Same service when it was Skip & Jan's, terrible. They do need more servers on the floor as it takes forever for any type of service. Food, still bar food that isn't special. The place looks the same but they took out the pool table out of the bar and added more seating. Bathrooms are filthy and just need to be cleaned and repainted. Simple things the owners could take care of in a day at a low cost. Not a spot I would recommend unless you use their pool room. The owners could do more and I thought bar rescue came in to help. We went on a Friday night, so it was loud and crowded (actually a good sign). My burger was very good and tater tots crispy but not greasy. Cheese crisp tasted microwaved, or overcooked as it was difficult to bite through. My son got a long island iced tea and I have never had one like it. Very lemony (??). Been here 2 times in a week because we were very happy with our first experience! Went here for the first time on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, but service was great and food was good. I got a grilled cheese and fries (so it's not that impressive but at least it tasted like a good grilled cheese and the fries were on point lol). They have a lot of pool tables in a separate room from the bar area. 2nd time was a Thurs and they had karaoke going on the bar side and the pool table side wasn't overpowered with the noise. Stopped in after a early round of golf. The beers were cold, we also had the chips and salsa. Which were surprisingly good!! For not being a Mexican restaurant. Our server/bartender, Kyrstin Was remarkable. Friendly, prompt , answered all my questions. Even had my last beer in front of me, so I couldn't leave. Lol. What a pleasant find for us, great place to hang out to play pool or watch a game. Friendly staff and you can't beat the prices. $8/hr to play pool and the drink and food specials are super affordable. If you're a kid from the 80's or 90's, this is just a great dive and comfortable place to be. The bathrooms could use some work but least of my concerns. read more

My husband and I moved to Chandler about a year ago and love trying new local restaurants! I bought this Groupon and it was within biking distance, so we tried it today. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer and they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! And we know our cheese curds since we are from MN. I ordered a turkey/bacon wrap with tater tots and my husband ordered the fish tacos. The food was brought out very quickly and everything was delicious! The portions were very generous for the price as well. The server, Ryan, was the only employee and was attentive and helpful. He even let us bring our bikes inside since we didn't have bike locks. Good place to get some billiards game in on the cheap - $5 per person, per hour. They have 9-foot tables for those who want to play on a larger table. Tables are in great condition and felt looks new. Balls are provided as well as chalk and cues if needed. You can order drinks in the pool but I am not sure about food. read more

I am new to the area and just live a few blocks from Skip and Jan's I started coming here about two weeks ago and got the Reuben sandwich it was amazing the waitresses are on it best that you can expect in a bar that can become very busy they are very kind and very sweet the place is very clean and everybody that comes here is very nice I love the fact that it's first come first serve on the TVs so if I plan it correctly during the playoffs I've been able to get my own TV at the bar dead center last week I got here early for the games and had breakfast the breakfast burrito was huge and very good and for lunch I had the spicy Philly sandwich it was awesome Bathrooms were very clean prices are excellent service top notch read more

Well they changed the name to Natalie's but it not the same place as before. My wife and I decided to try the new place and what a mistake. The inside they remodel it and look a lot better and added more tables. We sit for 15 minutes before anyone came to see what we want. I asked for a Dos Equis amber beer which I asked the server if they had and she said yes. My wife had ice tea. The server returns with a Dos Equis lager beer that I did not want. We looked at the menu and they had Only three items to choose from. A $15.00 hamburger , $14.00 chicken wings and a $10.00 hotdog . You did get about five ways to have everything. It appears that they cater to all the people at the bar before anyone at the tables. I pay $3.00 for the ice tea my wife did not drink and we went to another bar not too far away and got fantastic food and service. It is sad how this place has become. Being on the Maricopa County dirty diners list you have to do something. I don't think this was the best thing to do. I hope Natalie's will changes things and makes it. Fun place to go and hang out with friends after work, to watch sporting events, to do karaoke. Perfect location. Decent food. Nice tall glasses with plenty of drink in them to quench your thirsty palate. A little loud with music playing in background but a fun place nonetheless. Friday nights there is trivia and that was a lot of fun. Participated in that and all of us were having fun answering the various questions and topics. Definitely never coming back here. This hole in the wall bar is not worth coming back to if our lives depended on it. I seriously cannot get over the attitude and saltiness coming from the bartender named Jen. She makes it so obvious she hates her life and job. I've never felt so uncomfortable ordering from an establishment in my life. This isn't your house we just walked into lady. You shouldn't be acting this way. The server in the back when my fiancée was playing pool was extremely nice compared to Jen at the bar. But it wasn't enough to make me want to come back in the future. The food was mediocre at best. The boys were complaining about how hot the wings were since they were supposed to be "mild" I love spicy food so it didn't bother me spice wise but the wing itself were pretty dry and do NOT fall off the bone at all so it was kind of a struggle. The onion rings and mushrooms(according to my fiancée) liked those. The fries were decent. They gave us a "deal" on the pool table since we came later in the night for 10 dollars an hour rather than the normal price? My fiancée was groaning on their normal rates and she said she technically was supposed to charge us close to 100 for our group who didn't all play. Pretty absurd if you ask me. Great place for a quick game of pool, good beer selection and awesome food. Pool is $10 per hour or you can purchase a monthly pass. There is a server in the pool hall area and they participate in happy hour, which is awesome. You can basically get any drink made plus about 10-15 beers on draft. The wings are surprisingly good (better than native if you ask me) and come with a few different flavors. I've also tried the fried zucchini, pickles and quesadilla- none of them let us down. The main bar area for the workers is surprisingly large and very slippery when they spill a bit of beer. It sorta seems unsafe?! Overall, great for any laid back occasion with great service. Lastly, if you're playing music via the TouchTunes box make sure you designate between the bar and pool hall area- they play different music and have different queues. read more

I had a terrible and bizarre experience here on Saturday night. The food was soggy and cold, atmosphere was dark and uninviting, and the restrooms were gross. The odd part was a staff member harassed someone in our group as soon as he walked in apparently thinking he was some one who shouldn't be in there, but he was not the same person. Also, another customer was actively trying to start a fight with our friend and his brother which did not seem like a coincidence. To avoid escalation, several people left. We complained about all this and no one in management spoke with us. It did not turn out to be a very good birthday party. None of us will be back to this place that was just rebranded by Bar Rescue the day before. Sad. read more
