It's December and I used most of my time off from work and told the persona on the phone that I will not be home until after 4:30. They definitely made it work for me. A young gentlemen named Travis called and arrived to replace the Water Heater. He gave me two options, to replace a pipe (where the leak was at) or the entire unit. I decided to replace the unit because it was old and was installed in 2005. Travis was very professional, smiled and explained everything in simple terms. In about less than 2 hours, he completed the install, and we were back to hot water again. If anything, I'll definitely recommend and use this company for their excellent service.

The problem was two-fold: the cast iron plumbing pipes were bowing under their own weight and stressing the joints. When he pulled them apart they were remarkably clogged with 66 years of grease. (Don't pour grease down the drain) Chris was able to replace the pipes with PVC in about a half day. The drains are functioning correctly. The thorough inspection of the crawl space also made our home safer. The meter for natural gas was replaced recently by an Atmos contractor- the gas line was kinked and there was a significant nick in an electrical cable adjacent to the meter. A call to Atmos and they were on it in a short time. We're appreciative of the extra steps taken to make sure it was all in order. He is based in Mansfield but has worked on our home in NW Dallas as well as my father's home in Arlington.

The name says it all. I was a bit disappointed at first. I…read morehad scheduled an appointment for an estimate, although, to be fair, I already had a good idea of what the work would cost. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6.
