I specifically requested the use of a sod cutter and commercial grade landscape fabric. The landscape fabric began ripping and pulling out within hours. Some portions were layered with multiple scraps. They removed dead grass and some dirt with a combination of shovels and a tiller I provided. They did not have the right tools or materials. They assured me they could remove the sod and would also spray the remaining roots so it would not return. I reached out about the poor landscape fabric within 24 hours. 9 days later when boulders were placed it was apparent that in most areas the sod was not removed at all. They did not spray the grass deterrent. When I spoke to them 9 days later they made many excuses for the poor quality of work, and blocked me on their contact number and all accounts. Pictures taken day 1 and day 9 after work was "done." $1700+ for the work and materials...

Not only did they do a terrible job, but they also overcharged for their so-called "services." What's worse, they took credit for work they didn't even do work that was completed by someone else entirely. When I brought this up and tried to resolve the issue calmly, they didn't take any responsibility. Instead, they got angry and even threatened me. This is not just unprofessional it's downright shady. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid them at all costs.

He and his team did such a good job that I kept using them for the rest of the mowing season. Miguel always checked in to ensure I wanted to be scheduled for a mow (or other optional services), rather than just showing up each week. Others I've used usually just showed up and did the work, whether or not I wanted it. I highly recommend this business. Their pricing is competitive, and Miguel was always responsive, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, they did excellent work. They always left my lawn perfectly manicured, and they cleaned up all the clippings too. Thanks, Miguel!
