i called AAA Auger, and explained to the gentleman in the office that I had 2 other plumbers come and I could give pictures and a smoke test video. He said they would take the information I had and do a visual and give me a free inspection and give me an estimate. The guy came out, told me it would be $437 for his visual, he would dig around under the house a little and look everything over really good. I was already in my feeling with my sewer pipes issues , so not really thinking it through, I allowed the inspection. In hind sights I should have sent him back, because I was mislead. I'm glad I didn't use them, What else would they have mislead me on.,.... AAA Augers guy pretty much found the same issue the other plumbers found. But AAA Auger quoted me an extremely higher price!! My friend had a leaking toilet & called them for help. A plumber did show up & was VERY rude to her. Took him approx. 35 minutes for $765.50. I saw what she told me he had done. A very simple fix. She & her mother are elderly. No mention of any "Senior Discount". She did pay full amount in cash. Had Eric from AAA Auger repair an outside faucet at my home in Rockwall. He arrived within 45 minutes of my call and was very professional and knowledgeable. I was worried that the brick wall wound need to be cut out . Eric explained every step to me and was able to do the repair without removing brick. We needed a small plumbing repair...just the pipe behind the dishwasher cut off and capped. The new dishwasher could not be installed with the pipe in the way. The dishwasher installer told us it should cost around $75 to $150 max. These people came out and gave an estimate of $683.00. We ultimately got it done for $80.00. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! My son had a problem on his bathroom sink. This guy spent about 20 minutes from the time he got here to the time he left our household. 9 minutes trying to fix the problem and approximately another 10 minutes in his truck. He charged us $348.00, When I asked the guy why so much??? His come back was that the gas is more expensive, that food is more expensive, that everything is more expensive!!!!! YES! So, if my math is good $34.80 per minute approximately, working on the sink!!! Stupidly, I didn't check other places before calling this company. I feel this guy/company charged me that much, because of the place where we live, NOT for the problem with my sink. After this man left our house, I went to check online, called 3 different places, one charges for the same service $99.00...a different place $75.00 plus $39.00 for diagnostic. So, YES!! It was a stupid mistake to NOT check other companies before making the call. So please DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!! read more

Called Friday night at 9 PM, they said they could someone out on Saturday morning. Next morning, received a call at 7:30 AM saying they will be late 2-3 hours. received another call at 10:30 AM saying they will be late another 2-3 hours, at 11:30 AM received another call saying they could not make it that day. they put me on queue for Sunday. Sunday morning, got a call at 7:30 AM saying they will be late 2-3 hours, I was hoping it was not a repeat of Saturday's wait, but luckily I got a call at 9 AM saying someone is on the way. They got here around 10:30 AM Once he was here, pricing was upfront, he does a very professional job of locating the leaking underground. once that was done, he quoted me a pricing to fix it. it was a good price. it took him and another person from 10:30 to around 3 to finish fixing the leaking pipe. They done a very good job and I would recommend to the friend and family. the reason I took off 1 star was that from the time of the call to the time they got here, we were without water, I have to shut it off because it was flooding my front yard. I would definitely use them for future plumbing problem, but incase of emergency that need immediate attention, i'm not so sure since their timing if pretty far off. read more

Never fun when you have plumbing issues, life as we know stops or so it seems. Our plumbing was backed up and normally I can get them unclogged but this time it was not meant to be. I filled out a few Yelp quotes and AAA got back to me with in the hour. I expected to hear there will be an after hour fee plus the work but nope. They said they could be at my house with in the hour for a free quote and complete the service if I wanted to. Sho enough they showed up, price was fair for being 8pm and they were done in no time. They even did a free camera inspection and found my pipe was busted thanks to the roots of my tree. We all want to find good and fair services. For plumbing, this is now my go to. I am a buyer at a manufacturing facility and will now be using AAA plumbing for our plant. They really are the best I have ever worked with. Give em a try, you won't regret it. read more

During the first snow of 2017 (1/6/17), came home from work to a burst front yard faucet. As you can imagine nearly every place I called gave me the same story, "all booked until Monday", except AAA Auger. They put me on their wait list and called back after 3 or so hours to tell me they weren't going to come that night but that they would get to me the next morning. This gave me time to research my issue and by the time the tech showed up I already had the issue excavated and a fix purchased from Home Depot. Best part about my experience was the tech agreed with my solution, cut the pipe and applied the fix (sharkbite cap) in 5-10 min at no charge. He also gave me a quote on putting in a valve box as I live in an older home and the only water shut off to the house is at the street and a pain to get to. The fact they didn't automatically push my issue to Monday, provided great customer service that kept me in the know of their progress, and an overall great experience till the end; I will definitely call AAA Auger in the future for any other plumbing needs. read more

It was simply a faulty connector from the shower sprayer to the wall, making it appear as if the leak was coming from the ceiling. I called this company after recommendation from a co-worker that had used them in the past. I called on a Saturday at 2pm. A crystal answered the phone and I explained what my issues where she stated someone could be out on Sunday to give me an estimate. I thought this was great. She said it would be after 8am and they would call. Well I waited till 12pm no call so I called. Same woman answered that I spoke to yesterday. I told her I had been waiting for a plumber. She took my info and stated no appointment was showing for me. She looked again, had me give her my address which she kept misspelling, including my name and came back and said no appointment. I stayed home waiting for a plumber that was never going to show up. What really upset me though is the woman that answers the phone. She's either doing to many things at once or just doesn't care! Because yesterday also I spelled and gave her my address multiple times, including my phone number. Today when I called back we went through the same process and then she would repeat nonsense back to me. When she said i had no appointment today I politely said thanks and hung up. I'll take my business elsewhere. Update 6/16/19 I received a call from Kyle the owner not up to an hour after my Yelp review. He stated he had review the conversation I had with the lady and apologize. Not only did he apologize but he wanted to find out how to correct the issue. Our tub was draining slow, not the sink or the toilet so we knew there must be something stuck in the tub. Just wanted a plumber to come out and clean the drain. John came out and wanted to charge us $300, said he would have to drill through our floor. We asked him a few questions and his answers were "I don't know". Thankfully we sent him on his way without doing anything. We rented an auger and did it ourselves. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost. They are out to get you to do more services than needed cost. Will not ever call them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Had several services from Eric over the course of our move -- gas dryer capped off, then reinstalled in the new place, and repair of water line to the fridge in the old house.
