Came in to pick up a handgun. I asked the counter guy to see if he can take a look at my revolver since it wasn't working right. He offered to repair it at no charge, even when its only minutes from closing time. Great customer service. read more

If you have a life and not much time do not bother coming here. The wait is normally outrageous! I purchased one gun and had to leave multiple times while waiting to just be talked to. With nowhere to sit and little standing place and a normal wait time of over 45 min, I will not be making another purchase here. read more

I was looking for a semi automatic shotgun. I wasn't sure which one to choose from the Mossberg 930 SPX or the Benelli M4. Travis was extremely helpful with the information about each shotgun. I choose the Benelli M4 !!! I was in and out in 20 minutes !!! The selection, the pricing and the awesome customer service !!! Thanks again, Travis !!! You got a customer for life !!! read more

I've been to quite a few gun shops and usually there are only a couple of people working and it takes a while to ask any questions but not at Ammo Bros. Every time I have visited this shop there are many employees to help me. They are everywhere! Behind the counter, on the floor (which is very large with a huge selection of bags, targets, ammo etc) and at the register. All super friendly, good sense of humor and super helpful. I like this store and this is where we buy all of our guns and supplies. read more

Have been here many times and been helped by a few different guys. Travis is always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge as well as Matt. I would recommend this shop to anyone!! Thanks for all your help. read more

Had a great experience purchasing our firearm at Ammo Bros. The staff was kind, patient, had great customer service skills and was super knowledgeable, they made our purchase easy and stress free. Thanks for being awesome Ammo Bros! read more

Travis, the store manager, was very helpful and friendly. Usually you walk into a gun store and the staff isn't very friendly. But not here! I enjoyed talking with the guys behind the counter. I will definitely go back to shop here. This is one happy customer! read more

Short and simple. Went in to do the Firearm Transfer paperwork. When 10 days were up, i did get good service and employees were helpful in answering my questions too. Thank you! read more

The new location is great. Staff are way more laid back then the other locations while still being friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend coming here over other stores in the area. Also had the shield priced roughly 50 dollars less then shops around the area. read more

Always love visiting this store its always very clean and the staff are always willing to answer any questions I have!! Sarah helped me out the last time I was there and she was so helpful and friendly I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family!!! read more

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a gun store. Every time I've gone to purchase something, I've waited over 30 min. They have a sign in sheet that is worthless, because they take people that walk up before they read anyone off the list. When you are helped the customer service is crap. read more

Awesome place just bought a American Eagle 44 mag. Great staff and they love dogs. I will definitely buy from them again.

Very knowledgeable staff even for a beginner and his or her questions. They take the time to help you and respect you when answering any questions regarding the firearms and their safety. They price match & offer discounts for law enforcement officers, military and EMT. There are also some of the most respectful people that I have talked to in any customer service situation with every word then followed by sir or ma'am when interacting with any customer. PS: approach the employee when you're ready to conduct business a lot of people walk into the store just to look at things and not buy anything therefore they wait for you to interact with them before actually taking the time so that they can help other people while some people just look around. read more

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection. Sarah went above and beyond. Will definitely be back again.

Just went to ammo bros in riverside and bought a Springfield XD 40 and had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly! They have definitely won my business for all my firearms and ammunition needs. read more

I've purchased two guns now from this store, the second one being a difficult to find, custom order left-handed Sako .375 H&H. Where three other shops either outright wouldn't bother to look in the first place or simply gave up on me, the person who helped me at Ammo Bros in Riverside stuck with it and got two other employees involved to find what I was looking for. Not only that, but the price may be $300-$500 less than what I was expecting to pay. It really doesn't get much better than that, and it guarantees return business. read more

Great customer service, had everything i needed, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

These guys are the real deal. Their store is immaculate, the representatives are top notch, and they've always had what I've been looking for. I'm not a tactical shooter but I still go out of my way just to buy from these guys. They make gun/gear shopping hassle free by giving you information not a pitch. I highly recommend this store to anyone. read more

What a great shopping experience! As a woman...its hard to get respect or even good customer service when walking into other gun stores. At Ammo Bros, everyone was patient, courteous and respectful. This is the only place we will shopping for guns or supplies. read more

Bought a brand new AR-15 from here and the gun was all scratched up when I came to get it. They didn't have the correct magazine for it. They gave me one that was all scratched up. THe gun is a matte finish and he magazine they gave me was polished black. They even scratched the gun because the rivet on one of the magazines got stuck and they couldn't get it off. I don't know if I will be back. Definitely not happy after spending close to 900$ with accessories. read more

I bought a few guns before at a few different locations. Came to buy a handgun and the salesman was extremely rude. Like if I was gonna steal something. Felt really awkward when I was gonna purchase the gun, just took my id and firearm certificate and left. Was planning on buying lots of stuff but NOPE! Taking my money elsewhere. read more

Great staff, extremely helpful. Got delayed on a firearm and on the 30th day, they called the DOJ to make my application undetermined and received my firearm that very same day. Thx guys. read more

The customer service here is awesome! Yes it took about an hour for someone to help us but it was well worth the wait. The guys are knowledgeable and patient, plus they didn't make me feel like a dummy about my questions! My husband is already a repeat customer, now they've gained my business too. read more

I use to buy my guns At turners, after a few disappointing visits there I checked out ammo bros in Riverside, from the moment I went in I got great service Travis was very welcoming and answered any questions I had and made sure I got what I wanted. Ever since then this is the only place I go to to buy my guns. I have purchased 4 now from there and every time I go in I get the same service I did the first time I went. They price match and will even try to beat competitors prices. Definitely my go to store for all my gun needs. read more

Don't listen to some of these inaccurate negative reviews. I have been to this location multiple times, and have NEVER had any issues. Matter of fact, I needed some extremely last minute work done on my Remington 700 regarding a suppressor mount, and Travis had me in and out. Not only was he able to fix the issue I was having, but he did it in a fast and timely manner. I will most definitely be returning to this location. Thanks Travis and staff!! read more

This is by far the coolest gun shop I have ever been too. They have the largest selection to choose from. Not your typical gun shop. It is always super busy so don't get frustrated if you have to wait in line unless you go on a week day earlier in the day. read more

Bought my first 9mm Springfield XD. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge range selection. Highly recommended.

