All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate. I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates. What a great company. In a world of missed appointments and hidden costs, Anything Plumbing is the breath of fresh air. I had a leak that seemed simple enough, but with limited time and knowledge, I just could not get my situation corrected. Enter Anything Plumbing. Going in and out of meetings, I played phone tag with them and I finally made contact around noon. It took me five hours to nail someone down, but I really appreciated the effort the guys at Anything Plumbing made to stay with me. Once connected, it was just as I feared. They were booked solid. I thanked them for their time and honesty and just as I was about to hang up, they made a suggestion to take pictures of the problem when I got home after work and send them the pictures to see if they could help me. I was stunned. I went through my work day and I got home and did just as they asked. Within minutes, they called me and gave me some tips. I tried and failed and called them back to thank them and call one of the big companies. Then I heard them say, wait, where do you live, because I think I am heading your way." At 6:45 PM (check their hours), I heard a knock on the door. Five minutes later, after being nice to my two kids and my dog, I was quoted two prices with an explanation that there was a good and bad scenario. I told him I would pay whatever and he went to work. After a running to the store for special parts, my new best friend explained to me that I would be getting the low price and that I was extremely fortunate to be saddled with minimum damage. Not true. I was lucky because this company took the time to work with me until 8:00 PM! Who does this these days? Pretty nice story, huh? Well, it doesn't end there. We ask him another question and soon he is thoroughly checking our other issue...at no charge. Life changing. I called Anytime plumbing and Chris answered .. over the Christmas holiday our pipe burst we turned off the water and contacted him on Tuesday to fix it he said he could be here in the same day and would give us a courtesy call when he was on his way. I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction. Need to have a kitchen faucet replaced, and Christopher was clear about what the problem was and how I would be able to get the manufacturer to adhere to the lifetime warranty and replace it at no charge. During the replacement of the faucet, he upgraded all the connections under my sink and was very thorough about making sure every connection was sealed and wasn't leaking. I had a difficult backup due to my cast iron sewer lines being in bad shape and needing replacing. I've used the services of Anything Plumbing twice in the past year. The first time was to replace my outside hose bibs, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected, as one of the bib lines had been incorrectly installed inside the wall by the builder. Ray had to remove a section of drywall to repair it and re-install it in accordance with code. The second visit was to repair a leak underground in the connection between the city water meter and my irrigation system. Christopher was very thorough in replacing the faulty parts and re-using the expensive existing valves. They exhibit excellent work ethic and I have complete confidence in their skill.
