He helped me find a table I liked, and went to pick it up for me with the promise of fixing it and refelting it, and told me it would take him a week. I would get the table that Friday, six days after he picked up the table, with new bumpers , new felt, new pockets, and new sideboards. I then did not receive the table until the 15th of april. (He picked up the table march 29th) This should have been my first sign, but I had unfortunately already sent him the full amount for the table. After he came and set it up I texted him letting him know I was unhappy with not just the wrong felt color, but also with the "fixes" on the table. He then responded saying he couldn't do the job right because the money I sent him hadn't cleared yet, which showed he knew he left me with a shit table but was hoping I wouldn't say anything. He promised to come back and fix it and felt it the correct color but never responded or came back. This man is a scammer and a liar. Take your business elsewhere!! Literally anywhere else. I've reported this company to the BBB and if you get scammed by Daniel Marquez I implore you to do the same.

Unfortunately, the box was empty when I arrived, and several other selections appeared to be running low as well. The humidor is smaller and more limited than what I'm accustomed to, though it was clean, well-maintained, and the cigars appeared to be in excellent condition. Prices seemed fair and in line with other local cigar lounges. The atmosphere is very laid back and local. There were only a handful of patrons present, a mix of working professionals and retirees. Seating was comfortable, the lounge was clean, and the bartender stayed on top of housekeeping tasks like emptying ashtrays even while busy. That said, the overall experience felt somewhat unstructured. There were numerous televisions showing different programming simultaneously, no music that I could hear, and no obvious beer or whiskey menu. The beer selection appeared to consist of whatever could be identified from the tap handles and cans in the cooler. As a first-time visitor, I also found myself navigating the humidor alone. The staff were friendly, but a brief introduction or recommendation would have been appreciated. What I did appreciate was that The Yard doesn't seem to be trying to be something it's not. It feels like a relaxed neighborhood cigar lounge where regulars come to unwind rather than a destination built around a curated cigar and spirits experience. Would I come back? Yes. I'd like to see the lounge at a different time of day and with a few friends.
