Excellent! We relocated here from out of state. Others came and could not figure out how to put our single slate table back together. Dan arrived with one other guy and didn't even blink. Very professional and extremely experienced. Thank you!! read more

Amazing job from start to finish!!! Communicated great and did a fantastic job with take down, transportation and setup. Would highly recommend!!! read more

The Billiards 2U team was great to work with. Our move was not very far away and they dismantled, moved and set up in about an hour and a half... give or take a few minutes. Very personable guys. They communicated very well and I was able to get this done a day earlier than planned as they had a schedule change. Sure freed up my weekend. For moving pool tables, these guys do this all day long and they are great and have a great price. Billiards 2U are also insured, so don't be fooled when someone says we have insurance and most people don't. I'll use them again if I move or need the table re-felted. They also showed up right on time. read more

I wanted to share my recent experience with Billiards 2U. Dan was very helpful and quoted me a fair price for a refelt. The two gents doing the work showed up on time and we're very friendly and professional. They noticed a slight manufacturing defect in the felt before installing it, brought it to my attention, and ran back to the warehouse to quickly replace it. I was very impressed by how well they handled everything and would use them again without question. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend Billiards 2U! read more

All I can say is WOW!! I had been looking at tables for months on Craigslist and Dan was nice enough to offer to look at the links I sent him and gave me honest assessments of the tables to help me find the perfect table! When I finally found a slightly used Olhausen table, he was able to schedule the move fast! The seller was nervous having someone move the table who he wasn't familiar with, but after seeing the professionalism and experience of Dan and Daniel he was commenting how great they were. They took the table apart and had it loaded up in only 20 minutes! The set up, new felt, and new pockets at my place went very smoothly and they answered all of my questions. If you have never seen a table assembled it is very cool and you can really appreciate all the work that goes in to doing it perfectly! Thanks guys!! I have already recommended them to others who are just as satisfied as myself! read more

They replaced the bumper rails and felt on my pool table. I was able to get a quote on the phone and select the felt color through sample colors texted to me. They verified the appointment, called ahead, and arrived on time. The two gentleman were professional and obviously experienced. Did a fine job for a reasonable price. read more

I called and spoke to Dan on a Saturday and told him I wanted to buy a pool table at an estate sale . He said he could move it on Tuesday . When I went to buy the table the next day, Sunday , they said it had to be out of the house that afternoon . House was closing Monday . My hopes were dashed for getting the table. I called Dan that same Sunday morning and he said his partner was not available but he'd do it for a few more dollars if I helped. He drove from Chandler to Scottsdale and he was there exactly at the 2:00 time. He disassembled the table and I helped him load the 3 piece slate top and base into the truck. It went to my house and we unloaded and brought it all in and he put it together like magic. I can't thank Dan enough because I know no one else would have done what he did on short notice on a Sunday . Dan is amazing and he would be the only company I would ever use. All 5 stars and more !!! read more

These guys, in my opinion, are the best pool table movers in Phoenix. I know Dan personally and have worked with him in the past. He's all about the customer, providing superior service at a lower cost than his competitors. I've been shown around his shop and gotten an inside look into the process. Even thrown some business his way! He deserves it. Because he's so kind and knowledgeable and a hard worker. He's been at this here in the Valley for 11 years! And he told me that he's here to stay for at least 11 more. In that time, he and his crew have moved over 8000 pool tables. That's substantial! I highly recommend Dan and Billiards 2U for all your pool table moving, repair and supply needs. If you're in the market for a pool table, give him a call too, because he'll give you consulting on what kind of table to buy for free! Just awesome. All businesses ought to operate with such high integrity and customer-orientation. read more

Billiards2U did everything they said they would do and more. Daniel and Daniel arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient, friendly and professional. They were done with the breakdown in less than 30 minutes. When they arrived at my new house, they assessed my space and communicated concerns regarding spacing from one of the walls. They measured and made sure that I was informed and happy with where the table was located. Their precision in putting the table back together was impressive. I will use them again and unreservedly recommend them for anyone who needs to move a billiard table. read more

Billiards 2U moved and installed our table in May and did a wonderful and professional job that we contacted them first when we decided to re-felt our table this month. The owner was incredibly responsive and very accommodating, sharing color samples via text message and providing great feed back when I asked questions. The installers were the same ones who perform the move for us earlier so it felt like seeing old friends come over. They were very quick, friendly and did an amazing job. There was a bit of an upsell, but it was just confirming what we had already thought, that the bumpers needed a refresh too. They had the parts necessary in their van and didn't even have to blink. Definitely recommend and will call again if we ever need a service. read more

I bought a used pool table this weekend off of Craigslist I used Billiards 2U to move it to my house. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time, were friendly, clean and professional. They probably could have convinced me that I needed new felt or bumpers for several hundred dollars more, but instead said I would get many more years out of what was already there. If you need to move a pool table, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company! read more

