The lamb special was immaculately cooked, the sear, sauce, and sides (potatoes au'gratin) were delicious. So juicy and tender! Next, the braised beef ravioli and filet mignon tips melted in our mouths and found themselves thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, the chicken cordon bleu stood head and shoulders above every dish we've ever tried. To be fair, chicken cordon bleu is my favorite dish on the planet. Theirs rivaled my favorite French restaurant's version. Finally, dessert. The tiramisu was incredible. It was creamy, had the right balance of flavors, and the lady fingers were soaked perfectly. It was so amazing, it was as good as Michelin starred chefs' versions that I've had across the country. This is what tiramisu is supposed to be to me.
