Highly recommended! Great selection and value. I wanted a slate table for my elderly dad. Beck's had a great selection at prices much better than others. Emilio, the manager was friendly and patiently answered our many question. No pressure. We picked out a table and they delivered it and set it up and gave a lifetime guarantee on leveling it. No extra cost for delivery and set up for a slate table. They were very professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Would highly recommend starting with these people before you buy a cheap MDF table or an off-the-charts expensive table. I looked at a lot of tables and talked to a lot of people and Beck's was by far the best experience! My dad really likes the quality of the table and he really liked the whole experience! We've played a lot of pool in the last couple weeks and now he's almost unbeatabl! Thanks Beck's! read more

I used Beck's Billiards to move and reassemble my pool table during a home improvement project. I also took the opportunity to change the felt on the table since the table was going to have to be dis-assembled anyway. Beck's Billiards came thru flawlessly. My table was torn-down and re-assembled with no hiccups along the way and the new felt looks fabulous. From getting my job estimate to job completion, Beck's Billiards was a pleasure to do business with. Many thanks to Beck's Billiards for a great job. read more

Beck's Billiards - Pool Table Reassembled with New Felt - Pool & Billiards Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

What an outstanding company. I contacted Jason on Yelp to move a pool table I purchased. He immediately responded with all details and schedule. The crew showed up on time and professionally disassembled the table and delivered and set it up at our new home. It's such a pleasure when things go perfect. They will be by one stop shop for all me billiards needs. Steve M read more

Recently had new carpeting installed and needed to have our table re-centered to the room and leveled. Called Beck's to schedule service a few days in advance; they quoted $175, I thought this was kind of high but I figured I would have professionals do this. They called me 2 days in advance to confirm a 2 hour window which was great. Unfortunately, I was called into work and was not able to work out of home that day. I called Beck's 24 hours in advance to cancel and the young man I spoke to proceeded to scold me for not given more notice. I apologized and said that I did not expect to be called out for work. He then informed me that they had now lost the opportunity to fill that time slot for another appointment. I apologized again told him that I would just call another company and "thanks for understanding". It worked out for the best though. I purchased furniture sliders for $14 and used a couple of my levels to balance the table. Saved me a lot of money. It's not 100% perfect but pretty darn close. Had friends over this weekend we played for a few hours and didn't notice anything off balance. If we every need service again...I'll still be calling a different company. If this young man had just said hey, sorry to hear that your canceling, when can I reschedule? You would have had my business now and in the future. Small gestures of good customer service and understanding goes a long way. read more

Beck's Billiards - Pool & Billiards Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Stopped at Beck's last Saturday to look at pool tables. Jason was very friendly, informative and allowed us to select the appropriate color cloth for our table. He had an opening the following Tuesday for the install. He said the installer would be ay the home between 9-12. They showed up exactly at 9am, installed the table and out the door in an hour. Thank you Jason. BC read more

Had to have a rug under our pool table cleaned so we hired Becks to help us get the rug out, recenter the rug once cleaned and revel the pool table. Not only we're they prompt and arrived in the time window they gave us, they called us 30 minutes prior to arriving as a courtesy. Most importantly, they were extremely professional and beyond meticulous to ensure the rug and pool table were perfectly centered in the room. So pleasant to deal with as well. Would highly recommend. read more

We just bought a beautiful Olhausen billiard table from Beck's Billiards and could not be happier. It's a beautiful used table and we were very pleased with the package price, which included everything we need to start playing! Jason Beck took care of us personally and his installers arrived on time and everything got set up perfectly. read more

Easily the best billiards company in Phoenix. They really know their stuff, and they are excellent at installation. Reasonable price for our table purchase and install. We set a date and time. They were early, efficient and courteous. They gave me some options on colors I did not know were possible and the table looks great. I have dealt with other billiard companies in the past and I've always felt a little greasy when it was over. I either felt like I got ripped off or oversold. These guys were just the opposite. Again reasonable price and great install. read more

Absolutely fantastic experience. Jesse and Emilio showed up promptly at 9:00, disassembled the pool table, with great care, and were ready to move it within 40 minutes! Once they got to my home, it took about an hour to re-assemble. Poor guys had to put it on the second floor (Sorry!) There is a charge for delivery to a second floor, and I totally understood and was happy to pay it. Total time, with a 20 minute travel time between 2 locations, was 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend Becks. Was a great experience!! read more

I called to get a quote for refelting my pool table. Maybe the person who answered my phone call woke up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning but this individual I spoke with was short and rude with me, would not answer any of my questions, refused to give simple price quotes. I took the business somewhere else, and got what I wanted within 5 minutes. read more

Great experience with Jason and crew. Would highly recommend! Purchased nice used table and was delivered as promised.

