I figure it's about time I give them a review since I have had the pool table for almost a week. Tanner and the people who work for him are awesome! I had read reviews about Sure Shot billiards and they were so positive I knew this was the business I was going to use to get my pool table. There was one small glitch during the whole process but Tanner got it fixed quickly and easily. I only mention the glitch because it is important to me that if a business makes a mistake, they take responsibility and fix it, and Tanner did just that. The whole process was pretty simple, and Tanner stayed in communication with me as to every question I had. If you want a beautiful, gently used pool table, Sure Shot has a huge selection at a reasonable price. Ours is beautiful. We got the new felt that we requested, four cues, chalk, two racks, and two covers. We were playing pool as of the day that the table was delivered and set up. Thank you, Tanner!! read more

Nice web site. That is my best and only recommendation based upon my contact with Eric from this company. First of all, the telephone listed on the website and in their emails is a non-working telephone number. I have a literally brand-new Olhausen 9' Pro Tournament II for sale. I was looking for a legitimate offer from Eric of at least 50% of what I paid. I realize they are in business and need to make a profit. I totally respect that. When you have a $10k table, it is totally insulting to receive a $700 offer including accessories via email without even the courtesy of a discussion. I became wary when Eric's initial inquiry was, "Are those just stickers on your table?" This leads me to believe this is strictly a pool table salvage operation. I'll take my business elsewhere of course. Bottom line: I don't see the validity of their YELP reviews and would question their quality in all other aspects regarding their business and practices. read more

They were gently used, but got 3 chairs for the price of one. It was a great experience dealing with the owner and staff. If you're looking for a pool table, this should be your first stop. It will likely be your only stop. It's by appointment only, so call Eric and you'll find him very helpful and accommodating. From that first phone call to delivery by Tanner, every step of the process is easy. These guys were nearly more excited than we were to get us the right table for our price point. We certainly think we got more than we wanted and enjoyed the whole process. What more can I say about this company? If you are in the market for a top-end used table, the search stops here. Sure Shot is appointment based. I scheduled a time to look at a lower-priced model. I was taken to an off-site location to view the table (and several others). Tanner provided multiple suggestions (and even some points I had not considered). After looking at the entire inventory, I decided to go with a different table. The process was simple, straightforward and beyond reasonable. I was assured the table would be dolled up and delivered on time. The table arrived and looks great. My wife was shocked with how good it looked. My other friend estimated it cost twice what I spent. One of the best buying experiences ever! Eric is truly an exceptional businessman. He asks great questions, understands his customer desires, and matches everything together for a fantastic result! I had been checking out different tables from various vendors, but kept coming back to the tables here. Eric and I started by chatting via text. We then had a great conversation when he called one night to find out more about what I was interested in. I had mentioned that I just loved a Connelly Aspen he had previously listed, but it was only on his site for a couple of days. He then told me about this Brunswick table he was going to get and it reminded him a lot of the Aspen and he would send me pictures. He did! And, he was right! I now have this table and am absolutely thrilled! Setup was - again - one of the best buying experiences ever. Tanner is unique - he genuinely is one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. He takes care of everything, talks about what he is doing and why. We were always engaged in the process and he truly cared about the result from our perspective as well is own love of a well placed table. Jeff was like our favorite brother. Outstanding Customer Service! We called the number after hours and received a call back the same evening from Eric, the owner in regards to the questions we had. He invited us to come in the next day and work with Jeffery on the table we were looking for. We met with Jeffery, he was very informative and patient with all of our questions. We purchased the table. Jeffery and Tanner set up the delivery and install and arrive less than a week of our visit to the showroom. They were an amazing breathe of fresh air in regards to the service they provided. They worked with us on the placement of the table, as I initially thought to place it diagonally, however through working through the opportunities this may caused decided to place it length wise in the room. They explained everything they were doing, were respectful of our home and time. They could not have made the experience any better. We had an issue with one of the short sticks and in calling Tanner he ensured he would take care of the issue. Last night, I received two new shorts sticks and the bridge, totally unexpected and a symbol of the level of service provided to ensure a truly satisfied customer. One of the best experiences we have been involved in! We appreciate the team and if we are ever in the need of changing out our table or getting another one we will certainly go back to Sure Shot.
