Do not use Daniel. I wanted to use him to move a table for me but found out he's dishonest and doesn't follow through. He was contracted to pickup and deliver my friend's imported custom snooker table. Ended up taking the rails home and then ghosting them basically stealing from them. read more

SCAM ALERT! This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. I decided to go through this man to buy a pool table because he sounded intelligent and knowledgeable. He helped me find a table I liked, and went to pick it up for me with the promise of fixing it and refelting it, and told me it would take him a week. I would get the table that Friday, six days after he picked up the table, with new bumpers , new felt, new pockets, and new sideboards. I then did not receive the table until the 15th of april. (He picked up the table march 29th) This should have been my first sign, but I had unfortunately already sent him the full amount for the table. After he came and set it up I texted him letting him know I was unhappy with not just the wrong felt color, but also with the "fixes" on the table. He then responded saying he couldn't do the job right because the money I sent him hadn't cleared yet, which showed he knew he left me with a shit table but was hoping I wouldn't say anything. He promised to come back and fix it and felt it the correct color but never responded or came back. This man is a scammer and a liar. Take your business elsewhere!! Literally anywhere else. I've reported this company to the BBB and if you get scammed by Daniel Marquez I implore you to do the same. read more

We were looking for a pool table and found one at an estate sale in Sun City West. The seller advised they could not deliver it due to how it must be handled and suggested I reach out to a service. She gave me rack em up's contact. Daniel was so helpful, not only about the delivery but in validating the price of the table I was going to buy to help me make an informed delivery. I made the deal and his team was super careful and detail oriented, helped me make best decisions on placement and gave me great instruction on how to care for the table. Buyer beware!!!!! We had our pool table refelted about 4 months ago and noticed it started rippling about 2 months ago. I called the owner Dan and he promised me multiple times to come out and never showed up. I just had my husband call him and when he inquired about him not showing up, he hung up on us. I noticed he has a similar complaint on Angies List. My husband is a member of the media and if we do not get a refund, my husband will go to :3 on your side" and hire an attorney. read more

NIGHTMARE !!! I had them recover and install new cushions but had to have them come back out and refit the cloth they didn't make it tight enough and came loose .. then .... the glue separated from rail cushions in several places and had them come and re glue the cushions to the rails, then ... couple months later it happened again in different places, they came out again and had to re glue .... then of course after the warranty the cushions separated from the rails in several new places Obvious quality problems. Spend the extra money and get it done with reputable company. I will say he did honor the warranty but took several calls to get him to respond read more

Daniel and his employee were able to pick up a pool table on short notice and relocate it to my new house. They were fast, efficient and knew what they were doing from the moment they walked in. I had asked about 3-4 other companies and pricing was similar but I am happy to pay the extra $50 because his schedule matched better with mine. After the job was done I would use Rack Em Up 100 times over again. Our table is in, sturdy and leveled on Saltillo tile. Thank you again! read more

These guys are really good. They know their repairs. It was a hard lesson to learn to have my pool table moved by a regular moving company. Rack Em Billards came out made the repairs that happened during the move, leveled my table and we're extremely reasonable in price. It took a few weeks because they are good and they are packed with clients. Yes I could've bought a brand new table but our table has 40 years of history. They took the time to do it right. read more

Found a pool table I wanted on Craigslist and gave them a ring to see if they could help. They got right on it, picked up in less than an hour, and had it set up at my home and ready to play in less than two. I was amazed and you can't really expect any better than that. No damage, perfect set-up, quick service, and the price is right. I'll be giving them a ring when the table needs service. read more

