After being strung along by 2 other plumbing companies, Chris from CPR came out and discovered our problem immediately. He had it fixed and our hot water flowing again within 15 minutes of his arrival. Other plumbing companies wanted to charge up to $600 just to diagnose the issue. CPR (and Chris) were fair, honest and efficient. We will only be calling CPR Plumbing going forward. read more

Today, Chris and Tyler came out today to fix my bathroom tub spout. I put in a request only yesterday! Chris was shocked, as was I, on how the last owner had had the spout put on before. He was determined to solve the problem and get our tub working asap! They did a great job and we had some laughs too. They left my bathroom just as clean as it was when they got there! Will definitely be calling next time we have a plumbing issue! They were also very reasonable priced! read more

Last year I had a leak under my slab and read reviews about CPR and decided to try them out. I was not disappointed. My leak was quickly isolated and within a couple of hours I was leak free AND you could not tell where they had to cut into the slab. CPR will by my ONLY plumbing go to. read more

The guys that came to my house to fix an outside faucet and toilet tank did a great job. The price was very fair and they were both efficient, nice, and professional. I plan to use CPR from now on. read more

Chad was AMAZING! He is honest professional & trustworthy. He has done multiple things for us. Slap leak, water leak (outside) & garbage disposal. So pleased with CPR plumbing & will definitely use them again. It's so nice to have someone who will give you a fair price!! read more

When they said it would be more expensive I thought that's okay. Another 2 or 3 thousand dollars to get the work done would be okay. But 30,000 more!??? I hit jacked! And here I thought I had found some good folks in a world of sharks. I was wrong! read more

The owner Chad has been an absolute lifesaver to me and my husband the two times our home has had major plumbing issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved each of our problems much faster than we could have expected. We would recommend him and his company to anyone! read more

Extremely disappointed! I have NEVER written a bad review until now. I'm unsure if the owner was having a bad day and decided to take it out on his returning client or what his actual gripe was. Nevertheless, take a moment to read this review. I've used this company several times during the pandemic, and I have never encountered any issues previously when requesting the tech to wear a mask in my home, I understand wearing a mask is an individual's right. However, I do NOT think it is an issue that needs to be addressed in the way it was during a conversation with the owner. The tone of the owner was passive-aggressive and extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment over a week ago. A lady from CPR Plumbing contacted me the day before my appointment to advise me they would not be able to come to my residence due to issues with the scheduling. We were able to select another date within the same week for service. Fast-forward to today. I received a text notification confirming the appointment, I reached out to CRP Plumbing to confirm, and to request the technician to wear a mask if possible. The lady replied, "no problem, I will add it in the notes" less than 2 minutes later I received a call from a hostile owner advising me "if you want us to wear a mask, we are not the company for you". I was a bit confused with the statement. I never had any problems with the tech wearing a mask in any of the previous appointments before. The owner went on a rant stating "we go into many, many houses daily. My sons have had COVID, I've had COVID, and I don't know if any of my techs have COVID. Even with the booster shots, you can still get COVID. And I don't think I would feel comfortable coming to your house and exposing your house to COVID. we don't carry masks on any of the trucks". I tried to calm this conversation down by stating that I could provide a mask and IF the technicians did not feel comfortable wearing a mask, I would refrain from utilizing the part of the house where the techs would be working until the job was completed. Problem solved right? NO! The owner then went on to reiterate his statement above in even more of an agitated and condescending tone. I wanted to avoid escalating the call to a place that I deemed inappropriate for business purposes, so I asked if he was canceling the appointment due to my request or if he would be able to send the techs out. He stated "no". I hung up the phone floored! And decided to cancel the appointment furthermore discounting their services. It appears the owner wanted to pick a fight that was non-provoked. It's clear this company does NOT have a code of ethics and they do not value their customers. read more

I called because my pipes were totally clogged. Toilets almost overflowing and backing up in to the showers. When I called to get someone out to fix it, he gave me some recommendations to get it fixed at no charge. I have no idea about the quality of his work but I'd recommend him simply for his integrity. Thank you so much for saving this frustrated momma. read more

