First time visiting the newly opened and renovated Frankie's Table--welcome to the neighborhood! Located across the street from the Commack Post Office. We stopped in for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. Our waiter Jared was so friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. The French dip was perfectly executed & delicious and served with a side of au jus and thin, well-seasoned French fries. The chicken sandwich was just as good, with the perfect dressing, coleslaw, and fries. Outstanding service and great food. We're definitely looking forward to coming back!

    Chicken Sandwich, absolutely delicious

Hellllooooo Frankie's Table, welcome to Commack- we have definitely needed you for a long time! Had dinner with a friend there last Thursday- the tables were full when we arrived so sat at the bar and waited for a table to open, which was rather quickly. Food was excellent, drinks were fantastic, vibe was on point and I absolutely loved the renovations. Lisa helped us, and by the end of our dinner- I felt like we knew her forever. Couldn't believe it's the old woodhull between the decor, food and atmosphere- they really knocked this one out of the park. Can't wait to go back again! Also, fantastic toilet paper.

I knew they had great reviews so I took a chance and ordered food. Without hesitation, this was hands down the most delicious Italian food I have ever had!!! Maria took my order on a day the restaurant was not open yet. She was extremely helpful with how much food I needed. She did not over sell me on quantity where as most others would try to sell more. When food arrived, I met Frank who was also very helpful in setting up the trays in an order in which guests would choose from. It was an absolute pleasure meeting them both!!! Very professional and great people! Thank you very much to Maria and Frank!!!! Did I mention the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Food Mussels in Garlic Lemon White Wine Sauce - Clean. the sauce was perfect for dripping the table bread and the mussels were plump and fresh. Calamari - Tender. You know when squid is overcooked, they tend to be rubbery? This place has perfected it and it was the most tender calamari I've had. Chicken Milanese - over dressed. The dressing placed on the salad was sopping! If it were to sit on the chicken, it would've gone through to the breading and make it mushy. Ask for the salad on the side.

Both were excellent. I'm glad my cousin doesn't have my appetite because I sure finished more than my portion of that creamed spinach. It may have been the best I ever had. What a bummer !!!…read more Before writing this review, I made sure to come back several times, on Friday nights, to see if my experience was just a one-off. Unfortunately, things have definitely changed. The vibe that once made this place special just isn't there anymore. On a Friday night, the atmosphere feels flat, and even the lighting could use some work (Too Bright) it would benefit from being dimmed to create a more inviting and energetic setting. The staff doesn't seem as engaged as they once were, and sadly, the food isn't hitting the same either. The biggest disappointment, however, has been the music. The DJs don't seem to know how to read the crowd. When most of the room is sitting down and barely even bobbing their heads, it's probably time to switch things up and get some energy flowing. The one bright spot is Mike behind the bar. He's still on point, keeps the drinks coming, and provides the level of service that keeps customers happy. I truly enjoyed this place in the past, which makes it even more disappointing to see it heading in this direction. I'm hoping management takes notice and brings back the atmosphere that made people want to keep coming back.

The restaurant was busy, and they offered valet parking, which made arrival easy. When we arrived, our table wasn't ready yet, but the staff kindly asked if we wanted high-top tables by the bar, which we declined. The bar area is quite expansive and has a cozy feel, so I'm not sure why I didn't recognize the restaurant from my previous visit. Once seated, we were promptly approached by our server, who took our drink orders with promptness and friendliness. One thing that hasn't changed is the restaurant's lively atmosphere. Its noisy and can be difficult to hear each other, especially if you're sitting near a crowded table enjoying sangria. The lively ambiance is part of the experience, but it does make conversation a bit challenging. For our meal, I ordered the Lobster Meat & Shrimp in garlic sauce, which I found to be very flavorful. My partner ordered the Chicken Lemoine, and she enjoyed it very much. Overall, our dining experience was pleasant, and the service was excellent throughout the evening. Sangria 71, I will most definitely return for Happy Hour.

The venue also includes a bar area with a large rectangular seating arrangement, creating a social and comfortable atmosphere. The bartender and the golf staff were attentive and helpful, making the overall experience more enjoyable. Although it was my first time visiting, I realize I should have asked more questions to enhance my experience. I chose to play the PGA National course, which I had played in real life just last year. I was reminded of how challenging the water hazards can be. I ended up going into the water hazard three times on one hole! The terf we hit off with anything short of driver was nothing short of impeccable Kentucky blue grass. Vibe was 10 out of 10 and great quality for the $80/hr price tag. Service was annoying. We arrived five minutes late to our tee time, but our bay was not ready when we got there. It was actually dirty and they had to clean it - flag on the play; delay of game. Besides that, we told the server that we didn't need anything. They proceeded to ask us 8 more times. It's like c'mon! They even called us boring. Wildly offended by that. Then, there was an additional 2 professional delay of games when our bay stopped working. When we finally left, they then tried to pull a fast one and add more time to our already expensive bill. Overall, highly recommend coming here! Loved this place much! However, my award is 4-stars, not 5. Scrap all the staff, except the pro and the tech guy.
