This is a large, spacious sports bar with one giant room dedicated to billiards. It costs $8 an hour to use the billiards. They also have a few arcade games too. The first thing you'll notice is that this place is cheaper than almost all the other sports bars in the Phoenix area. You're getting lunch specials that cost $5-$7 and regular entrees costing $12-$15. The food itself is of slightly above average quality and the service was quite friendly. Great place, awesome prices. Really smart to keep the pool hall in it's own room (like 18 pool tables) so bar people can do bar things and pool players do their thing. They have some great employees. I don't know them all but some that stand out are Kyerstin on the weekends, Shellie on Saturdays, and Neeley and Kena (not sure of their schedules but they work a lot). All of them are awesome. And Natalie herself works their too on certain days and is very friendly. The food is great, I only wish they had more options for smaller portions. I have been going here, and often, for quite some time. It used to be a great place! There was always a pool table open, food and drink came out perfectly and on time. The staff were friendly and kind, checked in frequently at every table. Also accommodating when food or drinks are coming out later than expected. This past weekend threw me in for a loop. A completely different side. The food and drinks came out an hour later or not at all, so we ended up having to get refunds on drinks. The staff hardly checked in with the tables after the first time so we constantly had to find staff to put in orders or go to the bar. One staff member was complaining about a customer to other customers. Stating that its her bar, she can remove anyone she wants because her mom runs the place. Obviously not a super detailed report on what was seen and heard, but overall just disappointing. From what it looked like, it seemed they were understaffed, which I understand how frustrating that can be from an employee side. But, if you cant put on a face and do the job, it might not be the best place to be. I may or may not come back, I understand everyone has bad nights. You cant beat the prices anywhere else, but if the overall environment isn't pleasant, its not a place where I want to be. read more

Kirsten did a very good job taking care of us. No leagues tonight which is unusual for a Thursday, but it was probably because of the holiday tomorrow. Nice Environment and Dope pool room, pool tables kinda expensive at 8$ an hour when i've played games for cheaper. Didn't try the food as i came for the drinks and not too bad, really strong but kinda expensive. Service was not the best at all, people are put before you even if you're there already, the bar servers seems to only want a tip and talk to all the guys and even serve them first. It's a bar within a big pool hall in the back. It has TouchTunes virtual DJ in both, with separate speakers for each room. It's very chill, and while it's not going to win the aesthetics of the year award at the Bar Oscars I think it does a great job of providing a relaxed atmosphere to play pool with some buddies on a weekend. I would call if you're going on a weekend to make sure there are no tournaments or at least there's no huge wait but I believe you can get on the waitlist via phone if needed! So my wife and came here to watch the Suns game. We had never been before so when we first walked in, they were busy and every table seemed to be occupied, so we waited, and waited. No one greeted us but another customer at the bar bailed us out and showed us that there was a table available and that we were supposed to seat ourselves. We got their chips and salsa as an appetizer and I really enjoyed them. My wife got a wrap and I got the Mushroom Burger. The food was excellent and the environment was a lot of fun. We are missing this place because the memories are good and playing billiards amongst the local league tournament was such a great experience! Natalie's is an example of a weathered social center with a long history as was described to us by several longtime members of this community. $65 monthly membership fee gets you unlimited access to billiards in a very large room with sixteen tables all in good condition. Extra wide spaces between the tables allow the players to enjoy unrestricted freedom of movement and additional privacy at comfortable chairs around the room. The bartender I think his name was Casey was very rude to me and told me to hurry up when ordering a drink at the bar, on top of that I also overheard him making fun of customers to what I assume was regulars there, no professionalism at all, as well as the bathrooms were extremely dirty which I get it's a dive bar but worse than usual, the wings were cold in the middle and my margarita had black flecks in it and tasted watery. This bar ripped my friends id, it was a real id and after getting served multiple times he got his id ripped. The bartender asked for his id and thought it was fake then ripped it after thinking it wasn't real. We then called the cops, they approved it was a real id, and they still said he was no longer allowed at the bar. He wasn't being aggressive, he was just trying to explain that he was 23 years old and that he had been served multiple times until then. We have given this bar a lot of service so it sucked to see this happen. We will no longer be giving service to this bar do not go here please. read more

