Pepperoni rolls

Cool little spot with unique interior. Blend of 4 person tables and bench lining wall with tables. Service was excellent, explained the menu well and set the expectation which didn't disappoint. Pepperoni rolls was beautiful and tasty. Order Crostata was beautifully presented and flavor blew me away. Don't miss out on this place.

New to the area and was seeking good local pizza. I think we found it! Fresh Artisan style pizza with tremendous flavor. The order was real easy over the phone and very helpful. The pizzas are closer to personal size, but delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered 4 plus an app for 6 of us and it worked. We got takeout, but the interior was cute. We'll be ordering again soon!

First time trying this place and I now have a new pizza place! The hot honey pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings were hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite.

Pizza was so yummy I could've ate it all by myself. Glass was chilled to perfection for my beer. 2 cannoli were large and also perfect OG flavor with mini chocolate chips and a tiramisu was a big piece. Service was attentive and quick

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place after reading all of the rave reviews. The pizza is cooked in an Italian oven and it's delicious! We dined in for dinner and each ordered a pie; he got the Hawaiian and I got the Meat Amore - they were both incredible! All of the ingredients were top notch and fresh. The dining area is small, trendy and cozy. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to dining here again.

A nice little locally owned truly Italian restaurant with Italian folks running it. Pizzas come out quickly and with unique ingredient combinations. Salads are fresh and the tiramisu might be the best you will ever have and with a generous portion.

This place was nice! The waitress was kind and friendly throughout the entire night. The menu has a variety of options to choose from al I'm sure everyone can find a pizza for themselves. I definitely enjoyed the 4 cheese pizza as it was light and I didn't get filled off just the bread. The ambience is nice, with conversations kept low so you aren't screaming to hear your date. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try a new pizza place!

The pizza was incredible! Don't expect Domino's! This is the real deal minimum ingredients with maximum flavors! I had the pepperoni and burrata with hot honey!! So yummy! I also had a slice of my partner's chicken, ham, bacon and trifoliati fungi pizza which was also yummy. Great service, friendly staff!. Casual environment with a modern space. Get ya some!

Pesto and Pesto & Burrata Pizza

Fantastic little pizza restaurant. Really good quality pizzas with perfect crusts and unique toppings. This is not your average pizzeria. The garlic knots are on the online menu and not the restaurant menu but if you ask for them they'll happily make them for you. I would definitely get them. They're made with sourdough dough and are super garlicky. Delicious. We had the pesto pizza with burrata and balsamic glaze. Was fantastic. And the truffle pizza, my husband loved it. Their tiramisu is really good too. Worth getting it even if you can't finish it all!

My boyfriend and I are in town visiting and we stopped here as it was super close to our hotel and had super good ratings! We were not disappointed. The place is very cute and the employees are nice. We started off with the pepperoni rolls and they were SO good. We both got our own pizzas and I got a cheese pizza with buffalo mozzarella cheese and jalapeños. My boyfriend got the smoked pizza and he loved the honey was super good on the pizza. If we were in the area again we will be stopping by.

Very authentic Italian pizza place. I strongly suggest trying one of the classic Italian pizzas over traditional American. Cute atmosphere!

I had soup, manti (dumplings) with dumpling- lamp plate and meatball sub. The dumpling soup was good- felt like a familiar taste of clean hardy dumping in blotch. Manti- we ordered half steamed and half friend and they were great! I tell ya- these dumplings are huge and it can possibly feed two people and can walk out full. The lamb plate was exceptional- it's not Mediterranean- super clean and flavorful dish. Meatball sub was the best I e had! Crunchy sub and juicy meatball with savory marinara and gooey cheese. Second time I had khachapuri (the boat looking bread with cheese in center and egg!). Super rich but pleasant. I would need this in - real cold and starving setting haha this bread alone can fill 3 people in my a Opinion. Also ordered 2 bowls of borsch (cabbage soup). Super refreshing- clean-savory, absolutely delicious. We also ordered Philly cheese steak - again, amazing sub. Crunchy light sub bread - full of beef steak, cheese. Service: both times, different servers, great service. Great recommendations. Can be bit slow service when it is busy. Price: reasonable price. Hidden Gem!

I arrived at Rudino's in Southern Pines at approximately 10 min after ordering and waited almost another 30 minutes to receive my order. When the hostess brought the pizza, she said they messed up when cutting or slicing the pizza and threw another slice in a to-go box as though that would suffice in making it better. I thought this was absolutely absurd - the slice was nothing more than an old piece of another pie that was sitting under a warmer for probably hours and since it was close to closing threw it my way - it was disgusting. It appeared (see photo) they either dropped the pizza or took a bite out of it. When I ordered the Sicilian pizza, I thought it was going to be the traditional thick, deep crust, two inch plus pizza. I was perplexed and very disappointed to see it was nothing more than a traditional round pie with a taste that was overpowering with salt, the cheese was stale, there was no sauce, and very little meat. I feel it was deceptive to advertise and serve a Sicilian pizza masked as a round traditional pie that I can have ordered from Dominoes much cheaper. I was disappointed when walking in and having to wait as long as I did while observing the staff spend more time on their cell phones and gossiping with one another. I would think the least they should do is pull the Sicilian pizza from the menu until such time you can actually make one like Vera Pizza & Grill, Café Vesuvio in Sanford, SoPies in Southern Pines, Brooklynn Pizza, etc. I sent an email and tried calling Rudino's to discuss but they refuse to reply back.

Still one of my favorite pizza pies 15 years later. I just love this place. Great spot to meet up…read morewith friends and share a pie.

Once upon a time, this place wasn't just a pizza restaurant--it was a pilgrimage site. People…read morewhispered about its crust like it was sacred text, and its awards lined the walls like a shrine to melted cheese and triumph. "Best Pizza" many years running back when that actually meant something. Now? It feels less like a restaurant and more like a nostalgic reenactment gone very wrong. The menu still reads like a dream--Carolina crust this, atomic sauce that--but ordering has become a real exercise in imagination. Half the ingredients are apparently on a spiritual journey and no longer physically present. You'll ask for sharp cheddar and get a thoughtful pause, followed by, "We don't have sharp cheddar, we might have a Wisconsin sharp cheddar?" --which, to their credit, has the word "cheddar" in it. The staff move with the energy of a group project that everyone forgot was due today. Pizzas emerge... interpretively. You might order a margherita and receive something that captures its essence, emotionally, if not structurally. It's less "wrong order" and more "pizza as a suggestion." A master of creative problem-solving, this cashier has boldly redefined the concept of "making change." Why fumble with buttons and math when you can simply hand over two beers and call it even? It's less of a transaction and more of a surprise gift exchange--one where the rules are unclear and the outcome is mildly concerning. And the wine list--oh, the wine list--is a beautiful historical document. A relic. A time capsule from at least six months ago, when bottles still existed and hope flowed freely. Now, asking for wine feels like asking about a long-lost friend. "We don't have that," they'll say, gazing into the middle distance. Still, there's something oddly annoying about it all. Like walking into a once-revered theater that still clings to its golden-age reputation. The performances feel like echoes rather than art, the lighting flat where it once dazzled, and every scene drags with the weight of trying to live up to a forgotten past. It's not bad enough to be a disaster--just disappointing enough to make you wonder if the hype was ever real or if you're just eating the ghost of someone else's great experience. Cheers!
