Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. After rejecting that he tells me for nearly $400 he would diagnose/troubleshoot the water heater but not perform any labor. Labor and parts would cost extra. THE LABOR!!!! Isn't that what the $400 is for? But the kicker was, without touching my heater, he offered to replace it for $6800! Their costs on a new unit is $1300. So that's $5500 in labor for replacing it with a unit that fits in the exact same footprint!!! Buyer Beware!!!!
