Mike and his crew delivered an Endless Pool to my house on October 27, 2020. They arrived early and ready to go. They inspected the area where the pool was to be placed prior to the crane arriving. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job of unpackaging, assembling, and cleaning up. After the assembly was complete he showed me exactly how to open and close the pool cover, answered all my questions, and was extremely patient and polite. Had another great experience with these guys moving a spa for me. I called up Mike on a Friday evening and he said he could have came THAT DAY if I had called him 30 min earlier (he was in the area) but we scheduled Monday morning. He calls right when he said he would, was there in like 10 min and had it all moved and done in like 20 min. They are good at what they do. They have the right tools, and I was not worried about my spa. They even took out the trash (it was a brand new spa) He even answered some questions about the spa I had. Anyway, they go above and beyond and do good work. I am not really sure what the going rate is for moving spa's these days, but I feel I got a good deal - $150 is the bottom line moving rate for these guys. Mike just installed our we spa. Wow what a easy, safe and inexpensive way to have our new spa moved into place. Up and over multiple obstacles and down a little hill Mike and his m team of guys expertly guided our spa into it new home on our porch. And so fast. From where our spa was dumped by the delivery company to the porch is at least 150 feet over pavers and gravel, and mikes team had this done in like 15 minutes. At no time was the spa in danger because they carefully guided along it way. Mike also put it exactly where we wanted it and even took time to let us know what he used in his spa at home as far as chemicals. Mike undid the packaging and also took away the shipping material so we didn't have to deal with all of the shipping material. What a nice touch! Making an appointment was a breeze. We called him right after we ordered the spa. He said to call Him when we had a date for the delivery. We did and he said he would be there the day it was delivered or the next morning. These folks are awesome!!! Called em on a Saturday morning to move a used spa I had purchased the day before. Mike said they could do it right away!!. They were there at the scheduled time. Even though the seller had not drained the spa (as I had requested) it was no problem. I had contacted another spa mover, who shall remain nameless, here in the valley. Like I said, no names but it rhymes with Tim. It was Memorial Day weekend... no problem, I'm not in a hurry. There was a Spa convention in town... no problem, let me know what works for you; 11:30AM on a Tuesday, sounds great. I will meet you at the seller's house with cash. 11:30AM rolls around and no Tim. I call at 11:45 just to confirm the appointment and leave a message. At noon, I call again to let him know that we are leaving and to please call me so we can reschedule. At 1:00 I call again and it rings twice and then the call is ended. So I call again immediately- 2 rings and the call is ended. Tim is literally hanging up on me as I attempt to try and contact him to ask about when he is available. So, I begin the search for another Spa mover. Mike answers on the 2nd ring and says "how can I help?" I give him the details and he says, "sorry I can't do it today, does tomorrow mid-morning work?" Are you kidding me? Actual service by someone who says, "sorry you got stood up. I'll be happy to step in." Long story short, Mike showed up with the proper equipment, on time. and didn't charge me a crazy fee for rescuing me. He had a couple of guys with great senses of humor that you felt probably wouldn't come and murder you in your sleep after moving your hot tub into it's perfect location. This guy and his team care about actually doing a good job and taking care of people who have no idea what they have gotten themselves into when they purchase a hot tub in Phoenix... really why does anyone need a hot tub here? If you have one, you know why- It is the best way to erase stress after a long commute home via the 101.
