I highly recommend Travis Bowen for his great work, dedication, and awesome business model. But I will only trust him. My first visit is with Bryson Donaldson, he over quoted and way under delivery. His quality of work is like hiring a guy from Craigslist. He replaced two laundry valve both with the same color and a shower stopper, all parts value under $100 and spent less that 1 hours, he wanted to charge $800, that $700 for labor.... Laundry panel was broken but he didn't even bother to replace it, which would cost about $40 including the two valves. Secondly he cut open the wall to install the new tube, said that's not his job to fix the wall as he's not a sheet wall guy. ... Could have told me before he started. I'm doing this review because I don't want anyone to get rip off and unprofessional quality work. I will include pictures so people can decide. Good thing I called the owner Travis and he came out and re-do everything, pictures included for comparison. I will never do business with anyone at Bow Tie Plumbing unless it's Travis and the bill is half what it was with exceptional quality. I know that every great business sometime higher bad employee. But what good is the owner understand and is willing to fix and that is a great value in a business. We had a miscommunication today that could have gotten ugly but it was handled immediately and Jesse and Andy went above and beyond. The city of Arlington sent an email about excessive water usage and so after reading reviews, I called Bow Tie Plumbing. They came to my property the same day. They ran tests and isolated the leak to be a valve inside toilet. Turned that valve off and meter stopped running. Incredible! I'm calling these guys for all my plumbing needs and you should too! Recently my elderly mother had a water leak in her yard. After seeing that there was little that I could do I started searching for someone to fix the problem. I searched Yelp and found several plumbers with good ratings. I started calling places and Bow Tie was the one that answered the phone. I spoke to the owner, Travis, and let him know that my mother had an emergency and since I had turned off her water was in great need. He was very friendly and said that he and his crew were booked for the day but would squeeze her in and get her water going again. This was needed because it was my birthday and she was planning a family dinner. Travis arrived later that afternoon and quickly accessed the problem and in a little over an hour or so had the problem resolved and we were able to have our family time. Once he finished is when I started to panic a little. I know that plumbing calls, especially emergency ones, can be very very expensive. I was quite pleased with the bill being much MUCH less than I was expecting. Woke up on Sunday with a water fountain in our yard. I turned the water off at the street and after a quick Yelp search decided to go with Bow Tie Plumbing. Within an hour of my request Travis messaged me and said there was a chance they could be out same day. I told him I understood, it was a Sunday after all. But then a couple of hours later Jose asked if he could come out to fix our issue. He arrived exactly when he said he would. After a quick assessment of the situation he determined our issue was with a pool line and there was a bypass shutoff so we immediately had water back to the house, which made my wife very pleased. Travis and his team did an amazing job with our complex custom plumbing project for outdoor gas lines for gas torches we were installing. I wish we found them earlier in the planning phase, but once we had a chance to review the project together, the attention to detail was clear and I could see they had quite a bit of experience behind them. We had a water pipe bust in under our trailer by the bathroom and needed it to get fixed quickly. We realized about it when one morning we were trying to do the typical chores around the house but realized that there was no pressure anywhere when use the sinks, showers, or toilets. Our neighbors come and let us know that there's puddles around the trailer. If it wasn't being on a Saturday, I probably wouldn't have panicked as much. I asked for an emergency service and they rushed and came to help me with in a couple of hours and a free estimate. The job that needed to get done was a bit more than expected, but in the end they fixed whatever was needed. They also fixed some additional stuff while they were down under the trailer to ensure the service was done and the problem was fixed.
