They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same.