They don't have a drink menu. They told have sangria so I got a sex on the beach. They don't have peach vodka, so I couldn't get my second favorite, peach vodka & cranberry juice. My drink was good, but not like any Sex on the beach I've ever had. It was orange instead of pink, & it had a lot of orange juice in it. Hubby had a draft beer. He said it was really cold just like he likes. We ordered the breaded mushrooms. We love breaded mushrooms & can't get them very many places. They were good. I ordered the catch. It's 3 pieces of battered fish. It comes with fries & a small side of coleslaw. The fish was really good. It was crispy & not greasy. The fires weren't crispy like I like. I did not like the coleslaw at all. Hubby got the wings & a basket of fries. He loved the wings. They were crispy, but moist. They could have used more seasoning, but I even liked the one I tried. Horrible experience. Went there because of a giftcard. We were overcharged by bartender Mickenzie, who wouldn't refund me, neither would manager. I felt uncomfortable because men kept coming up to me and starting at my body. Some guy named Eric started making inappropriate comments when my friend went to the bathroom. Told him to stop, and he started calling me explicit things. Was getting ready to leave and finishing our game. Told waitress, but was told to leave because "Eric runs the pool league." My boyfriend and I wanted to do karaoke and we picked skip and Jan's as I have done karaoke here before and it was fun. The karaoke was so-so. It was busy so everyone got to sing about 2 songs each. One of the thing that annoys me is when there's a queue of people, the host does a song. During our duration the host sing 2 or 3 songs when there was a long queue. The service was really good. Our server checked in frequently and was pleasant to deal with. The drinks were reasonably priced and we didn't have to wait too long. I didn't order any food but my boyfriend ordered some fried zucchini and he said it was just ok. From where I was sitting it looked like the batter was thick and very friend. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One urinal was broken and the toilet was filled to the top with poop water. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. Decided to go after a long hike for some bar food and play a few rounds of pool. We had a blast. The food (all appetizers) were delicious and hit the spot for calorie reload. Madison was waiting on us and kept our glasses full and always helpful. Now I know that this is a "pool hall" and bar but some "patron" (I use that term loosely because what I really would like to call him is probably inappropriate) was outside about noon telling us he thinks they aren't open yet. Come to find out he was helping run the pool tournament and was just trying to keep outsiders out. We still went in and had fun doing our thing. been coming here for a while, tonight however the staff decided to snap a customers real ID and wouldn't reimburse the damage caused. the cops confirmed it was real and the bartender working was in the wrong. they did cancel the pool table charges but not the drinks. they lost loyal customers. they didn't offer any apologies or try to smooth it over further. I also would like to mention we waited 1hr and 30 mins for a pool table and after 5 mins getting our confirmation they gave it away and only made it right after we showed proof that we were closing out 1 tab to move over to the billards room. After moving to the other room and starting a new tab, drinks were delivered and they tried to come back and take one off the table while halfway full?! very disappointed. they were on bar rescue for a reason :/ update: sad to see a disingenuous chatgpt response. i understand trying to save face but unfortunately having a conversation with the staff was impossible. Everything was cordial but unfortunately you have a very rude bartender. even upon walking in you could tell they were having a rough night. i respect protecting staff and i admire it but it's important to address when something is clearly wrong. Other regulars such as myself had witnessed it and all spoke up. An apology or real conversation would've been nice before hand. While I understand the need for safety concerns and protecting your business. everyone had already been served and of age. to try and redact a drink and make a scene was something unheard of. i understand everyone has a job to do and policies in place but this was handled poorly and never an excuse to break a real ID. I think most people are very unfamiliar with the practice of breaking of an ID.... I do hope this place does better. Im sure they'd be happy to show you the reflection of the night with pictures and report numbers. read more