I went to Turners in Corona to do a transfer and the manager there told me his store was to busy to do that for me so I would have to find somewhere else to go. I could understand if they didn't do them but this guy was just rude so I asked Siri for the next closet gun shop and she gave me Ammo Bros so I called and they said come on down. The people were totally friendly and did a great job helping me with the transfer. I will never buy a firearm again from a Turners in Corona because the manager was a jerk but Ammo Bros has me as a customer as long as I live in Riverside . I gave them 5 stars just because they were helpful and are customer oriented which is huge for me.. Good job guys read more

I have been going here for a few months since it is close to work. They always have tons of ammo in stock and there is always someone asking to help. None of this take a number garbage. If you need anything firearms related check here first. read more

I very rarely write reviews, so when I do, it's because a business has really made an impression on me(good or bad). Ammo Brothers deserves to be recognized for their top notch customer service, especially Travis the manager. I'm sure I'm not alone in noticing a serious decline in service amongst gun stores as sales have soared & many took their customers for granted, almost like they are doing you a favor when helping you. Ammo Bros is the exception! I've always been greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff who knows how to treat a customer. I recently visited the store looking for a holster for a somewhat rare application, Travis took the time to work with me & find the perfect solution. They have the best selection around & prices are certainly fair. If you're looking for a new firearm, ammo or accessory, give them a shot. They've definitely earned my business! read more

Please don't ever spend your hard earned money here! The worst customer service I have ever had. They are rude and you seem to be bothering them when you have a question about something. Had sights installed and they cracked my slide and denied it. They sent it out to be repaired and never heard from them for two months I Called several times to see what was going on and never revived a call back. Went to pick it up and find out my sights were not reinstalled which I had already payed for that's why I was calling to make sure they were put back on so I didn't have to come back a second time. I will be eating the thirty dollars I spent for the sight installation and never set foot in this store again read more

Went in and damn are these guys awesome. Basically went in knowing nothing about what I was looking for and the staff helped me get started on where to start my research in regards to buying a shotgun for hunting. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. read more

I was getting ready to leave town on business and last minute wanted to come in and do a transfer. Like a jerk, I had walked in 10 minutes before closing hoping they would help me and my buddy out. Haha It was my first time in the store and I was loving the clean, bright, organized look of everything. Danny and Sarah really went above and beyond with staying a few minutes after closing just to help us get the transfer done. They were very friendly and its good to know that there is a quality store in our neighborhood. I will definitely be making many more purchases here! read more

Great experience here anytime we come in. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Being new to owning any type of firearm, they never looked down on us nor treated us indifferently for being newbies. Every time we have been back, everyone greets us and goes out of their way to answer any questions that we have. This is our go to place for all things firearm. read more

Walk in this morning at 10am any was help out by Steven, he was very courteous and polite. I had a ton of questions and he answered all of my questions and concerns. Stephen was very knowledgeable in handguns and rifles. All of the staff was polite and courteous. Thank you making my purchase fun and enjoyable. I'll be back for more! read more

The best Ammo Bros by far!!! Friendliest staff, easy going not intimidating at all!! My preferred gun shop!!

Quick Review Here!! I haven't even been inside the building but I have called them a few times about A Private Party Transaction (PPT). I spoke with Matt and Danny over the phone but kept coming up with questions after I hung up the first two times I called. Each time they answered, they had genuine and sincere customer service. They didn't sound at all ticked off. They helped clarify some of the California laws when buying and selling a handgun and even gave me some tips for having a faster transaction with what types of forms they accept. Super helpful! I have no doubt that if I came into the store in person, I'd get the same type of treatment and feel comfortable there. A++ on customer service over the phone. This is how new shooters should feel when coming into a gun store or buying their first gun. Hope to actually make a stop there one day. Keep up the great work! read more

Ammo Bros is my go-to location whenever I need to pick up any type of gun equipment. The staff is knowledgable and happy to answer any questions I've had, and everyone there has helped me get taken care of at some point or another. In all my time having dealt with them I have yet to have a bad experience. I've spent a lot of money with them and plan to keep it that way, much better experience than I've had at any of the other local gunshops. If you need anything gun related AmmoBros is definitely the place to go! read more

Nice people, nice stuff, great guns not just 2 cases of guns more like 5 or 6 cases plus over 20+ rifles and shotguns!!!

Went Ammo Bros in Riverside. Store had few people inside and the staff was super courteous to help me locate shotgun ammunition and show my wife a revolver to consider. This store did not have the ammo I needed but called the Ontario store which did a floor check. Ontario did have the ammo and put it behind the register for me. Scott and two other fellows were very helpful at Riverside. Now a review for the Ontario store.... read more