Dan & Daniel were awesome in moving my billiard table from our cabin in Northern AZ to our home in Cave Creek. In addition, they loaded their trailer with other items we were planning to move down to our home and never got around to it. It is hard for me to accept the fact that because of my disability I'm totally dependent on the services of others to help me with the simplest of things. Things that I totally just did and never thought twice about now pose many challenges for me. Both Dan & Daniel conducted themselves in a very professional manner and the fees charged were very reasonable for the scope of work done. Setup of the billiard table in my home was done quickly and w/o incident. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your pool table needs. read more

Professional and fast. They set up and re felted the pool table. They came early but were cool about it. It took two guys to get it done. They did a good job and were detail oriented. They don't do repairs on the table though. read more

I'm so glad I trusted the reviews and went with Billiards 2 U for our pool table move. I called last week to schedule an appointment and spoke with Dan. He was very professional and helpful. The gentlemen that arrived today were on time and called 15 minutes in advance, just like I was told they would. They had the pool table moved from our former residence to the new house, completely setup and ready to go in under two hours. I'm very pleased with their overall customer service and fair price. I will definitely use them again if we ever have a need for a pool table move! read more

Excellent customer service, prompt replies, on time for the appointment and swift break-down and set-up. Thank you!! We had an appointment with another company but their driver was unfortunately in a vehicle accident on the way to pick up our table, so they cancelled us. It just so happened, Dan was able to work us into his schedule the very next day. Now we need new bumpers (no fault of theirs, it's just old), and you can guarantee I'm calling Billiards 2U for my quote! read more

I was looking for someone to move a pool table I bought through Facebook while I was still living in Florida. I called this company and the gentleman I spoke to who I don't recall now was very nice and gave me so much information about the process. I set up the pick up for 2 weeks out. On the day of pickup I got a call confirming the time they would be arriving at the sellers house and then another one 30 minutes before. The guys that later arrived at my house with my new table were so friendly and took that time to try out different locations to place my table until I was happy. If and when I need my cloth replaced I will be calling on them for sure! read more

I bought a table off a coworker. A Connelly, very nice table. The plan was to manhandle it to its new home. Thank goodness another coworker advised me against that. I reached out to several movers. And am pleased to say I found billiards 2 U. Dan was awesome very easy to deal with. The price was more then fair. Come moving day(today) his guys were on point. They were very fast, friendly and professional. They were on time at the pick up location. My coworker was very pleased with them. They arrived at my house and were ready to roll. Multiple felts to choose from. They made sure I was satisfied with the location of the table. The table is in place and ready to rock. I am extremely satisfied with this team. After seeing all that's involved involved in this I am glad I listened to my coworker. DO NOT TRY THIS ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!! Billiards 2 U is the way to go. Good customer service is hard to come by. These guys exceeded my expectations. My wife was so pleased when she saw it which is the most important part of the process. Her smile said it all. Now it's time to shoot some pool. Awesome service. Requested a quote via Yelp and received a response within the hour! The team was available to move & re-felt my table within a day or two and were flexible with my schedule. Pricing was more than fair and beat the competitor quotes I received after the move was already completed! During the move the team was prompt and on time, friendly and willing to answer any questions. Disassembly took less than 20 minutes and re-assembly was prompt given the amount of work being done. Overall a great experience, I will no doubt be using these guys again should the need arise! read more

I was doing a home renovation that involved new tile. Billiard 2u broke down my pool table and moved it to my garage. Hired Billiard 2U to move our table to allow us to change our flooring. They arrived on time on both days, finished both moves (out of the room and back into the room) quickly (less than an hour for both moves). The gentlemen were polite, professional and thorough. The table is level and moved back into the room in perfect condition. We compared prices and they were slightly lower than other companies and therefore competitive in our market. I will use Billiards 2U again for any moves, leveling or other pool table services. They were responsive (easy to schedule; in fact available within a day of our first call) returning our call on the weekend. read more

Just purchased a pool table and called Billiards 2U in the AM to schedule the move. Dan not only answered the phone but was able to do the move within an hour. His guys, Daniel and Parish showed up in the truck and took the table apart promptly and professionally and placed it in the truck ever so carefully. They really know what they are doing - they disassembled the table like clockwork The slate table is actually in 3 pieces and they removed the screws and the old plaster that was used as a sealant. They had to take off the felt and side pockets and all of the old staples and removed the bumpers, The set up went flawless as well as they leveled the table very carefully and used beeswax to fill the cracks and cover the screw holes. The felt was stretched and looked better that the original as they hid all of the staples. They also were able to hook me up with balls and cue sticks as they carry inventory. They took a personal check and were on their way - total time about 2 hours. I highly recommend these guys for your pool table move and they also will replace the bumpers and felt as well. Thanks guys!!! Bob read more
