and look at two irrigation zones that were not working properly. I spoke with Derick, who specifically stated there would be no charge for them to come out. Later that day, the technician arrived, confirmed the two non-working zones we had already identified, and explained that they could not provide an exact repair quote because they couldn't determine whether the issue was the irrigation valve or the solenoid without further troubleshooting. They also said they didn't have the necessary parts on the truck. We were told that Derick/Dustin would send us an estimate for the repairs, and we could decide whether or not to move forward. A short time later, we received a repair estimate for over $1,000, which we declined. Then, to our surprise, we received a separate invoice for $287. The invoice was not itemized, so there was no explanation for the $287 charge. When we questioned it, we were told there was a $150 service call fee just to come to our home before any work was performed. That fee was never disclosed during our initial phone call, never communicated while the technician was at our home, and is not itemized on the invoice. If there is a service call or diagnostic fee, it should be communicated clearly upfront so customers can make an informed decision before scheduling an appointment. Instead, we were told there would be no charge to come out and were later billed without any prior disclosure or a clear breakdown of the charges. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and left us with little confidence in the company's communication and billing practices.
