Great food, wonderful service, and amazing atmosphere, what more could you ask for? We went on a busy Friday night and yet the staff were always attentive and getting us more drinks as needed. I went here for the bottomless brunch, and then a second time for my moms birthday. We had the Caesar salad which was tasty. In addition i ordered the steak and it was delicious and enough to share with my friends. The bottomless drinks were great as well. This place is consistently good. Whether grabbing their takeout pizzas (try soppressata on a sicilian or any of their outrageous specialty pies), or dining in, it's a solid choice. Came here for like the hundredth time (exaggeration). Foods always amazing. We got the chicken Cesar piadina and the teriyaki steak and eggs. I usually sub the rice for avocado instead for more of a breakfast vibe. Food is always on point, as is the service. Gio was super friendly and attentive. If this place wasn't so overhyped, I probably would have given 4 stars. However, it's so over hyped I was looking forward to and expecting food to match the hype, and that didn't happen. The ambiance is fantastic, I love the decor, layout and everything- the staff was wonderful and friendly. We lost it on the food, the fried mozzarella was good, not amazing, but good. My husband had the chicken parm with vodka sauce, and it was just not good. It had a sour, or off putting taste, I had a bite of it and couldn't take another one. I had Chicken Francaise, the chicken itself was so fresh and good, but again we lost it on the sauce- it was ok, and that's like the easiest dish to make and the hardest to mess up. The superstar was definitely the Risotto, it was exceptionally delicious and made so perfectly. I really wanted to love this place, and I'm disappointed that just didn't happen. read more

We had some time to kill before catching a show so we decided to drop on for a bite. It is a fairly large restaurant with a bar along one side and dining in a separate side area. Lounge seating as well in/near the bar area. Very high ceilings give the impression of a larger space. We sat at the bar and ordered a, well, bar pie, and a few classes of red to wash it down. Been here a few times and have always had a great meal. The fried calamari is some of the best I've had and it's consistent. Bartenders are social and don't rush you out to flip seats. The grilled salmon with escarole and beans was delicious. It's also nice they have gluten free chicken cutlets. You don't find that at restaurants too often. Check it out if you're in the area. We were a party of 5 ladies on a weeknight. We started with drinks. Everyone enjoyed and ordered a second. Drinks were slow to come - not sure where the issue was (was order not put in right away with the bar? was the bar busy? were our drinks sitting there waiting on our waiter? Almost everyone had a change to their order and Americano Pie Bar was very accommodating and all orders came out right. Everyone thought their meals were delicious. Waiter didn't come back after food was started to check on us - some of us could have used another drink. One ordered a soda with dinner and it never came (forgot to check if it was charged). In summary, would recommend and will go again but wait staff needs to be more in touch with their tables. read more

We have been here a few times and have had various dishes, all pretty good -- salads, sandwiches, entrees --with the salmon and escarole beans being a favorite! We have also taken out pizza with cauliflower crust (gf), plain and with different toppings along with pizza pies with regular crust. They have a nice full bar where you can enjoy a drink prior to sitting down or for just hanging for awhile. Service has always been very good and everyone is very nice. Americano Pie Bar is a must try! The food, the service and the restaurant are all great. They have a modern vibe with dim lights which sets a nice mood. They have an incredible menu with a ton of great choices. We had a 7pm reservation, and we're seated about 15 mins after, the place was packed on a Saturday night. We started with the Troffolini which was a ricotta stuffed pasta with truffle sauce. It also had some pear in it, which gives an explosion of flavor. The pear and the truffle compliment each other and truly was a great taste. We also started with a Vodka Margarita pie, which was great. The sauce was delicious and the crust was so thin and tasty. For dinner, I had the rigatoni rafalae, which had grilled chicken and broccoli with cherry peppers in a nice light garlic and oil sauce. I loved it, it was a great amount of food. My fiancé had the porcini filet mignon rigatoni, she didn't love it, but she also didn't realize what type of sauce it was. Once she realized what it was, she knew she shouldn't have ordered it, but she said the steak was good. My future father in law had the short rib rigatoni which he loved. He said it was very rich, but it was delicious. Each app came out staggered, and our food came out a good time after the apps. It was truly awesome as we never felt rushed, we had time to enjoy and digest each of those courses. There were a handful of apps / pizzas / and other dishes that we are looking forward to trying in the future. We can't wait to go back. Everything is very reasonably priced which was also another great thing about this restaurant. read more

Dined here last night. We didn't have reservations, but we were promptly seated. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and large. I love the wine bottles in the glass going up the walls. A+ for decor! It took a while for our waitress to come to our table and she was very slow throughout. We're the couple that looks at the menu beforehand so when we sit down to eat, we're ready to go. We skipped the appetizers and went right to entrees - skirt steak with fries and filet mignon pasta. We did receive bread as a starter and it was pretty good. My skirt steak was fine. It lacked a little bit of flavor that I was craving but the au ju really brought it together. My fiancé loved his pasta. He never had filet mignon in his pasta dish before, so that was a first! For dessert, we ordered chocolate lava cake with chocolate gelato. Delicious! If we do return here, I'm trying the pasta next time. read more

What a fantastic place. Service was great. Food and drink fantastic. Drink: I found a 'new' drink on a recent trip to Delaware called an Ice Tea Lemon. An Ice Tea Lemon is Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka, Sweet Tea, splash of lemon juice and a splash of sprite served in a pint glass. It is fantastic. Also fantastic with Tito's as very few places will have the Deep Eddy's. Well, Americano had sweet tea! Sweet tea On Long Island?! They made my Ice Tea Lemon perfectly! Appetizers: Short Rib Mac & Cheese - it is a 3 Cheese Mac with Breadcrumbs and Pulled Short Rib. Let me tell you, this should be an entrée. It was amazing. Philly Rolls - thin Sliced Filet with Sautéed Onion & Pepper, Cheddar and Chipotle. Also incredible. Capellini Cake - it is Angel Hair with Peas, Bacon, Onion, Cream and Pecorino in a Pink Sauce. A very unusual appetizer that was surprisingly delicious! Entrée: Honey Spice Specialty Pie - this pizza had Spicy Soppressata, Mozzarella and Honey. Let me tell you, one of the best pizzas I have had anywhere. What a terrific combination of flavors. The crust was spectacular as well. Highly recommend! read more

I went it with very high expectations and when I tell you this place definitely EXCEEDED THEM! We made reservations on that day and when we got there we were seated right away! Our server, Kristen, was so kind and very attentive! In terms of food we started with the wings - so delicious! They were fresh, crispy and so tasty! After we each got our own square pizzas, the fact that we basically get a whole pie to ourselves for $15 is crazy!!
