After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

It's December and I used most of my time off from work and told the persona on the phone that I will not be home until after 4:30. They definitely made it work for me. A young gentlemen named Travis called and arrived to replace the Water Heater. He gave me two options, to replace a pipe (where the leak was at) or the entire unit. I decided to replace the unit because it was old and was installed in 2005. Travis was very professional, smiled and explained everything in simple terms. In about less than 2 hours, he completed the install, and we were back to hot water again. If anything, I'll definitely recommend and use this company for their excellent service.

Good reviews- so called and left a message at 6:30a on a Saturday- he called back at 7:30 and Austin was at my home by 9:30a and I had a new water heater by 12:30p. I couldn't have been more pleased. Austin was a true professional, kept me informed, cleaned up his work site & took the old heater away. They use American made commercial water heaters with a strong warranty. I thought the pricing very fair for the quality. Even better- Austin gave me the contact of the water remediation team they use- they trust this team.