From the first contact with CPR to the follow-up after our issue was fixed, CPR Plumbing was amazing. We had an issue Sunday night in our kitchen sink. We had baking to do all day in preparation for the holiday as well as guests arriving Wednesday - the timing could not have been worse! But CPR Plumbing responded right away Sunday night and made an appointment with a time frame, responding by text within 20 minutes. I also got a message the next day via email and facebook. Then I got a text when they were on their way. Then fixed the issue within 30 minutes and were so professional. Showed up masked and gloved as well which made me feel comfortable about them being in our home. read more

**update**After 10 days, I now have a leak at the faucet. That is why I am giving him one star. At first I felt like the problem was going to be fixed, but when I had the new leak after Chad and CPR Plumbing had done the work, I called him because the work was supposed to be guaranteed, he came to my house and gave me my money back and said he couldn't fix the problem. Ugh! Starting over AGAIN! I won't be using CPR Plumbing in the future because I don't feel like he tried to help fix my problem. I "WAS" happy with the work of Chad Jones, owner of CPR Plumbing, in The Colony. After using another local plumber last year to fix a burst pipe due to weather, I ran into the same problem this year. I don't believe the other plumber understood how to correctly fix the problem. Chad replumbed using Pex, a newer material that expands, which had never been mentioned to me before. Chad thoroughly explained what his plan was, why he was doing it, and what the final result should be. He was prompt about calling me back, gave me an accurate window of when he would arrive, and sent me a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. read more

Highly recommend! They arrived early to our non- emergency plumbing issue and where in and out in 15 minutes. Reasonably priced.

Great service, used them for small, medium and large jobs. Very happy with all of their work, they pull permits when needed (if you have anyone reluctant to pull a permit go in another direction), responsive to calls and texts, detailed in their explanations and good value. Great guys, nice to work with local company and people who know the area. read more

Thank you to CPR Plumbing for fast, efficient and courteous service. Toni, the admin manager, was helpful and courteous. They were able to fix our broken water pipes in under an hour, and they are very reasonably priced. We will call on them again when needed!! read more

CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Adam helped me with this exchange process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of helping with solutions to my problem. The Team finished the install and it works Great! Thank You! I will call you for all future plumbing needs. read more

Quick response to a water heater leak! Great customer service, will be our go to Plumber for a LONG time!! Will refer to all friends and family! read more

Unbelievably good! I highly recommend this company. I accidentally drilled a hole in a natural gas pipe that was just behind the sheetrock while putting up some bookshelves on a Sunday. These guys responded immediately and fixed it so fast and so well, we were back to normal (except for the hole in the wall) within 30 minutes from when they arrived. Crazy good! Reasonably priced, as well, considering they had to put me at the top of the priority list to address my emergency. Will absolutely use them again. read more

When it comes time to select a plumber, electrician or other home repair service, I get extremely nervous, because it is hard to know who is going to be good. We developed a leak in our garage and needed a plumber, so I looked at reviews on Yelp and saw that CPR had mostly stellar reviews. I called yesterday afternoon, and they came out promptly this morning. Chad and Taylor were both super polite and friendly, and made sure to inform us before they did anything. It took awhile to find the leak, because it appeared to be a slab leak. They were persistent, located the leak in a wall that was seeping to another area. They made the repairs quickly, cleaned up well, and took care to not make a mess when they were working. I highly recommend CPR Plumbing, and will call them again if I need a plumber. Thanks Chad and Taylor! read more

Chad came out the other day to look into what was causing our slow drainage problem. He ran the snake out 100 feet and found nothing. He referred us to our city's utility department and declined to be paid. We will definitely be calling him should we have any issues in the future. read more

Chad and CPR plumbing came to my rescue on a Sunday evening, The outside faucet had broken off. Chad arrived within 35-40 minutes of the call, checked out the situation, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the repairs in minutes! I had called another plumbing company and was told it would be 4 hours and the estimate was much more. Thanks Chad for the quick response! read more