Started corresponding with Jason Beck via email on 1/4/20 about selling our pool table to this company. After emailing back and forth on the 4th and 5th about the table and what price we were hoping for I got no further response from Jason. So I followed up on the 7th to see if there was any interest. The response was simply that they would not be interested. I replied to see if there was a particular price that they would be interested in. The reply I received noted the most they could pay would be $200-300 for our table. I asked if they would purchase for $250. Jason's reply on 1/9 was yes, as long as it's in good condition and it had accessories that they could pick it up Mon - Fri the following week. I responded on 1/9 with a long list of accessories that they could have and my availability for the next week. No reply. I emailed on the 10th to follow up and give some location info in case that determined the timing. No reply. My final email was on the 15th to see if there was still any interest. No reply. I obviously won't be selling my table to this company and I won't be recommending them to anyone either. read more

I agree with Chi H. who wrote on 3/19/14. .....the only difference being that I hired them based on a bunch of you others who gave them 5 stars....WTF. The guy was pretty gruff on the phone when I talked to him; my wife was there to receive the table, and said the installer was a really rude grouch, who had zero personality and nothing to offer other than to set up the table. Clearly hates his job, and life in general. Oh well, our table is now home, and level......there are so many good options and life is too short to put up with that crap. Next time we will go elsewhere....just say'n! . read more

I recently sold a billiard table through Beck's Billiards and it couldn't have been smoother. I sold it on consignment and was very happy with the payout at point of sale. They came and picked the table up from my place, marketed it, sold it, all I had to do was wait for the check in the mail. Thanks again for making the sale so smooth guys. You have a customer for life. read more

Had to move my pool table when we replaced carpet during a remodel. Called several places, Becks was cheapest. The movers were very professional, even brought their own blankets so they wouldn't ruin carpet with tool boxes and walking. Very refreshing after all the workers and contractors that came in with dirty shoes. Will use them again and recommend if you need your table moved. read more

Outstanding experience great pool table, true pros at what they do could not be more satisfied. LARRY HARRIS GOODYEAR AZ

I'm a couple of weeks late in getting to this review, but don't want to miss giving Jason Beck the great review he deserves. We recently bought a barely-used Olhausen table from him and are 100% happy. We saw the table we wanted on his website; he met us on time at his shop to see the table, did the deal in about 15 minutes. he threw in lots of extras, like better quality balls and multiple cues. He and his assistant were on time for delivery, we got brand new felt to match our walls, fully assembled, set up and leveled in under an hour. Highest recommendation! read more

Great experience! We've been considering a pool table for quite awhile & starting shopping for new ones and then discovered Beck's. We got a gorgeous pool table for about 1/3 the price of a new one. Jason was SOOO helpful! We got an amazing deal on a table that looks brand new, and we received service that was beyond our expectations. We had a terrific experience with Becks, and highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else. read more

My experience with Beck's was outstanding! I consigned the sale of my table through them and everything went exactly as explained by Jason Beck. The pick up of the table was on time and two weeks later I received a check for the amount Jason and I discussed. Thank you for your help and outstanding service. read more

This was the perfect experience from beginning to end. The website is informative & easy to navigate with great pictures & info. Jesse was helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when we called about buying a used pool table. When we went to the shop on N Cave Creek Jason, the owner, was patient & extremely informative. He explained to us how they inspect all the used tables they buy & replace the bumpers & felt to order. Our purchase included everything you need to play a game - 4 cues, bridge, triangle, balls, chalk & storage rack. He even gave us directions to lunch. Our cover & table were ready in less time than quoted & at a great price. Jesse & Emilio, the delivery team, were unbelievable. They literally built our table from the ground up on location. They level, smooth & seal the slate & attach the felt, pockets & bumpers. They were a well choreographed, professional team with obvious experience, plus they couldn't have been any nicer. We HIGHLY recommend Beck's Billiards for all your pool table needs! read more