Daniel is a perfect example of a professional. It is not very often you come across a professional that takes such pride in his work. He is very friendly and personable. When I made my first initial contact with Daniel, he says he treats every pool table as if it were his own. That left me a good impression that this guy does not mess around and he is very confident on the kind of work he specializes in. He is very informative and explains every little detail on uninstalling, installing and maintaining your pool table. I bought a used pool table from a friend and called up Rack Em Up Billiards and Daniel and his partner Kevin came out the same day. Daniel showed up on time and got all his tools ready to disassemble the table for transport and to re-assemble at my house. His quality of work is remarkable. He takes his time to make sure everything is done right. Daniel totally delivered on his service. He has done an excellent job refelting the table, replacing the rubber, and releveling the table. I would like to express my experience and would like to share that with others. If you need a company that you need to move a pool table Rack Em Up builders are your guys!! If you do not know what you are doing, please, please, please, do not attempt to move a pool table on your own. Leave that task to the experts. There might be a risk that you may damage your pool table in the process and may cost you a fortune to have it repaired. I highly suggest that you call Rack Em Up Billiards It's worth every penny for the type of service they provide. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted Daniel on Monday, 9/28/20 to confirm to rearrange a pool table breakdown/move/set for 10/1/20 at 9:00. He asked me to send him a text message with all the information which I did after the call. On the day of the move, my husband texted him and Daniel confused our move with someone else. As a result, his team was over an hour late. One of the bumpers was improperly installed and has no action. Now he wants to charge us to come out and fix it and it was just installed yesterday. read more

I found Daniel on Yelp and I strictly went off the high rating 4.5 stars he averaged and he is second on yelp for pool table movers by star ranking near me in Gilbert Az. Big mistake I should have taken a few minutes and read more reviews including many of the ones that aren't recommended by yelp for what ever reason but they are very similar to my experience. Anyway long story short he moved a table for me he recommended get the bumpers fixed. I was hesitant at first as I did not know if I really did need to replaced them or not. As stated by other people his demeanor changes if you don't want the extra work that he "recommends" from friendly to rude. He has a lot of experience but he's working with a guy with 0 or appears to be zero experience or very little of any. And my table shows the areas where the rookie worked on it so I asked him if he could comeback to honor his word about setting up my rug which arrived a few days after he moved it for me like he said he would when we made the deal. He has been giving me the run around for over a month that he's sick yet he's still doing table move jobs. I'll be posting pictures of the text on here as well as making a complain to the better business bureau. It is unfortunate that I paid him 380$ and got a half done job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. For your table move. read more

Prompt in returning phone calls and set up table quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone needing a pool table moved !!!

BUYER BEWARE. I believe Daniel seems like a scam artist, had a horrible experience buying a used table through him. He was supposed to store, move and set up table, balls and sticks. On delivery day he claims the balls were stolen at the gas station. I highly doubt this. He said he'd get us new balls the next day. Then comes the first excuse - balls will take a few extra days to deliver. After multiple attempted calls and text he stopped responding and claims his phone broke. After not hearing back from him for days, we decided to stop by his "store address" (which is really his home) and talking to his gf or sister- he immediately called (what a coincidence) but of course with more excuses. Moral of the story, we finally got our balls (which weren't even new) going on two weeks after delivery, plopped on our doorstep with a note of more excuses... he couldn't even look us in the eye. After looking at previous reviews I guess maybe he needed more time to "steal" someone else's balls. Who's knows... Very unprofessional and sketchy as hell. Now he has threatened to sue us with defamation of character if we do not take this review down within 7 days. We have stated nothing but the truth, and solely wish to warn others of the runaround he's put us through. read more

Great job! Daniel and his assistant hooked it up! They moved my pool table to my new house and put in new bumpers and new felt. Great recommendation on the black felt! Daniel and his dad did a great job moving my pool table from point A to B! No damage, pool table in great shape and moved without a scratch. Now, he almost earned no stars and I almost took my business elsewhere, because Daniel flaked on me at the last second. BUT, he made up for it in the form of a discount. I was skeptical, but sure as the light of day he showed up as promised the very next day. I could not be more pleased with his passion, professionalism, and dedication to his job and company! The fact that he took responsibly for his actions, admitted his mistake, made up for it, and was a man of his word by showing up and getting the job done in a timely manner is why this man gets 5 stars. If I ever need to move my pool table again or know anyone who needs one moved, Daniel is the guy! read more

We were ripped off. "Mr Daniel Marquez" somehow managed to wreck our Olhausen pool table the day it was to be shipped. When we asked to "see the ruins" he told us it was "already in the trash," His personal goings on always came before his answer to our many calls, and he was argumentative when we did catch him on the phone. What he did send us was a cheaper table (we had it appraised by pros) with burgundy felt. (Ours was black felt, matching all our furnishings) He refused to make good on his word to pay for re-felting; he is not an honest man, and I'd advise avoiding doing business w/ him. *I have excellent references with regard to my honesty if needed read more