I've been using CPR plumbing for the past few years and I never even consider looking for anyone else. Chad and his team are great at what they do. They're efficient, punctual, and are fair with their prices. They always go above and beyond to treat their customers well. read more

I had a great experience with CPR plumbing. I originally had an appointment for the upcoming Monday but after my pipe bursted, I gave them a call and Chad appeared within 15mins to begin the repair on a Sunday. Great work, courteous and trusting. read more

Very Disappointed! Beware, if you have any problems. We called Chad out to repair our Washer connection, and he failed to properly seal the pipe connection and check for leaks before he left. Subsequently, the water leaked in my wall for 4-5 hours before it was noticed. Despite his assurances he would take care of any damages, he reported the damage to his insurance company and then promptly denied he was at fault for the damage. NOW I am having to fight his insurance company to repair my floor! What a disappointment. read more

I've used several plumbers in the area, CPR was by far the best. They are quick to respond to voice mails, has very fair pricing and does great work. read more

They replaced two hot water heaters with a tankless. They did a great job at the reasonable, quoted price. The gas efficiency savings is enough to make the unit free in 10 years. These guys are great! Give them a call. read more

Thank you Chad for your prompt response & courteous service! He fully explained everything that needed to be done. The work area was clean when he was done. He even called the next day to make sure that my water heater was working properly. Thanks again. read more

Our water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night and was flooding our garage. The valve was broken, so there was nothing we could do to stop the water! Chad came over right away and got it stopped. The next morning they installed a new (better) heater and hauled the old one off. These guys are really nice. They know what they're doing and they get it done quickly! I would definitely call them again if the need arose. read more

Get an estimate first. I failed to do so and a 45 minute PVC above ground 18 inch replacement was $450 including 20 to go get PVC pipe from Home Depot. Was scheduled days before and not an emergency and at beginning of business day. read more

The best service hands down. My upstairs shower handle broke and we were unable to shut it off at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I called CPR plumbing and Mr. Chad came right out. He was very professional as well as empathetic. I would highly recommend CPR if you want professional, quality and compassionate work at a very good price. read more

I called CPR Plumbing believing I had a leak in a pipe just outside of my foundation. They came out that day exactly when they said they would, which seemed odd to me as I have never had a service person of any profession actually show up exactly when they said they would! After it was discovered the issue was more serious than I previously thought, Adam told me exactly what the issue was (and showed me) and what the options were to fix it. The owner Chad also came out to verify the issue and gave me the complete rundown of what the potential cost could be. What I really appreciated was how Chad let me know exactly what the possible scenarios could be and what options I had and what it could cost, he made sure I had all of the information. After all of that THEY STILL COMPLETED THE WORK FOR THE LOWEST PRICE OPTION THAT DAY! I was in a bad position and they didn't try to take advantage of that at all, there was no attempt to price gouge me or talk me into a more expensive unnecessary option. All 3 of the men I dealt with were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CPR Plumbing to anybody that needs a good plumber! read more

CPR was highly recommended by several of my neighbors and now I know why! Quick response, up front pricing, kind and respectful. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, but I won't hesitate to call CPR again if I do! read more

Fantastic bunch of guys. Professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

Cannot say enough great things about Chad and CPR Plumbing Services. My husband and I have been living in our new home for a few months now, and just encountered our first plumbing issue (while installing a toilet...). We called Chad at 6 o'clock pm on Saturday and he was at our house within the hour. We fully expected to pay a LOT of $$$ since it was after hours (in our eyes) and on a Saturday evening, but we were so thankful that Chad did not see it that way. He very quickly took care of our problem, explaining what he did in the process, and charged us a VERY reasonable price. Extremely professional, and good at what he does. We will be using CPR Plumbing Services for all of our plumbing needs! read more

We had a very positive meeting with the CPR Plumbing Services. In this windy cold kind of season we should only rely on experts when it comes to water and heating. The group responded almost immediately, replacing the water heater, so the problem was solved by the end of the day. Quick and professional work! read more
