I have never seen a bedbug in my life and I always thought I would never get them.. But I did and it was one if the most stressful time my family and I had to go through. I started noticing welts after waking up in the morning on and off for about three months and I thought they were mosquito bites. Until last month the bites became regular. I threw away an old couch coz I thought it was that. I googled insect bites and one that came up was about bedbugs. So i googled some more and bought this fog spray from walmart thinking that would do it. It just made it worse. I woke up everyday with more bites. That's when I called Hunts. Christian and i talked on the phone about an on going earwig issue my wife and i have been battling for some time on our own. We had to call in a professional because the stuff thats sold at home depot just doesnt work. Christian came out to my house, was prompt, super restpectful and extremely thorough. Listened to all i had to say in regards to our pest issues such as earwigs, spiders and whatnot. He was in and out in less than an hour, and that included spraying the entire property, all the eves on the overhang of the roof, and cleaning all the cobwebs and spiderwebs. No one wants to have to deal with "Spiders" or any other bug in their home. They initially sent out a guy months back to spray but came back bc I have a broken screen door that my landlord has yet to seem to want to fix. ARGH! They sent Jenny over and I couldn't believe any woman would be working in this type of creepy crawly work environment, so I was already impressed! She was right on time both times and extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding diff bugs, and spiders. She definitely puts you at ease and makes sure to get every nook and cranny inside your home. She also noticed there may be possible termites in the roof so that's another thing- I was impressed by her overall familiarity with the whole process and other possible issues. My tenant called to tell me there was something in the attic making noise, so I called HPS. The young man that came out looked around the property and told me he suspected rats had accessed the attic via the air vents that were not covered with screening. To save a little cash I blocked the air vents and he set traps in the attic. Sure enough, on his next weekly visit, two were dead in the traps. He told me that they would be hard to trap after that, as rats are smart and will not approach a trap after what they saw happen. He didn't trap anymore after 4 weekly visits, but the noise is gone, so I hope the problem is solved. They did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend their services. read more

We've been using Hunt's for the last 2ish years. I've had nothing but great things to say about them. Super responsive, technicians were helpful and polite, would always come out and retreat if we were having problems. Overall just a great company to work with. Recently received a notice that they were merging with Orkin. I received a confirmation email that our routine service was completed. Thought it was strange bc I'm a stay at home mom and they usually knock on the door. Didn't think too much of it. Then again at our next service, I received an email for completed service. This time my husband and I had been working in the yard all day and knew no one had showed up. I called several times but no one answered. I left a voicemail and days went by with no response. Finally emailed and received a response. Was told that they were having phone issues. Apologized but didn't offer any explanation... Just offered to send a technician out. Unfortunately, I lost trust in them and cancelled our service. We recently moved out of state but kept our house as a vacation rental and need a more reliable company. read more

He has now been to my home on 3 separate occasions for various treatments and each time leaves me feeling like I received my money's worth. Not only are the bugs going away, but Christian takes care of you like family. We bought a house a couple years ago and have recently started having issues with rats in the attic. I've had to contact numerous times because they keep finding ways in! Someone was able to come out quickly, do a through removal of all cobwebs, which were everywhere, and sprayed everywhere. It has been two months since and no sign of bugs, crickets, or cobwebs. He could have charged me hundreds but, is soo honest that he refused to charge me for something that we could do ourselves. I thought Christian was clean cut, well-spoken, humbly confident, knowledgeable, and justifiably afraid of my dogs, but respectful nonetheless. My dogs were home during the organic inside service, but I didn't have to clean anything up (except their water bowls), I was also in the house when he treated (it smelled pretty, actually). Inside: organic; outside: regular pesticide. Ask for owner Christian Hunt. Tell him the crazy lady from Sharp with the two raging blue pit bulls referred him. Bonded/licensed. After service, he sends an email to let you know the service was completed, what exact products were used. Then you get a thank you card in the mail! Their website has a Customer Portal, you can pay your bill, schedule your services, read about pertinent topics, etc. Post-service, I saw a few ants in the (wild) backyard, and I told Christian. He came to the house the next day, at a specific time, and that was that. No bugs, no pests ever since he sprayed inside (organic) and out. He sent a lovely, classy thank you card in the mail for using his services, and he also followed up through email to make sure all was well and that I was happy. My main concern was using organic on the inside, because I was thinking it wouldn't work as well as toxic chemicals. However, I've seen no creepy crawlies inside at all, and I finally feel comfortable actually sitting on my own family room floor with my doggies and not have to be watchful for moving things around that aren't us. Gross. I have three cats and two large dogs, and everyone goes in and out the doggy door constantly to a semi-landscaped (wild) backyard. And no fleas. I just had my indoor/outdoor pseudo-feral cat groomed, and the groomer was marveling at how my cat had NO FLEAS. That is amazing. No pet has fleas in my house. It's hot. It's summer. I have a wild backyard. No fleas. No ants. No spiders. No pill bugs sneaking in. I'm also in the middle of demolition throughout the house, some of it to outside walls, and was having a difficult time with things crawling in through the outside walls while all the construction has been going on. I haven't seen anything since Christian sprayed, though. I'm so sold on Hunt's service. I'm pitching him to my large healthcare organization, especially for the organic inside services. I give 4 out of 5 stars only because I've had a couple administrative mix ups I've needed to call about, but nothing that would keep me from continuing to use their service. I needed a termite inspection done on a new property. They find signs of a colony, and immediately began treatments. They performed interior and exterior treatments. They then sent out a tech ten days later for a follow up. They gave me a $50 discount because I was a new customer. I am definitely going to use them for a yearly fumigation. read more

So this review has long been in the making. But its better late than never. This company is just awesome! I had them come out and spray my home about a month ago because I had a serious ant problem; that come to find out was coming from my neighbor's house. Our technician was very efficient and fast. He explained the process to me about how they prefer to start with the outside to build a barrier for little pests getting inside. And if needed they could spray the inside though its difficult if you have dogs since everyone has to be out of the house for at least 4 hours. Needless to say, spraying the outside worked and I have not seen a single ant in my house or around it. But they guarantee their services for 30 days, which means they would have come back out to spray if the problem was not fixed the first time. Also, Hunt's offers a year-long agreement where they will spray every other month at a much lower price than the initial service. My tech explained the agreement and how it is much more economical, emphasizing that I can cancel at any time and it definitely much cheaper then calling them out again. So I went ahead and signed the agreement and I am sure they will be keeping my house pest free. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend this company for your pest problems! Yesterday I called Hunt's Pest Solutions because I was being held hostage in my house by thousands of fleas. I couldn't walk from the front door to the car (20 ft) without several hundred fleas blanketing each leg. They set an appointment for between 2:00 - 4:00 today. Christian arrived shortly after 2:00, introduced himself, and explained exactly what he would be doing. Not only did he spray around the house and yard, he also sprayed under the house, and will be coming back in 10 days to respray. He said if that doesn't take care of them, he'll keep coming back until they're all gone. Christian was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. All of those qualities in one person, who provides a service, is hard to find nowadays. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! read more

The good reviews were right on target. They came in at the beginning of summer to take care of a flea problem. I adopted some kittens and when summer came, so did the fleas. I have family members that don't tolerate flea bites very well. The people at this business are just as nice and as easy to work with as many of the reviews state. They honor the services they are contracted to provide. I have called and they have done both inside and out several times, as much as was needed until the fleas were gone. Organization is not my strong point, I have asked at the last minute for them to include the inside of the house, and they are always gracious in accommodating. Not only have they taken great care of the "bug" problem, they are the type of down home friendly business who I feel good doing business with.
