We hemmed and hawed over felt color, which table, cue upgrades, and were it not for COVID I'd say he held our hands the whole way. Let's call it a 6 foot air-hand hold. The tables come with all you need to get started and installation is included in the price. Some (including ours), come with some included upgrades. What a great place to buy pretty much anything you need for your game room. We went in to look at a foosball table and left with it plus a shuffle board and a digital pinball machine. Christina and Rick are awesome. About as easy going as they come and a no pressure shopping experience. Not only did they show us the different games, they played them with us. We had looked at other places before we found Billiards Gallery and it was a no brainer once we were there. The pricing was reasonable but it was the customer service that really sold us. After the sale, getting the equipment and having it set up went flawlessly. If we didn't already have a pool table we probably would have bought one from them as well. However our table needed to be leveled and new felt and they did a great job with that. All three pieces we bought have been a huge hit and a real game changer for the family. I got new cloth, new bumpers and new pockets from Rick at Billiard Gallery. Rick used a crew with a temporary helper he did not normally use. The table was level but the center section of the slate was higher than the end sections, which created a ridge between the sections. I text Rick and we tried to figure it out for a month. I live 90 miles from Gallery and Rick told me told me his crew did not have time to back come out and agreed to pay another service to make the repair. The other crew fixed the issue and Rick paid the bill in full. Rick feels customer service is very important to his business. These Guys were great! I had called a few places to get prices and feedback on moving and setting up a used table that I had purchased. I was concerned about making sure that the job got done properly so I wasn't going to just go with the lowest price that I could find. I wanted the job done right. Rick has the experience and professionalism that I was looking for and his price came out to half of what another place wanted to charge me! He was easy to deal with and his two guys that showed up "T" and Jack were very efficient and thorough with their work. We just moved and found our house with a room that needed something special in it. We decided to get a pool table and even though we have only played a little bit of pool in our life, we thought that would be fun addition to the place. We looked around at a number of billiard stores and settled on Billiard Gallery, as Rick helped us through the decision making process without putting 1 ounce of pressure on us. every employee we encountered could not have been friendlier. It was such a pleasant experience from the shopping clear through to the delivery and set up. The guys who delivered it very professional and super! The prices were the best that we found and we have nothing but excellent things to say about Rick and his pool store. Negative stars!! Beware customers. I paid these guys $500 just to assemble a table. They didn't bring the right tools, then broke mine that they borrowed. It took them 2 trips and hours of work. After they put it all together it was way out of level. They had start over again which took hours and then it was still bad. The third time was perfect level and I paid and they left. I shot some balls around and they started dropping on the floor falling out of the ball return. Got down and noticed only 1 out of 4 bolts was even holding it up. Bunch of screws missing, etc. So I called Rick the owner who refused to finish the job I paid them to do without charging me even more money. This guy is a scam artist and a total jerk. He even charged me for new clothe on my rails and just reused my old stuff. I have a recorded call of him telling us we are crazy and that we are lying about our table. We have pictures of the obvious mistakes. The installers did not like me looking at their level and checking their work. I have played pool professionally and I know what a table should look at feel like. I'm assuming they don't install for to many professionals and that is why they can do mediocre work and get away with it. The owner Rick kept telling me it's because my table is old. That Is ridiculous because the first time they put the table together they had the ball return installed and then when they took it apart 2 more times and left my house pissed, they didn't put the ball return in. I can't believe they are still in business, wow. Just aweful. Shame on this company. I will be getting the local news to do a story on this. read more
